I believe I've made a mistake. I'm too invested in Bio's waiting for FDA decisions. DDSS, NEPH and HEB. Although I've taken profits on HEB to offset any pullback. Obviously I got into the market to make money, but a big reason I'm in is the excitement. It's not exciting when I'm stuck waiting. I still have a nice profit but man.............. I'm bored rooting for the stocks everyone else is investing in. ZZZzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
LMAO..... much better!
Can't you guys at least pretend to not be pumpers..... Just fake it a little bit.
Actually I was looking at the volume for PM 120,000. And the price .01, was wondering if that was all 120,000 at .01 or if there were other buys in there. You know is it going up or not?
120K at .01 is that right?
I have a feeling I'll come down with CFS before the FDA decision. Cause I'm tired of waiting on three different FDA's.
Good Morning Professor Chart. I woke up on the Outer Banks this morning. Opened the door to the bedroom and was on the beach. I am not worried about my portfolio this week. I hope all are making money but for me, sun, family and the beach are all I need.
It was announced quite a while ago that HEB was added to this (preliminary) list. I don't think it will cause a bump today. I in this for one reason and one reason only, FDA approval. However, it's easy for me right now because I got in at $1.18 and have taken profits along the way, I'm only holding free shares. If this ends up at $1 or $10 I'll have more money than when I started. Ain't that what investing is all about.
That is just the preliminary list. HEB has yet to make the final cut because the final cut will not be released until June 29th.
How long is the Ask going to stay below the Bid?
What a boring day. Nothing of mine is creating any excitement. My sells are in, in case of drastic changes, but I'm going to go hit the links for The Earthly Angels Autism Fund. Gotta raise some dough for others.
Possible explanation for FDA delays. Reworking the Agency.
New FDA Commissioner vows to get tougher in the name of safety

Newly minted FDA Commissioner Margaret Hamburg says she will toughen up the agency’s enforcement practices. She wants to take the sprawling bureaucracy and remake it into the key federal agency that protects public health.
The agency—responsible to ensure drugs, medical devices and products, some human and animal food products, cosmetics, and other consumer goods are safe to Americans—has been widely faulted for all manner of problems, including that had no permanent commissioner for the majority of former President Bush’s eight-year term.
Under the former administration, the FDA was accused of letting politics minimize science and, it was during that time, that some of the most notorious drug safety and food borne illness outbreaks and recalls originated, such as Medtronic Sprint defibrillator leads, Baxter infusion pumps, faulty heart stents, and squeaky hip replacements. In addition to countless drug and medical device recalls, there have been issues with toxic ingredients in consumer products, controversies over physician and researcher gifting by industry, inappropriate medical devices and medication marketing, and a system rife with corruption.
"It really goes back to what the FDA was about from the very beginning: a very clear public health mission but with a regulatory framework for action," Hamburg said, adding that she wants to increase transparency. "The FDA has been seen as a cold regulatory agency and also something of a black box," she said. "We have a chance to open it up and make sure the American people have the safe, high-quality foods they need, the safe and high-quality drugs and medical equipment they need."
“We are focusing not on keeping a tally of how many inspections we do or how many drugs we approve but how do we make a difference in people’s lives,” Hamburg said in an interview with The Associated Press.
Food safety is one such area, and “it’s a critical time in the recognition that there is a problem,” she said. “The number of recent outbreaks have underscored for the public and policymakers that things need to change.”
The FDA, the nation’s chief consumer protection agency, has struggled for years to keep up with increasing responsibilities to oversee the nation’s ever-more-complex health industries as well as food, without a budget sufficient to do the job. Its own scientists have charged that their safety concerns were dismissed by leaders too cozy with industry.
Hamburg arrived three weeks ago vowing to restore the FDA’s credibility by focusing on science-based decisions that shore up public health. Tuesday, she put food safety at the top of the list. The FDA has asked Congress for a nearly 20 percent funding increase and new industry user fees to pay for more inspections.
But Hamburg said there are too many food suppliers here and around the world for the FDA to physically inspect every one. Her goal is to focus on the riskiest foods and implement prevention strategies — what scientists call risk-based controls — to target the spots along the farm-to-store chain where contamination can occur.
FDA also needs to use 21st century technology to help speed approval of new drugs, monitor for the earliest signs of side effects once medications hit the market — and take a hard look at the safety of emerging science like nanotechnology that is being used in a broad array of products.
“It’s in cosmetics, drug delivery, things I never would have imagined, like clothing,” Hamburg said. “We need to understand more about that emerging technology and how to evaluate it.”
"The first weeks have been very full," she said. "And my learning curve is extremely steep."
Good Morning Professor Chartinator
If not already posted. Might be why delays in FDA decisions.

Let's remember one thing. The FDA does not care about the shareholders, stock or even the company for that matter. Their only interest is in the drug and whether or not it is a safe and effective medicine. Also, the people who work for the FDA have no concern over an extra week or two or month or two. They're just doing their job every day like the rest of us. In their world they'll get to it when they get to it. Okay, that was more than one thing but I got on a roll.
I had a sell order in at .0009 all day long and it was never filled. Even though millions were traded at that pps.
Nope, not dumping. Taking a beating today, but not dumping. This is fun though, it's like being at the casino all day.
Hey, I'm a middle aged white guy. I thought I WAS the man. :)
I ain't no stinkin genius, but how does a stock, EWRC, trade 16 million shares all buys and the price not go up? Duh?
Chart, Some people don't know their place. Way to take charge of the classroom.
Nope, just stating what I think, because of what I have seen in Q's.
When a company is in BK, there isn't going to be a whole lot of spec after the stock bottoms and then bounces.Until investors have an idea whether or not the company will emerge and on top of that whether or not the commons will stay.
The FDA is costing me much money. Their non action on NEPH and HEB is severely hurting these. I'm on free shares with HEB but my NEPH is hitting me where it hurts. I am standing pat on both.
Good Morning Mr. Chartinator.......
First thing I see this morning. Winnie the Pooh and his take on things. This is going to be a great day!!!! Thanks Sheff
Sorry, my etrade streamer is showing no volume. I checked TDAmeritrade and saw the volume, but also saw the price dip.
No trades yet?
$heff, I'm a newbie, but please remember what I am sure you understand better than I. Don't feel responsible for people losing money on your picks. First of all, I became aware of NEPH because of you and my first order was at .61 . So even the nonsense today wouldn't have cost me money. Secondly and most importantly, I did not buy NEPH because you said to buy it. I bought it because you said take a look at it and I liked what I saw. My money, my decision and right now thanks to your dd, still my profits whenever I want to take them. Once again thank you $heff and everyone else that takes the time to post information here.
I'm just using GNTA for the tax break. My portfolio is doing well besides this one so, I'll hold long and if it hits... great, if not less money for the tax man at EOY.
I'm glad I wasn't around for that, or it would've been my blood pressure that is up. The feelin's all warm and fuzzy again.
Don't you be talkin bout my momma!
My proxy came in the mail today. Voted online, against the RS.
Chart, I bought at .001, sold half at .0023, so now I can relax. I'm untouchable.....hehehe
Hear, Hear Commander. I've taken a bath on GNTA. As a matter of fact I've decided to let it ride until it hits 0.000 and use it as a tax deduction for the rest of my portfolio. Any claims that GNTA is destined to move upward are just farts in the wind, they make you feel good when they come out, but it doesn't last long.
Good Morning Mr. Chartinator
I can't watch for a while. But I had fun for the last 45 minutes. GLTA Beats the crap out of the casino we have here in Pennsy.
I used all I had left to buy with. I'm now looking at the dog I told Chart about earlier and kickin my own arse all over again.
LMAO
Ok everybody fess up. How many of those 60Mil shares belong to WU.
I have 250K
All Hail King "Midas" Chart.
Next week you'll be a stinkin bum, but not noooooooowwwwwww.
