wow! below $0.0001. i didn't even think of that. i guess that is as low as a stock can go. history being made! em
stand by for $0.0001/share. imo.
Imo, the chart should go to $0.0001 where I think the pps will be in a month. Woohoo!
Good God! Isn't this one dead yet? em
I don't see King as being a functioning company. I've owned the stock for a year or two and nutt'n. I've e-mailed the company and nutt'n. I supposed I could call but it doesn't seem to be worth the effort. If the company was viable, the stockholders wouldn't have to wonder/guess what is up. Viable companies are forthcoming. Disappointed and lurking.
did Bob say we were getting a bonus or "the bone"?
woohoo! next week i'm rich! em
APRU dividend yet for RSHN? em
that's the thing. there could be something here going on under the radar. with oil around $90/bbl, how could there not be...
unless you are an owner of "the company" there isn't any reason to wish this company one way or another. it is soooooooooooooo over as a public entity. the good will is used-up. there an't no more. now if you were on an island and this was the only stock you could buy...you'd still do better investing in coconut husks so you could make a fire or dried seaweed to use as bu..-wipe. the success of this "company" is no longer worthy of investor interest. there are many many other real companies out there with real prospects for pps growth. imo, management of this entity whizzed their shot at public ownership success down the drain.
need more? i've got lots more.
accumulating under the radar shouldn't be any problem. seems to be lots of shares available the lower it goes. should be a tonne available at $0.0001
so what do RSHN stockholders get then...45% of whatever APRU does, maybe, rather than 100% (since we apparently financed the development of APRU). it is a little sour grapes. ...and then some 5,000,000,000 additional shares may be still wrapped around RSHN stockholder necks. i've been in Bob's company for a couple of years now and the company i invested in now seems to be somewhat swept aside in favor of another of Bob's companies in which he seems to see his future. there is a sense of abandonment without compensation.
did RSHN finance anything of Bob's today? (just trying to catch up.)
"audited" financials?
news releases gave hope. imo, there an't much hope and no demonstration by anthing called management that there is life in this "company." removing past news releases is probably a good idea.
it is too bad when someone who owns a public company doesn't see his/her way to riches by benefitting the stockholders.
presumably, he/she is the/a major shareholder. Bob seems to be one of those who don't get the concept.
I doubt retirement of shares is in Bob's box of business tools...as he understands publically-held companies. R/S, now that might be a concept he grasps very well.
Go Bob go! You little money monkey. em
so nobody is in jail yet. bummer. em
MWM would be a good brand out here in Te'jas.
i'll check back next week then.
it's all about .0001 ...em
lurking.
did RSHN fund anything for APRU stockholder benefit today? i've been away for a few days.
anybody go to jail yet? em
anybody in jail yet today? em
no doubt very true. we know where we stand. em
isn't anybody in jail yet? em
Bob seems to have the gift of being able to take any stock down to $0.0001. Lookout below! Here we come.
It looks like he did it to RSHN and now APRU.
I'm sure he's looking in the mirror and asking himself how this can happen. He doesn't have a clue and he doesn't seem to be interested in the least in retaining counsel/adivisors who can help him manage the public shares of the companies he controls.
Frohe Weihnachten zu allen. em
Anybody go to jail yet or have had to cough up some stockholder money? em
maybe he has hung a bunch of debt on RSHN and for that reason spun-off APRU as a separate business? i don't know but something like that could be the reason.
why bother...just to turn the page and move on. this was a good story a year and something ago.
i own this POS like it is the only stock available. that doesn't make any sense. i have a feeling the days of continuing to hold my shares are numbered.
you're right. i was sloppy but then the shares of RSHN somewhat overhang APRU (as an example of managements' style).
No place to go but $0.0001/share. em
i think it'll start climbing when Bob reduces outstanding/authorized billion of shares and puts out audited financials.
i see it more as Bob seems to be able to conceive of and execute business opportunities to a point (limit) when it comes to feathering his nest directly but hasn't quite gotten onto the concept of personally prospering through advancing his common stock (and taking care of his stockholders).
more likely to drop another $0.15/share. the trail leads back to Bob and the street has an expectation this "IPO" will be not supported by management that knows its way around public ownership...just like RSHN. ...and then there is the little matter of billion of shares overhanging the suite of companies owned by Bob. to pull this one out/off, Bob needs to make this a reporting company and uplist it without screwing stockholders with a R/S.
i've been sitting on only 1,000 shares of Sense which have gone nowhere.
