Do we have our questions ready?
We've been working on a list of questions for tomorrow's call. Does someone have an updated version ready to submit, or has it been submitted?
We've got to do this today if we want some answers.
GLTA
I'm ready
:)
We're due for some news imo.
Good week ahead:)
I hope you're right about that, but just remember:
It might just be your eyes that are opened, we'll see.
:)
Nite on 034....alone
Many thanks

There appears to be no buyers
JR is no Abe Lincoln, I can assure you.
$200/lb. not out of the question.
Uranium spike expected to continue.
Almost to the magic #.....$100 per pound.
This is going to be HUGE!

Did you see the list of questions we're working on for the conference call?
Any thoughts?
Anybody got info on o/s and a/s?
I agree 100% with you Loofman. He said in his PR that he was raising capitol to aqquire rights, this is our bread and butter. I think the $100 mark for Uranium is key. The timing seems to be just about right with RSDS progress. When the news hits the mainstream, lookout imo.
RSDS up 25%
Uranium bottom play
Thanks for the input. That was an old post, sorry.
EVERYONE NEEDS TO READ THIS: MORE DD on RSDS - International Uranium Corp.(IUC.TO) owns White Mesa Mill whom RSDS.PK plans on selling their uranium and vanadium to "in early '07". IUC merged with Denison Mining Corp DML.TO and trades on the Canadian exchange. RSDS has PROVEN reserves of Uranium and Vanadium as noted in the link below.

Exciting growth plans: Rick Berman, the company CEO expressed that, "Russell Industries
plans to grow aggressively by making strategic acquisitions of companies with present cash
flows that will be immediately accretive to the company's bottom line. The shareholders are
and will remain the company's number one focus."
The increase in the share structure was necessary to consummate the acquisiton of the Uranium and Vanadium claims to proven reserves. The float is unkown at this time but is believed to be under a 100 million. Mr. Berman clearly has a vested interest in the company's shareholders as outlined in his statement on the company web site. With a huge Uranium Mining Company like DML.TO operating the White Mesa Mill adjacent to Russel Industries' PROVEN Uranium and Vanadium deposits - could a HUGE contract be coming around the corner? One can only wonder what Mr. Russell's next move will be, but there is no doubt it will be something big. The demand for Uranium and Vanadium is extremely high right now and the White Mesa Mill is in full production. This stock is an incredible play on Alternative Energy and it is positioned in UTAH - one of the largest proven producers of this precious mineral!!

RSDS market cap.only $1.25 million and have $38 million proved uranium reserves.
GLXI already $9 million market cap.and not even sure if they have uranium yet.
Go figure.
well, he hasn't been trading @ .0001. He's been at this for awhile now. No telling how high he was selling and how much.
He should be close to his goal by now.
I agree Loofman, there's a boom om. The market is bound to catch on to this gem.
MAy be the best bottom play I've seen.
Loading up these cheapies today.
Wait 'till the news hits!
Won't last long.
The market will catch up to this thing soon enough. Too many claims not to increase market cap.
Can you say GOLDRUSH?
nice to hear, thanks
"The tubes can be constructed in a timely fashion when they get the first contract signed."
How do they get a contract without proven production?
They do not have proven production, and have no financing.
I didn't realize that reactors were so cheap.
That begs the question: If they're so cheap, why aren't they up and running?
It's been many, many weeks since FREEUS was "complete".
Still no production, why?
What's stopping them from completing tubes for production, given the fact that there has been dillution?
It doesn't add up from the long term perspective.
Did you get verification from TA concerning O/S?
It wouldn't surprise me if they've been dilluting, but as far as the 25 million- It'd a drop in the bucket. It would be enough to get the four tubes going, maybe.
"JR probably doesn't need a loan, have you ever thought of that?"
Well, if the company already has the dough, then why haven't they produced any fuel?
Why did John Stanton have to front the Natchez facility if they already have several hundred million laying around?
Considering they haven't made a penny yet from their alledged bio-fuel, where did this money come from?
GL
No investor is gonna sink 200 million into a company without getting some type of controlling interest, or gauranteed production. Right now, THERE IS NO PRODUCTION, so there is no gaurantee. For some reason, the best thing since sliced bread can't get a loan to build reactors. If JR is not willing to give up the strings, investors are MUCH less likely to invest their cash into something they can't control. Particularly when the CEO's business credibility is an issue.
Thanks man, appreciate the update.
If only, if only.
If only the CEO was someone with credibility. No major investor is going to touch this as long as JR is at the helm.
Of coarse, JMO.
I completely agree, I think JR is holding on to his power here. May not be the best thing for the company. He should give it up to someone who has credibility in the marketplace. As many here have noted, his record is less than reputable.
There are several yes or no Q's here, not all technical.
Hope we will get strait answers from JR, probably pre-recorded.
Please feel free to add or suggest changes to the list.

Anybody want to chime in here?

1) What is the status of the SSTP dividend?
2) What is the status with the planned Merger with ONYI?
If no merger, has ONYI just liscenced USSE technology in lieu of ONYI stock ? Will those ONYI shares held in the USSE treasury be distributed to shareholders ? If so, in what fashion ?
3) If no merger occurs w/ONYI is there any plan and timeline to get USSE & SSTP into fully reporting companies ?
4) Is the t-dock at the Natchez facility under contract with USSE? (dock where barges load in/out)
5) Is the liquid loading facility under contract with USSE?
6) Do the tank farm in the photos belong to USSEC in any way?
7) Does USSE hold all necessary permits to produce and sell fuel at the Natchez facility?
8) What is the status of the patents?
Same thing they told me a month ago.
Dividend any day now, parts coming in...etc.
Nothing solid yet as far as progress report.

They're better off just selling the fertilizer to farmers who have USSE contracted to buy the beans.
Let the farmers grow!

Utah is the third-largest uranium producing state in the U.S. with a cumulative production of some 130 million pounds of U3O8. Although all Utah uranium production has ceased, Utah still has two of the four currently permitted uranium mills in the U.S.: the operating dual-circuit White Mesa U-V mill near Blanding and the Shootaring U mill at Ticaboo, which is on standby.
WOW! We've got 1 of 2 mills in Utah, the third-largest uranium producing state in the U.S.
THIS IS HUGE!!!
It was a green day for all practical purposes.
Or at least par. Good volume, news out today (should be on the wire tomorrow, well later today) and Uranium boom reported in NY Times. The phrase "gold rush" was used on more than one occasion, if I recall.
Lots of buzz, and this may be the cheapest uranium stock available........bottom play.
Setting up nicely for a run IMO.
HOUSTON, TX, Jan 02, 2007 (M2 PRESSWIRE via COMTEX News Network) --
Russell Industries, Inc. (RSDS.PK) would like to update the status of the geology report it has engaged Edge Consulting to perform. To follow is the preliminary report.
EDGE CONSULTING Professional Geologist CPG #4605 -AZ Registered Sanitarian #767 P.O. Box 385 Dragoon, Arizona 85609
PRELIMINARY REPORT
SUMMARY: I went to Utah and evaluated the Payday Claims (East Canyon near Monticello, Utah). The purpose of my visit was to look at the potential of this mining property and make recommendations. The property has 54 un-patented mining claims covering an area of almost 2 square miles. The claim group covers an area where the favorable upper rims of the salt wash member of the Morrisson Formation (Jurassic in Age) exist almost intact.
Mineral resource reserves are generally classed in three areas based on confidence. Proven, or indicated a drilled out resource of ore grades, say 50'by 50' rough centers. Probable, inferred a drilled out resource, say 100' by 150' rough centers. And Potential, or possible such as an area of favorable formation, alteration, adjacent to known mineralization, past work etc., all suggesting that the area could contain more ore, but lacks drilling to confirm it.
While on the Pay-Day Claims I spent time looking at the rim thickness, alteration, and viewed Uranium (U) & Vanadium (V) mineralization in several adits. Seven samples were taken to establish the grade and U: V ratio, for economic purposes. Two old Gov't drill holes (1950's), 2 vent holes, and a series of drill holes above the exposed rims with one hole on the claim group. Snow covered many holes and hindered our evaluation on the upper area. The Claim area covers ground where the favorable upper Saltwash member is intact. Two areas of super favorability cross the claim group, Channel A & B. As a Professional Geologist with five years experience in Uranium (33 years overall), I conclude the Payday claims cover an area of good potential to develop a new uranium - vanadium deposit within the virgin claim area.
DEVELOPMENT: I would consider drilling a couple of fences of holes across the A & B channels first. When mineralization is encountered, drill close space offsets 30-50' to delineate the ore. A medium sized air track with a large compressor could drill this out rapidly. The holes can be probed with a hand reel probe and calibrated Geiger counter (in %). If significant ore is discovered a contract probe truck can be brought in to more accurately measure the radiometric grade. Samples should be taken every 5'so samples can be chemically assayed for U3O8 & V2O5. This will give a grade ratio to calculate contained pounds for economics.
DESCRIPTION OF THE OUTCROP: The country rock is salt wash member of the Morrisson Formation (Jurassic in Age). The strike of the main channel systems are N 45 to 52 E. The entire claimed area is in the favorable salt-wash member. Crosshatch on map below shows the "super" favorable channel locations (see the main map color). Two productive mines are close to the property, the Neighbor (Frisco?) and adit D (from my recon). I postulate that this is the primary mine worked in the 1950's (10,000 lbs+) based on dump size, mine adit with rail, large load out area, and junk from the period.
ORE SHOOTS: Describe nature and give extent: Five adits were looked at and sampled on the adjacent land mainly in section 36. A more thorough look has to be done on the current claim group to identify possible mineralized areas. U &V ore is found in a pillar, in the "A"adit. Seven samples were taken from the five areas and sent to a certified commercial lab with results pending, see sampling section. Ore assays: % Uranium %; Vanadium %
MINING FACILITIES: Water, would not be hard to develop. I have noted windmills in the area. The small amount of water needed for drilling and dust control can be hauled in.
Give the Section, Township and Range, if this is known: T44N R24E sections 26 & 35 Describe the adjoining properties: Neighbor (Frisco) mine in section 36 is an operational mine which was flooded at the time of our visit. I have records from Energy Fuels Nuclear that might be from this operation in the late 1970's The elevation above sea-level is about 6740 feet.
ACCESSIBILITY: Access: Take Hwy 191 ~15 miles north of Monticello, Utah to near Church Rock (a prominent small butte. Turn right (E) on an all weather dirt road ~9 miles and west on various jeep roads to the project area.
HISTORY: The district was discovered and developed in the first uranium boom of the 1950's The Happy Jack mine of that period is located to the south. Tech report #74 was done in 1953 when the Government was doing work to develop uranium. The 1970's brought the second uranium boom. The Rim canyon mine (north) was worked during that period.
GEOLOGY: The geology, reserve, and characteristic ore bodies are outlined in a comprehensive AEC report: Technical Memorandum #74, Dry Valley District, San Juan County, Utah July, 7, 1953 by R.A. Teichman Jr. Etal. It describes the drilling and subsequent resource developed. In summary, 40,664 feet were drilled into the Saltwash member totaling 183 holes. 21 were ore grade (11.5%); 41 were mineralized (22.4%); 121 holes were barren (66.1%). The average grade of the ore was 0.34% U3O8 & 1.83% V2O5. The ore occurs as of a series of small tabular deposits that are controlled by channels.
If a similar program were done on the Payday Group as the AEC Tech #74 program, I would expect similar ore grades, especially if the channel areas are drilled first. Once a small ore body is located by drilling, ore is often found on drifting (tunneling) to the body. Additional ore can be found by long hole drilling underground, grade control done with a Geiger counter snake probe calibrated to percent.
Roger Smith - Silver Arrow Stone - Fredonia, AZ has Geiger counters, Snake and reel probes and calibration sleeves.
