I want to buy more but the key phrase in that p/r is that no revenues will be created in 2011 from that office. The expansion will cost the group no money which means more dilution When the revenues start is when the price per share will go up. As of right now it doesn't seem to have much revenue.

If we see .001 kodiak will be buying well over 100 million and add that to our 192m shares o/s and we're over 300m o/s with more heavy dilution coming with these prices. I don't know how much longer this company will survive at these lower price.

The shares outstanding as of close of business yesterday was 161,197,936 and that has been that way since last friday which hopefully is good thing. Maybe the bleeding has stopped. Time will only tell.

Was .30 is exactly my point. If it doesn"t mean anything why are they hiding the o/s from every website out there. This website still has them at 52M o/s. This is suppose to be a company with transparency. I want this company to succeed and I may buy more shares but it is hard to invest in a company that starts to lose credibility with their actions.

I agree 100% and who is going to take shares as payment with restrictions to sell for say 6-12 months unless they feel price per share is going up. I believe this is the final amendment and we will hear back in about two weeks from sec that it is effective. Then 3rd quarter financials,closing of 1st voip acquisition,flint mobile results ,alterna prepaid results, india remttance results and more of the ten deals in the works All imo of course

I believe they are waiting for the s-1 to become effective. That will legitimize the company. No one is lending you 15 million dollars unless you have some hidden cards. A lot of the deals they have are probably contigent upon company getting financing. No financing no money to run company and then dilution.

What is with the 2.4m share buy after hours I hope that is a sign of things to come.

It seems even the paid promoters have abandoned this company. With launch out Monday they should be all over this board letting everyone know about all the good things this company has done and will do.Instead nothing . Maybe they haven't been paid either. Houston we have a problem.
