OTCBB? Big whoop.

CEO is talking about an uplisting to the next tier, dilution almost non-existent, and many not yet announced deals in the works cumulating with explosive revenue growth in the 4th quarter and beyond.

1. OTCBB "uplisting" is a common pump-scheme used for scam stocks. $AHRO investors have no reason to care about that one.

2. Regarding "dilution almost non-existent", please read & explain this filing:

3. Regarding "many not yet announced deals"... what are you referring to?

Anyone who believes those posts should shut up and quietly buy more while its cheap, rather than working overtime to drive PPS higher... unless they're unsure & feel their bags are too full already?

Where's those Form 4s?

We should really be 3x this price just based on announced contracts!

Can you guess what those reasons might be?

Please don't say "shorts" or "MM manipulation" or "lack of investor awareness" - those sub-penny OTC tropes are overdone.

Maybe re-visit your very first post on this board.

Alternatively you can reread 5-10 years of $AHRO's 2 biggest posters on this board, and ask them, "when lambo?"

...I can't go into detail due to confidentiality, but Brad's failure/refusal/whatever to keep shareholders in the loop is highly irresponsible. All I can say is... that the latest quarterly filing shows that Brad has run this company straight into the ground.

Fwiw, "running a company into the ground" isn't illegal.

In fact, in OTC Pinks it's par-for-the-course.

And "lack of information" is a weak defense for all those OTC investors always waiting on "company updates".

There are no secrets, and the price-charts clearly indicate what insiders already know.

Ihubbers should learn 2 easy lessons:

1. Don't buy downtrenders
2. Don't hold on to downtrenders.

I'm the ONLY ONE pointing out that the filing exists - it's NOT EXPIRED - and it clearly states JK hopes to place 2.5 BILLION shares.

Nobody cares what retail owns how many shares - if that's "the biggest thing" you look at for DD then you're confused on what matters.

Understand this:
