Thanks for the reply. I think you are probably correct, based on what others have said as well. I'm not a basher or a pumper, just looking for valid info, to hopefully make back some lost investment money.
Yes, when Axon is FDA approved soon (since it has been granted an FDA, fast track designation) for the treatment of visual hallucinations disorder in dementia with Lewy bodies (DLB)...the ACAD share price will drop in half, like a rock. It's too bad that ACAD doesn't have fast track approval. Expect ACAD to be at $15 per sharem maximum after Axon approval. Then, expect ACAD to be at $7 per share after the additional Nuplazid indication fails to meet end points.
Wow, those sure are some ugly and goofy looking people. If everx water made ya look like that, most people wouldn't want to drink it.
Thank you, so in your opinion, after a reverse merge with OVITs shell, what is your prediction/guess as to what would happen to OVITs share price (the new share price of the new company?) I am considering buying OVIT now and if this works out in the future, should end up with shares of a new company. I wonder how much of the initial 5 million IPO cost would another company save, buying OVITs shell?
Biotech2, why would another biotech need OVITs shell? What would the exact scenario be? Would it be that a new biotech doesn't have enough money to incorporate, so they would take over OVITs shell and if so, would they still call themselves OVIT? Who would want the terrible name of OVIT?
Ok Shawn, it sounds like you have a plan and in a way, that's good. I guess that means that you're not long on INNV? Does that mean you don't have any faith in INNV 1,2 or 3 years from now? (Just wondered what your thoughts are.)
I think everyone would like a quick profit, I know I would, but I've lost so much so far, it has forced me to become long and average down. It's frustrating as heck that the FDA is so slow and/or that there has been some sort of problem with the Fluticare ANDA.
My opinion is that INNV could sink or swim, but I'm leaning toward INNV becoming successful, but it will take longer than Dr.Damaj suggested.
I know I'm rambling here, but I hope Dr.Damaj stops over promising and under delivering and that he keeps a lid on the SG&A and that he doesn't dilute and that if a reverse split becomes necessary, that he does it at the right time. (As you know Dr.Damaj has jumped the gun on several things.)
Hopefully, the FDA approves the original Fluticare ANDA soon.
My opinion is that Fluticare will make INNV profitable, not saying INNV will skyrocket, but I'm saying it will become profitable.
FYI, I read through the ingredients of ProstaGorx and I was extremely impressed. It appeared to my ask the best, natural, over the counter prostate treatment and in my opinion...male hairloss treatment as well.
Why would any other biotech/pharma want to allow the OVIT shell to reverse merger into them, when OVIT literally doesn't have any protocol or intellectual property? (OVI-123 is gone and OVI-117 is essentially gone, so OVIT doesn't have anything to offer another biotech/pharma.)
I really wish I could understand your point and I hate to be sarcastic, but I lost $40,000 dollars on OVIT so far and sold the stock...
I'd really hate to, continue to be a sucker and lose even more, especially after getting stung so bad.
If Weis is such a smart guy, then why does he allow himself to get sued, by putting himself in positions to be sued?
If Weis is such a smart guy, then why did he allow OVI-123 to be lost and it looks like OVI-117 is defunct as well.
If Weis is such a smart guy, then why didn't he communicate with investors more often?
Shawn, please sell your INNV shares now and don't buy anymore.
The lawsuit against OVIT was settled in a New York court a couple/few years ago and it was basically settled in OVIT's favor, but OVIT might have had to pay a fine...
As a result of Dr.Weis being terrible, OVIT was sued, which never should have happened...
The lawsuit was brought about, because OVIT sold one entity too many shares of OVIT...
People thought that since OVIT won the lawsuit in the sense that it was settled, that OVIT was "de-risked" and it was safe to invest in. Oh, how they were wrong...
Dr.Weis waited so long to try and resolve the lawsuit, that the patent was running out on OVI-123 and therefore, there wasn't any institutional investors that wanted to invest in OVIT and they were leery of Dr.Wies being terrible and as a result, potentially being sued again...
OVIT couldn't get funding and lost OVI-123, not sold, but lost OVI-123, an fungus that literally grows on cow poop...
What other lawsuit are you talking about???
In my opinion, OVI-117 is a joke and OVIT doesn't have anything to offer any other company, so no reverse shell, just dormancy and bankruptcy...
