If you held from $1 down to here, I'd have to agree with you.
Jeez, I have more than that and I bought in at 0.074 today. Why would anyone hold all the way down to here? Not likely
I was wondering why there wasn't a few people out there still holding from much higher. Somebody must have.
At least one person agrees! :) maybe more will if we have a few green days
Everyone seems really unhappy today but today is the best day I've seen on this one for a while. Seems like the diluters are holding back and staying away from the bid mostly.
I'll take the smallest amount of good news on this one
TD doesn't which is also unusual
I'm sure it will, where is the money coming from though?
Or we could take the ball out and play a good game. I've been sitting waiting for this to start too long to give up now.
As I called it, I think this needed to come back down to here to gather support. I'm back in, I think 0.003s are a good average
Me too. Couldn't resist 0.0029 and 0.0032s. This one is going up again!
Somebody left at 3s and 4s today, I'm betting they will regret that soon. Back up on 5s!
True! Funny how some people don't see the signs but here it comes!
Someone is dumping shares and most peolle have flipped, made profits and left for now. We need news and it doesn't look like anything will come any time soon
Read on. He says up to that date. Where do you think the money is going to come from to close these deals?
Controlled dilution is fine and expected on sub-pennies but my concern here is that they have no following. People don't trust them as per your quote and that effects us when they need capital. I'm not here to help someone grow a company for their own benefit, I'm here to make money.
I have several other picks with a better chance than this one which is why I'm moving on till October to see what happens
I think that the PR today told us that the deal will not be closed for a few months. They need the REG-A and it's not done. Once it is, the money has to come from dilution. They have no cash.
I'd prefer to be wrong but that is my interpretation
So let's make it a great day tomorrow! Today was good, tomorrow will be great!
It does make you wonder how any of these deals are supposed to happen. He has made it clear if you read back through the PRs and filings that the money is being raised through dilution to do these acquisitions. The first deal was announced, there was to be an amount put in escrow, there was then a small amount of dilution which corresponded to the escrow amount. The deal was to close by the end of August.
Now we patiently wait till the end of August and it is very clear in this latest PR that the original deal has not closed and won't for at least 2-3 months and he is already looking to buy another company. It is also very clear that a large amount of money needs to be raised and that it will come from dilution.
He is offering up transparency during that dilution but I for one don't have any faith in them being able to attract enough attention here to dilute at healthy levels which means it will be toxic to existing shareholders.
Where is the alleged transparency regarding the original deal and why it is now so delayed? If I read between the lines, I think he expected the dividend to magically raise the price to levels where dilution could begin and it never happened.
Also imo, I think he thought the PR today (without even mentioning the progress of the original deal) would also create a run that he could dilute into. That's why VFIN was sitting on the ask all day. Quite sad really because no one bought.
I'd rather watch this one from the sidelines for a while, why would I want to throw my money into an aggressive acquisition plan which will probably kill my share value?
No one has faith in this company or CEO and even when "good" news lands, nothing happens. That leaves no choice for them than to dilute us into oblivion and then R/S and try again.
It doesn't even have the momo for a good run anymore when we get positive news so not even good for a flip.
We'd make enough for it to be a great flip with news. It's hard to know how much it's really worth because of the previous pumping and the code delay. It seems like it will be treading water for a while because the deadline is now next year.
So, who can put a realistic value on a stock with financial issues that has a great potential next year?
Or as I've been saying all along, with a ticker like GRAS, they need to expand into MJ. That would make a lot of happy people here, they could sample the product inbetween Q's
Why would it be stupid to sell here and buy back in lower in October if it looked like the deal was going through?
A non - pumped volume driven gap is ok, it will allow us to skip a few ticks and get moving. It's an artificially created gap that causes problems.
There is never any "proof" of dilution until afterwards. I think we all know what VFIN sitting on the ask with a fake 10,000 means though. That is one of the reasons why noone was buying imo.
It's always great to close near the HOD with volume still hitting
And a message to the company, best of luck diluting right now, no one is interested. Last one out turn off the lights
I have never seen a company like EVSV that has news and no one, repeat no one buys into it. They sat VFIN on the ask today ready to dilute and then probably did the dumping to 0.001s.
Long term , maybe. Short term, this is terrible. They haven't updated with proper news about previous deals and just keep talking about new ones with LOIs again.
No one is buying this bs and it will continue down to 0.0006 where it was a few weeks ago and fester down there for a while.
I used to be positive about this one but they've let me down too many times.....
Next!!
So, what happens next? We have another high volume dumping day but people are still buying and the price is not going down as far as it should have done.
They've already dumped enough to run the company for the next 12 months so they aren't diluting for ongoing expenses, they're accumulating for a long haul.
It has to stop eventually and then we find out what we have afterwards.
Agreed. Looking forward to a multi - day run here, it has all the signs
That depends. It has to be a good 10Q and I reckon we are going to see some financial strife in there. I think they may be holding it back to give us a full story to soften the blow. That's usually the reason to delay a Q. They'll slip it in after hours on Friday imo and maybe give us a positive pr to start next week.
There should at least be a training course before anyone can post on here. We can't really dictate whether someone loses their money
I know...smfh :)
The opposite will happen. No after hours on the OTC. This will gap up imo
I think it will get worse before it gets better imo. The problem is that the company is probably under caution to not PR and cause problems with the SEC after what happened so it has to be done in real time. Real time is something we're not used to here on the OTC with lots of fluff pr's every few days.
I think this will head back to the 0.002s and 0.003s and hold steady until the next info which could be a couple of weeks.
It will get there eventually but not without real information
What else did he say? I didn't get chance to listen
Late with the post, I think the dilution just came and went personally
Going up now people!
Charts or no charts, it is all heavy selling today. I've still no doubt that this will hit 0.01-0.02 with some solid news but in the meantime, this is going down. No buying power at all right now.
Not sure why this was being held in the 0.004s today considering the selloff but it looks like it will be going down soon. I think it needs to find a new level lower for now until news hits. If it hits the low 0.003s, it will bounce well and maybe go higher.
I can't fully understand your post but I think the gist is "why did he do a dividend if it might not work and now create a sell off?"
If so, the answer is that we find out on Monday. If he has sense, he will pr and the price will maintain and grow.
If he doesn't, the dividend was pointless imo.
That's why I think there is heavy buying here. Terrible for people who bought in pre-split but a great opportunity for people who buy at these levels at this point because I think it will go up.
The millions of shares bought over the last few days agrees with me
Does it really matter? They are a freebie anyway, whatever they are worth is a bonus
