I agree 100% and who is going to take shares as payment with restrictions to sell for say 6-12 months unless they feel price per share is going up. I believe this is the final amendment and we will hear back in about two weeks from sec that it is effective. Then 3rd quarter financials,closing of 1st voip acquisition,flint mobile results ,alterna prepaid results, india remttance results and more of the ten deals in the works All imo of course