Biotech2, what makes you think Weis is refusing reverse merger candidates? What makes you think Weis has gotten any merger offers?
As far as I know Weis can keep OVIT dormant indefinitely.
In my opinion, OVIT doesn't have anything to offer any other biotech, OVI-117 is a joke and it's patent time is almost up anyway, so even if someone wanted to develop it, they probably wouldn't waste time, unless the patent was extended, to recoup the development costs and make a profit on sales, but like I said, OVI-117 in my opinion is a joke.
OVIT outright lost OVI-123 and it was based off of a fungus that literally grew on cow poop. OVIT doesn't have a real office, or real employees and no work to contract out to anyone. In my opinion, OVIT is a great, big, scam joke.
Now that I've said that, Weis will prove me wrong and OVIT will reverse shelled and kaboom, up OVIT goes.
Weis was so dumb, he never should have allowed OVIT to get sued, by dumbly selling too many shears to one investor.
It appears, that the goal of some posted replies is to be as vague and ambiguous as possible...to make it appear that they have knowledge and to (somewhat) belittle others...
All the while making themselves feel good (because, they are so intelligent and better than everyone else) and sometimes this behavior is due to an inferiority complex, i.e. Harrycrumb, so don't look for an answer from him, just more ambiguity...(after stringing you along for a while.)
I however like to teach and mentor, but unfortunately, I don't have the answer to your question.
Good luck to all, including Harrycrumb :(
Crashing and burning as we speak, time to get out the Xyralid ointment!
It's amazing that after the conference, that INNV can't even keep it up above .10. It's very interesting and revealing, time to buy more! Or, maybe not.
Well, you're personal friends with Damaj and golf with him, so why don't you just ask him, where is the milestone/international deal income?
Remember when the M.O.A.P was done and even anchored here, by Honeycomb777?
He was so gung-ho on INNV and even went golfing several times with Damaj and he even tried to get us to tweet (twitter) the products and tell two freinds?
Now...he's so soured on INNV and has given up.
It's amazing how much Honeycomb777 would argue with TwistedFreak, Shawn and TrumpForPres about how great INNV was, but then he just gave up.
It's interesting how Honeycomb777 doesn't even post anymore, was he a paid pumper? Did he have a falling out with Dr.Damaj? Did he slather on some product on his brain?
Maybe off his medication now?
Dr.Damaj will indicate that the hurricanes hurt sales and that will be true, along with other things as well.
Can you teach me how to short a stock?
Carman060606, i wish my ex gf was " Steady, stable, strong & beautiful."
Lol, overpaid by what, .0001 thousands of a penny? Is that even worth mentioning? It's barely overpaying...Most are underwater on INNV now and are trying to average down anyway. Hopefully INNV won't go down much more and won't dilute or r/s and will have better sales and lower SG&A and a higher share price soon.
The loss of life, property and well being due to the hurricanes in Texas, Florida and the east coast is tragic and terrible...
On a side note, it will effect Q3 sales of our little start up company INNV, that's been "starting up" and incorporated since, 1967 and since then, it's only had had one profitable year between 1967 and 2017.
Thank you and have a good day.
What do you guys make of this article blurb? The FDA has already denied the application for Tlando once, but Lipocine is preparing to try for approval once again, relying on similar data from the original rejected application.
A drawback for the oral administration of Tlando is that patients will be required to keep a consistent diet, maintaining certain fat content and calorie intake. And this is the case for each dosing. If patients fail to adhere to specific dietary requirements, patients are unlikely to see a meaningful rise in testosterone levels, which would be a huge problem and a potential marketing nightmare for the product. A significantly more adverse scenario is that during the company's FDA studies, a handful of men reached testosterone levels of over 2500 ng/dl, which is both extremely high and dangerous.
In addition to potential FDA problems looming for Tlando, the company itself said in a press release that LPCN 1021 (Tlando) only "generally met" the prespecified per dose secondary endpoints for twice daily oral administration.
In layman's terms, the product either meets the endpoint or it doesn't, and when the company itself publishes mixed messages, investors should pay close attention. Also important to note is that the FDA will be highly unappeased if men being treated by Tlando exceed the 2500 ng/dl level, making the chances for approval unlikely. And to add insult to potential misery, as far as the FDA is concerned, when endpoints are "generally met," product support is unlikely. The FDA's words, not mine.
The biggest issue for Tlando compared to Natesto, though, is that when placed side by side, Tlando does not get as many men to normal testosterone levels. Company-sponsored studies demonstrate a significant edge in benefit from Natesto with 90% of males reaching normal testosterone levels, compared to just 70% of patients reaching normal testosterone levels when using Tlando. The FDA has made it known that at least 75% of men taking the testosterone product must reach normal T levels so it is difficult to understand how the FDA would even approve Tlando. Additionally, with Tlando known to produce dangerously high testosterone concentrations in some men, the road to approval may be far tougher than even the most optimistic investor may be willing to admit.
Don't you guys think that Aytu BioSciences Natesto, FDA approved, nasal TRT is far superior to Lipocines Tlando?

How much underwater are you on OVIT, with your 450,000 shares?
I have 63,660 INNV shares @ an average PPS of .25. I'm a patient, long-term investor/gambler...
I bought 4,356 more INNV shares at .10 on Friday, 9/8/17. I wonder if INNVs share price will go up after the conference. I wonder if INNV will have any institutional investors as a result of the conference.
I looked at the detailed ingredients of the Prostagorx product and it really, honestly looks like an awesome product, based on my research of BPH, enlarged prostatic hyperplasia and DHT being a main cause of it and DHT also being a main cause for MPB, male pattern baldness.
I believe that Prostagorx is highly effective and that it would slow/stope the progression of male pattern baldness, much like Propecia (it's best to catch/treat MPB at it's beginning and don't expect much hair regrowth if you already have the horseshoe pattern.)
Identical male twins with BPH have been studied and when one take a DHT lowering treatment, the hairloss stopped, the other brother, became a cue ball.
Prostagorx should also be dual marketed for mens hair loss...
Interesting article about the "Rule of 7" which I've never heard of until just now.
I'm not saying it's real or true, but since it's been happening every year ending in 7, since 1887, it's something to be aware of.
I'm not advocating for anyone to sell their INNV shares, I'm in INNV long term, good or bad.

Does INNV have ProstaGorx Canada approval?
Ok, I'm sorry, my glass was only half full with a crack in it.
Wow Falconquest, you're sure on the ball!!! I'm glad I got a response from someone.
Breaking news...The original Fluticare ANDA is under FDA review, sometime within this decade.
Keep in mind, FDA approval would probably be a bad thing, because INNV would have to do a dilute or a reverse split of epic proportions, just in order to be able to manufacture and sell Fluticare world wide.
Meanwhile, either GSK, Bayer and all the others would lower their prices, therefor preventing any Fluti sales.
Also, soon there will be an FDA approved, one time injection, to cure all allergies, thereby, up ending Fluti into the toilet.
People need to be very, very careful of this guys investment "advise" he advised many to go in deep on OVIT and many lost it all.
Maple tree, did you see my post about CA4P failing?
Uh oh, CA4P failed in phase II, phase III to be cancelled, MATN/OXGN to go out of business?
https://seekingalpha.com/news/3289840-mateons-ca4p-fails-match-response-rate-placebo-regimen-treatment-resistant-ovarian-cancer
I'm amazed at the rock sold stability of MATN today!!! Sure, there hasn't been any buying or selling, but the stability rocks!!!
What, PURA deregistered with the SEC way back in 2009 and hasn't filed with the SEC since then? Is this a shell game?
I'm amazed at the rock sold stability of LPCN today!!! Sure, there hasn't been any buying or selling, but the stability rocks!!!
I'm amazed at the rock sold stability of POTN today!!! Sure, there hasn't been any buying or selling, but the stability rocks!!!
I'm amazed at the rock sold stability of ACAD today!!! Sure, there hasn't been any buying or selling, but the stability rocks!!!
Lol, it was a little bit of sarcasm and wishful thinking.
I'm so impressed with the rock-solid stability of Innovous today! Sure, that hasn't been any buy or selling, but wow, that share price is staying! Whoo Hoo! It's been a long road with Innovus, but congratulations on your success with the original Fluticare ANDA approval, as well as nabbing OTC rights to Viagra and Vesele and it's so awesome it was all done without any additional dilution and not even a reverse split!
