I don't follow the board anymore so if you don't address your message directly to me I won't see it, but I thank you for the message anyway and GLTU
Maybe you wanna read it again because NOWHERE do I say that ECIG reported an A/S increase to 750B. I clearly state that it is an ECIG competotor V**O (that has been discussed on this board many times)!
After just reading about how our ex nasdaq competetitor V**O has just issued a Def14a to increase their A/S to 750 Billion, I think I'll defer from anything negative on ECIG for the day. Unfreakin believable!
EDIT: Sorry it's a Pre 14A
Agree 100%, I'm still not convinced that the refi story will be as beneficial to ECIG as anticipated, but the last 2 days volume cannot be denied so gotta make the most of it.
"I think it's very solid close considering it's Friday before holiday."
It's very clear that all the notes haven't been paid off, as of the date of this update, (or they would be shouting it from the roof tops and 8K-ing it). Although there's no denying the potential here I don't think we can rest on our laurels until Tangiers is out of the way. JMHO
FYI here's an excerpt from another company about Tangiers tactics, aka the Tangiers smash and grab here from a few months ago.
""...shares of XXXX, Inc. have been due for a bounce after significant underperformance. The company appears to finally be working through convertible notes that were exercised by the company’s creditors Tangiers Investment Group, LLC and Kodiak Capital Group, LLC. As the convertible note is exercised, the creditors obtained shares at a 50-55% discount to market price and flooded the market with the converted shares, which devalued the existing share float. "
Robert Papiri is the managing partner of Tangiers Investment Group and is still listed as the Senior Analyst and co founder of Tangiers Capital, along with Michael Sean Sobeck.
Another green day wouldn't go amiss then the next target would probably be the daily 50ma @ .0135 because one day doesn't make a trend. JMO
Bounced off mid march support level.....but will it hold (increased volume to the downside not good) JMO
UK losing their triple 'A' rating could have signalled a consolidation period. Cameron is into the wolves den today, could be nasty as Merkel, Hollande et al will want to rush decisions and punish us as a warning to other nations wanting a vote.
I'd say it's the 2nd guess, nervous investors thinking this is going to double 00's (and they're right) so they want to lock in profits from their initial investment or cut their losses (more likely). I'd say they were noobs because nobody in their right mind puts up a massive ask, because the MM's will walk it down to try to get them to panic and sell at the bid, hoping to perpetuate the down trend. OTC shenanigan land trading 101. JMHO
"Is it real dilution or just exit of some nervous money?"

I think we should agree to disagree and stick to trading
I'm not going to get into a political debate, the majority won and the minority are whinging about losing. There was a clear divide between the old and the young, with the old vote winning the day. It's as simple as that! By the way the only reason the vote was so near was because every borough in NI and Scotland voted to stay in, a very clear protest vote and full of self interest! If you look at the voting map of England and Wales, you'll see that 90% of the voting boroughs outside of london (or Londonistan as the USA security services have nicknamed it) voted out! Everything you read is negative and I have to say the 'left' are doing a great job giving the impression that the UK is doomed for ever, and as usual the markets and the media have gone overboard and over reacted. The UK will be fine!
Yeah you're right LOL, the BMA are a bunch of clowns. LMFAO! Watch this space!
Looks like things are changing in UK, not good! BMA have credibility.

Here's a bit of soft bashing for ya, I hope KJ doesn't bring the outstanding fins out until the week before the 2nd 'Q' in mid August, along with the 8K about no more convertible debt and the other 8k's about Camwater and Tranche 2 being paid. (Then we can sell within 60 days before the R/S takes place)
Have a great weekend y'all, it's Fiesta time Sant Joan
Now the hard work starts, basically we have up to 2 years to transition to an independent country but Gremany aand France are the 2 main instigators of a United Federal Europe and I'm certain they will stick the knife in and twist it as much as possible on our way out. There could be a domino effect throught the EU as people are fed up of being ruled by an entity that is at odds with individual country needs. The main thing to do is not rush into Article 50 (leaving EU) but stop and re-organise the new government plans.
If any of the new increase was issued for the deal it would've been 8k'd (within 4 working days) because that would mean exchange for more tranche 1 money coming in and it's a material event. JMO
Great stuff, feel better already
So you're saying this is never going to be a problem, excellent thinking!
Yeah I read em thank god you're here. I guess you DD'd Michael Sean Sobeck and Tangiers Capital then, I suppose in your world everything's all hunky dory and Tangiers is not really a toxic financier. Yeah it's all good news here at CDNL, nothing to worry about, LMFAO.
"Tangiers has rights, under a Convertible Promissory Note, to own an aggregate number of shares of the Issuer’s common stock, which, except for a contractual cap on the amount of outstanding shares of the Issuer’s common stock that Tangiers may own, could exceed such a cap. Tangiers’ ownership cap is 9.99%. Thus, the number of shares of the Issuer’s common stock beneficially owned by Tangiers as of the date of this filing was 51,238,447 shares, as calculated in accordance with Rule 13d-3(d)(1) under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, which is 9.99% of the 512,897,371 shares that were outstanding on that date."
You forgot a few others so let me fill you in:-
Anyone who is not "postive" about this company's future:
4) Are investors waiting for the rest of the 1st tranche and the 2nd tranche to be delivered
5) Waiting to see how and why the O/S jumped 300m shares with no explanation
6) Waiting for all the promised Financials to be delivered
7) Been a long standing OTC trader whose seen all these sorts of promises before and has seen them die a death a 1000 times before, over everything from company lies to company incompetency to lost funding and inexperienced catastrophic decisions.
Anything that has as many working parts as this has, is no walk in the park, there is a multitude of things that could go wrong here and is not guaranteed to be the company everyone here wants them to be. It's called being realistic, not bashing or anything else! JMHO
I've had DJ a few times and I thought he'd be top 5 again, glad he went all the way, huge congrats to him (and unlucky for you)
Ya got that right
Blimey worse than I thought he hasn't won anything since novemebr 2014, and that was the DPWT in Dubai. However, he's had his fair share of top 5 finishes in 2014/15
Oh right, I thought it was on an annual basis. He had 3 bad rounds and one storming last round at the Nordic Open but still didn't win it. He may find himself out of the top 10 next year because I can't remember when he last did anything of any real note.
Not sure how Stenson's still 7th, I've had hime several times and he's failed miserably on every occasion, including not having the balls to turn up to finish a disastrous round.
Congrats Vic on your winning and also congrats to Borealis for having all 5 picks in the money!
I can't agree about that buy and hold strategy (EVER) but each to their own and I bet that that day trader rate is taken from newbies that buy and hold OTC POS shenanigan land stocks. Whether CDNL is going to be 'The One' is still out for discussion IMO.
What is irrefutable is that CDNL from my entry point gained 25% and tried and failed twice (with a 30% dip in between) to consolidate above the 200ma and then retraced back to where we are now, virtually touching the 50ma. I trade on what I see not what I want to see. I trade major support and resistance levels and once again I never said I or anyone else was trading 30-50 times a day on CDNL, especially in the last 2 weeks as volume has fell off a cliff. I trade around a core so that if this turns out to be that gem that everyone is saying it is, I will get the benefit. As I said before, each to there own, but you play that buy and hold on every OTC 'to da moon' story you'll go broke very early very quickly. JMHO
I know of traders that trade on one uptick on multi stocks between 30-50 times a day. Each trade profit is 'small', but all together on a 70/30 winning basis they make a living of $50k+ (net) a year. Not Warren Buffett by any means but a stable income! I also know of traders that buy millions of shares in 30+ trip 1's a year and just wait for them to double. There are many ways to skin a cat but as you say, each to their own and quit belly aching about different trading techniques because 'flippers' think that if brains were made of rubber 'longs' wouldn't have enough to make a one legged budgie a flip flop Happy trading to you, hope ya make a bundle. JMHO
Traders give CDNL much needed liquidity, without traders coming in and buying and selling this would've been back to double 00's long before now. Basically you're saying it's okay for people to buy but not to sell, (until you've sold first and made your profit) great mentality (not)! JMO
Yep, just trading 101. It's approaching the 50ma (daily), a major support level, and volume will be key. Watch for support level buying at the 50ma from traders but watch volume for credibility because one day doesn't make a trend, however, in the last month the trend has been down. If increasing volume to the downside remains for a further few days I see double 00's and maybe a hit to the support levels of mid march at .0085. Of course good news trumps all! JMO
"stock moved from 30 hundredths to a penny and a half in a short period of time....there will always be some sellers!"
Good morning, Day, Rose, Dustin Johnson, Stenson, Adam Scott. 275 MTIA
I guess the CEO is learning about giving deadlines but one thing you can't deny is that he's now hired a CFO to bring everything up to date and it aint gonna be done in 2 weeks. I'll be quite happy to have all outstanding filings to coincide with 2nd qtr 'Q' in mid August. By then investors should have some really juicy 8k's to chew on and potentially a higher support level (above weekly 50ma) to spring from. Ya can't beat a CEO who delivers what he says he's gonna do (so far) Enjoy your weekend
I don't mean to sound tired but it's been an interesting approach to education for the last 3 years so I'm out of enthusiasm and waiting for them to start to deliver that "Billion dollar company" that management have sold us on! Hope you're the catalyst to get this moving. C'mon UMEWF 'show me the money!'
Yes I suppose that is encouraging but bidding large amounts like that does nothing for moving the pps forward, if they're willing to put nearly 30k into this they must think something positive's gonna happen! The OTC psyche is a wonderful thing, lol.
Strong has his own investors to worry about so he'll look after No1 before his 'friendship' to ECIG. Do you think that there's a possibility that the next restructuring could have some kind of preferred instrument provision that is exempt from R/S-CH11 consequences? JMO
"As it stands now, he takes a big loss of ecig goes bankrupt."
Yep I wondered if it the shares were in escrow somewhere but I discounted it because there would've had to be an 8K along with the extra Tangiers 8K, explaining it because it's a material event. Also wouldn't that 300m share detail have been in the provisions for the loan, unless those shares are detailed in the missing attachment? Interesting, lol. JMO
Good luck to you all, I hope you make a difference and make a bundle but I won't be holding my breath, bigger cogs are spinning this wheel. However, never say never! JMO
I hear you!
