Give up both of you and find a room.......This is a FTWR board and ya can't chart the wild west with any certainty. When news hits they will have to let it go but just like all pinks they will sell air shares and drive it back, all depends on if the Company pulls through with Bondholders taking some concessions.
Its called churn rate, its a known and unknown equation but if you watch a weekly you'll be able to tell whats on the MM's minds and when they are done shorting.
Looks like they have loaded, maybe let er breath a little or let er rip with news.
Chapter 11
When Samberg has loaded his boat, then the MM's who are selling air shares will have the biggest FU of their careers.
News and Volume will come and I bet Samberg bids on the way up to support the FTWR move.
Churn....all I see is maybe 130000 to .24 but that could change. Its a hold for me.
We need to call Arthur, can anyone get his cell or email? Arthur J. Samberg
John Marshall Mantel for The New York TimesUpdated: May 28, 2010
In the rarefied world of hedge funds, he was one of the greats - a stock-picker who managed to make money, bull market or bear, for more than two decades.
But in 2009, Arthur J. Samberg told his investors that his long, successful run was over. Mr. Samberg said he had reached a "painful conclusion" to wind down his $3 billion investment firm, Pequot Capital Management, because a long-simmering investigation into insider trading at the fund was heating up once again.
The tangled and protracted insider trading case came to a close on May 27, 2010, when Mr. Samberg, a hedge fund industry giant, and Pequot Capital Management, the firm he founded, agreed to pay $28 million to settle fraud allegations.
In settling with the Securities and Exchange Commission, Mr. Samberg was also barred from working as an investment adviser. Mr. Samberg and Pequot will return $18 million in profits and interest and pay $10 million in penalties.
It was a remarkable turn of events for Mr. Samberg, who had withstood a high-profile investigation in 2006, only to have it reopened late in 2008. Then, as in 2009, he maintained that Pequot did nothing wrong.

At issue in the suit were trades dating back to April 2001 that involved a sizable bet by Pequot on Microsoft stock. The S.E.C. contended that after Pequot had agreed to hire David E. Zilkha, a product manager at Microsoft, Mr. Samberg sought information from him on the software company's coming earnings report.
After contacting colleagues at Microsoft, Mr. Zilkha told Mr. Samberg that the company would most likely meet or exceed its earnings expectations and advised Pequot to invest.
According to the S.E.C.'s suit, Pequot bet on Microsoft shares, generating $14.8 million in illegal profits. At the time of the trades, Pequot was the world's largest hedge fund, with $15 billion in assets.
An earlier S.E.C. investigation into questionable trading by Pequot Capital was closed in October 2006 without any charges being filed.
But the S.E.C.'s handling of that inquiry drew criticism from Congress and from the commission's own inspector general after Gary J. Aguirre, a former staff lawyer charged with investigating Pequot in 2004, complained that his efforts to pursue an insider trading case against the firm were stymied by superiors.
The S.E.C. began an investigation into the Microsoft trading by Pequot Capital after it was brought to the agency's attention in 2004 by stock exchange officials, who had flagged a series of transactions that seemed unusually well timed. The investigation was initially closed in October 2006 without any charges being filed.
If he is buying shares of FTWR then he expects the Company to continue to preform and not go to a Private Equity takeover or a Bankrupcy, looks like he has our backs, who is the MM and is he bid sitting or assk slaping or both. Holding
Who knows what the managements plan for FTWR is,I still see value and continue to hold.IMO we see a lot of cost averaging down while MM's make their margins by playing a volitile chart but in the long run gap at .80 will get filled.
How are ya getting 444? can you draw some lines on chatrs? TIA

FTWR Bondholders who are probably the biggest short by far are possibly covering into some kind of Private Equity buyer IMO by the way it trades, accumulation on a grand scale, not sure where the MM's take it but there is value and they are restructuring so I am holding and have also added at .21,.22.

Looks like they {New Management] are now working for some sort of resolution for Stakeholders and I assume they need to be on the Nasdaq to raise capital later this year.

FTWR will bounce around and any news will spike it up as its a bounce play now,to late to short and who's gonna go long.
News will get 3 up days, plenty of time if your nimble to buy the lows and sell the highs if your average isn't to high.
Plan B
I seen that.
If your underwater like me it might cause some pain but I ain't selling cuz the CEO didn't file the correct paperwork.Lots of assets and notes aren't due till 11/15/12 When they piss off Bondholders thats when they take it down and buy,get their money and then short,I'll be out before another short.June or July IMO.
We will be required to repay any Notes due 2012 that are not redeemed or converted prior to maturity for 125.411% of their principal amount, or $37.7 million. We are accreting the principal premium ratably over the six-year period from inception until the Notes due 2012 mature and are recognizing such accretion as additional interest expense. The effect of this accretion is to increase the effective yield to the holders to 12% per annum based on the par value of the Notes due 2012. The effect of the accretion related to the interest payments made by the issuance of additional notes is to increase the effective yield to the holders from 12% to approximately 13% per annum.

I can't see how they would lose money on spectrum YOY as the article reports.
Stocks to run from.
Share price ain't the only thing that will be weathering.I've been warning these stuckholders that I have taken legal action but most just don't want to face reality. Its nothing personal to those still wanting to get out but when I lose because of fraud then its a new game.WNBD
I'm buying any dips from MMM. 178k so far in 1 out of 4 accounts, close to 200k in all 4...IRA SEP.Will flip some but will hold core for over a dollar.
Read my post on yahoo. friday13cbs MM's will leave gaps to cover shorts intraday.
I agree if .41 becomes support thats the 50 fib retrace which is bullish enough IMO.
Well ya know they will more than try to get back over a buck for listing.
Morning
Looks like .40 is flag breakout FTWR.But as always MM's in charge.
