I was looking at T&S on freerealtime.com...
http://quotes.freerealtime.com/dl/frt/S?IM=quotes&symbol=bimr&type=Time%26Sales&action=G...
In the 11:30-12:30-ish range, they show a number of what appear to be double prints. I haven't done a scientific comparison of freerealtime's T&S vs. say, IHUB's T&S, but I have seen more trades show up on the freerealtime site. I don't know which is correct. I don't have L2 nor streaming T&S running where I am now.
Anyhow, looks like a shakeout period right now.
Interesting post on another board... http://investorshub.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=3928576 : "in BIMR , beautiful chart here like MDGN / AUTQ + alternative enrgy momentum starting because of BLDP and BCON."
BIMR: Thx, LFG & Sublime. Trying to make sense of the Time & Sales for BIMR--lots of double prints and lots of 5000 share trades. Is this a long-term run, or just a blip?
BIMR--got in at 0.029 earlier--weee!

Note: My first "weee!"

Read this filing very closely. ARES says that they are exchanging 100% interest (all shares) in Self Serve tech for 99% of the voting shares of RBSY. 25 mil common and 6,500,000 shares of RoboServer Systems Corp. Super Voting Preferred Stock.
Does not say 100% to 99% stock exhange, says: Following the transaction,
AmeriResource Technologies, Inc. owns approximately 99% of all of the voting rights in RoboServer Systems Corp.
Interesting.

Looks like a good way to be able to raise the funds to make the self serve company go without having to use ARES stock or incure direct debt. Could also be some way to bring in the produce co into the fold without useing ARES stock or direct debt. IMO Will be interesting.

Section 2
Item 2.01. Completion of Acquisition or Disposition of Assets
On August 26, 2004, AmeriResource Technologies, Inc. entered into an agreement whereby it sold all of its 100% interest in its subsidiary Self-Serve Technologies, Inc. to RoboServer Systems Corp. In exchange, RoboServer Systems Corp. sold to AmeriResource Technologies, Inc. 25,000,000 shares of RoboServer Systems Corp. Common Stock and 6,500,000 shares of RoboServer Systems Corp. Super Voting Preferred Stock. Following the transaction, AmeriResource Technologies, Inc. owns approximately 99% of all of the voting rights in RoboServer Systems Corp. Self-Serve Technologies, Inc. is a developer of self-serve and point-of-sale technologies such as self-serve kiosks and order stations for use by restaurants. The purchase price was determined arbitrarily; however, the exchange represents a 100% for 99% exchange.

Re: Cornell--from ITCV's 10Q 8/23/04...
On February 24, 2004, ITec (“holder” or the “Company”) executed an agreement with Cornell Capital Partners, LP whereby the Company issued $500,000 in notes payable. This note bears an annual interest rate of 24% beginning ninety (90 days) from the date of the note. The Company agreed to put in an escrow with the law firm, Butler Gonzalez, LLP, fifty million (50,000,000) shares of the Company’s common stock (“escrowed shares”) and twenty (20) advance notices of not less than $25,000 each. In May 2004, executed another agreement with Cornell Capital whereby Company agreed to put additional fifty million (50,000,000) shares of the Company’s common stock in the escrow. The law firm shall release these advance notices to the holder every seven (7) calendar days commencing March 1, 2004. In the event that the escrowed shares are insufficient to repay all amounts due under the note, the Company will immediately place in escrow additional shares of common stock sufficient to repay all the outstanding balance of the note. At the option of the holder, the interest due can be paid either by Company’s common stock or cash. The term of the loan agreement required the Company to pay a $190,000 loan origination fee. This amount is amortized over the term of the loan. The balance at June 30, 2004 is $25,786.
I'm trying to figure out what effect Cornell might have on what is likely to be an ITCV rally. Will this releasing of shares every 7 days from escrow possibly relieve the pressure on ITCV's share price from Cornell's selling? $25,000 per week.

There is a strong upward move that turned up all the moving averages. This may be a sign of a new uptrend. It is still not too late to buy this stock.

Has a Cornell-financed company ever succeeded?
I checked all the companies at http://www.cornellcapital.com/domestic.asp -- it appears that soon after financing, share price drops quite rapidly. However, it will be interesting to see how these companies do longer-term, after they get on their feet, dilution is mostly done, and revenues come in.
I'm concerned about ITCV--they have Cornell financing, yet they are also getting other financing from the State of California. As part of their loan, ITCV will be releasing shares from an escrow account to Cornell every 7 days--hopefully Cornell cannot inundate the market with their shares this way? ITCV is starting an uptrend--will Cornell be able to beat it down?

ITCV getting some volume.
Double Printing--your interpretation?
Capt... what is your interpretation of double printing? I've read various interpretations. Thx.
-- H2NRG
Thx, OU. So, given that NITE is on ITCV's Bid...
that could be bullish for ITCV in the short-term??? BTW, Does your RT L2 still show NITE as the high Bid MM, at $0.0055?
I've been waiting a while for ITCV to start heading upward.
-- H2NRG
"NITE on the Bid"--definition?
I have read many posts stating that "NITE is on the Bid". Would someone please explicitly define this? My interpretation is that NITE (Knight MM) is the highest Bid price, thus buying up all shares being sold at that Bid price. When they are buying shares, I take it that this is bullish? Why?
I ask this, because I observed this morning from delayed L2 that NITE has the highest Bid price for ITCV:
