Picked up a few more shares today. At these prices gotta get them when you can.

This is way too funny. I sold a small block of shares last week at a profit and had a small block left that I wanted to sell. I still have a large holding in this company. I didn't list the sell as an AON and today a partial sell went through for 2 shares at .10 a share. Woohoo. 20 cents worth of shares

Lets hope we get some kind of update this week and get this show on the road. Spring is about here.

Hey MoMo, I heard that from you before about smart inverstors buying something and that one is down over 90%. Are you promoting this one now to so some can make money and alot will lose everything? I guess we learn who we can trust and who is full of it.

Bonnie, if you are in that area then you know how long Sutter has been fighting to get there mine going. Besides all the permits, they are fighting the city to get going. Ruby doesn't have near the problems Sutter is having and Perry is on top of things. They are a few on here that want to tear down this stock. After listening to them for a year I finally put them on ignore so I don't have to listen to them. I know what I have here. IMO..IMO. Weeeeee

EE funny you should say that, I too have sent SEVERAL emails to them with no response, seems unless we are on the SIT team we are not important enough to get emails or get to go to the investors tour. Only those that are helping to promote this scam get to do those things.

DDK, the same thing has been said every week since last year, it is always going to be next week. Everyone is gonna be rich, big news gonna come out next week. It is always next week but next week never comes. There will be those that will be saying the same thing for the next 6 months and it will never happen.

There won't be an investors tour for anyone but those that have been promoting this scam, and there will be more doctored pics and semi hidden videos but actual pictures of real people that are real investors meeting the real (or fake) BOD. It's not going to happen. It is way too simple to take pictures of actual people. I have never been to any kind of tour that there wasn't a group picture with all the people there meeting with executives and workers. We all know it isn't going to happen. SMART investors know there is no "new exchange" at $2.50 a share from the alleged 75% of people that pulled certs. You have no idea how many shares I have and I haven't nor will I pullem.

We're Golden, the longs know what we have, I can read the filings and I don't need to be told by others what they mean. Not listening or reading anymore of that negative stuff, I can make up my own mind, with my own money and not concern myself anymore with reading stuff from people that do not have any interest in this stock other then coming on here everyday and bash it. If you are not a shareholder, why are you here? Don't worry about responding, you are on ignore anyway.

I-Glow. I have written dozens of letters asking the same question with no response ever. Never had a company not release that info before. The man doesn't exist and lack of response from the company without verifiable proof proves he is made up.

The money I have invested in NBRI is in an IRA so it's not money that is liquid to me for several more years so I am not in any hurry. If we converted all the debt and it amounts to 20 mil shares then this would still be a good long term deal. Short term might scare some off but long term it looks good.

The terms I am talking about are the terms for repayment of the funds. Each agreement is negotiable. I know what they want the funds for. We don't know what they will get in return for there investment. Each one is different.

What are the terms? Every EB-5 arrangement is different depending on how it is set up and since we don't know the terms yet how can you know it. The average time frame from approval to completion and receipt of funds is 2-5 yrs and it hasn't been 2 yrs yet. Chill out a little. We have all excepted the fact that not much will happen til spring. Come may and June and nothing has happened I will join you in questioning the company.

When it hits a $1.00 they will still bash saying some said it would be $2.00.

Wonder if Perry will offer his loyal shareholders some of that ruby gold at wholesale.

My estimate is based on a time when production starts and is in full swing. Not during the rehab process.

Extrapolate that out over 10 yrs with no increase in the price of gold and that equates to $7.50 PPS. I have no problem with that.

So you encourage pulling certain so they can't sell and when trading resumes you can unload because that 40% can't unload. Smart move on your part. You have no idea how many shares I have and you really have no idea how many shares are out there. If you claim you know how many shares there really are out there you are either an insider or a liar. No one knows with all the lies coming out of southridge.

Someone email Perry and see if he cares to make a guess.

I'm gonna put it at $1.00 a share. Mainly coming from the Fraser. Something to remember about the Ruby, they mined it before we had the technology we have today. We can locate veins easier today then before. My 5 year estimate is $7.50 a share. Conservative yes but more a realist here.

Malc, You do bring up some good questions, you probably are better at reading filings then I am since this side of the stockmarket is new to me. My only issue with some of your questions is that you are asking the wrong people. None of us have any idea what is going on with the EB-5 program or how Perry is going to cover the cost of the mortgage on the Ruby next year. As good as those questions, and others, might be we can only speculate that Perry has it under control and until we hear otherwise any quess on our part is just that, a quess. In my conversations with Perry he knows and I know that there are things we cannot discuss that would be considered insider information. As for me, I trust Perry has the answers and knows what he is doing. I am in no hurry for the price to move, I have 5 years before I can retire, although at the right price I might go sooner but I have the time.

You do understand there cannot be a buyout without 3 yrs audited financials right. Do you understand that. It is an SEC requirement. Why is everyone overlooking that fact?

I agree, it is sad. I got lucky though, I bought in back in September when it was .006 and fell for all the hype and sold off a bunch when it hit .019. I still have some but made a good profit from it so what's left is free shares so I am just watching and waiting for the bottom to drop out and want to here what everyone says then.

I have talked to Perry and you know he can't say anything before it is put out in an 8K or PR. He is smarter then that.
