...or he is less than honest.
I seem to recall Andrew III and his mother (Linda) and an attorney associate...when they were in Austin...had already dabbled in the building supplies business by buying a company around 2003. It may be that Andrew approached Ammerman and somehow in the course of that, Petar got involved in brought in the Suljas. It would be interesting to know who hatched the idea of setting up what appears to have been an empty LoftWerks shell. The course of setting up that shell appears to have taken LoftWerks private. Dennis and Andrew may have done business thereafter while LoftWerks (public shell) became Sulja Brothers (Building Supplies?)...more than one Sulja Brothers companies seem to have been created...who knows? It was a great story...one the public bought hook, line and stinker. (all in my humble opinion and conjecture)
Ninja...best estimate of Bob's position I have read.
that's Bob's hand in your pocket.
He must feel enough time has passed
that a new pump will work. Baby
needs new shoes? Stockholders get
nutt'n.
TJ, i'm in the same boat as you. i check back here out of some sense of perversity. I too can't believe how the chat about this has gone on so long.
Bob must be looking for a new crop of suckers. A bill must be due.
run like the wind. em
Black Pete might like being handcuffed. em
where did everybody go?
Some of us were brought in via the back door since we were holders of Loftwerks. What a great story that all went south. It could have been sooooooo good had any of it been true.
wow. how about that. em
good info. tks, Steve1.
imo, he should be barred from ever offering public shares in the future on any exchange.
there is an idea.
...and when Bob needs more investor $$$ he will probably stand up another company, move assets around, abandon other companies he has created and move on...all imo of course.
wrong DeVries...our guy is Andrew III.
Ah, let's give Steve and Black Pete a big wet and sloppy.
They've earned it.
Sue-ya. As in litigants. That's my laugh for the day. em
12ring...is that you, Black Pete? How's the Land Rover doing? Keep up with your meds. Sounds like you might be starting to hallucinate a bit. Cheers, TusLog
Ragz, I check in to see if there has been a resolution. Cheers, Tom
...and it is a bracket of time, not just one day. sounds like the OSC has all it needs and will wrap up the public portion of the procedure. (what was that...Black Pete's butt slamming shut?) i wonder if they will let him out of the slammer every now and then to dust off his Land Rover.
google...loftwerks, loftworks, ammerman and DeVries and a bunch of hits will come up of about that time.
i guess i was lucky to find a buyer. not the same luck with RSHN and APRU though. i'm stuck w/2 mil shares of crapola there. another shell abandond by their creator.
Got tired of waiting w/no communication from the company. Got out. Good luck to all.
I have thought Bob as being inept with regard to running a public company but maybe his behavior has been a little more focused, sinister and predatory than that, imo.
Thanks for taking your time Ninja. Much appreciated.
I've been trying to unload 2 mil shares at the market of RSHN for a week now w/no takers. This is a dead issue.
A question for the future is...where will Bob go for $$$ when his current stash runs out. We aren't likely players. Will he stand up another company and keep moving whatever credible assets are left from one company to another?
Hopefully. Cheers, em.
If Dennis then Andrew would not be far behind.
Piecemaker, thanks for the update. I only have 100,000 shares and have been holding.
Kaptain, hopefully it'll pay off. I gave it so much time and tick tock the clock ran out. GLTY. em
roger that Ninja. tks.
I can't fault anyone for riding this puppy to see what turns out. This is the second beverage company I have given up on but that is my peculiar judgement. The best to you.
thanks Kaptain.
True and what are the chances that the company will respond to a request to release my shares? I'd say zero to none.
I wonder if they shares will become unrestricted on a certain date independent of company action? Any ideas?
today i added to the overhang on the sell side. i'm done w/Bob. moving onto another loser no doubt.
I'm getting rid of all of it all that I can. I see some is still restricted. Screw Bob.
Bob got what he wanted and has dumped RSHN and APRU, imo.
No further need for stockholders, imo, until he thinks up
another skam. Way to go Bob. May whatever car you bought
with our $$$ get flat tires and leave you stranded on the
side of the road in the dark of night as you have stranded
the stockholders of RSHN and APRU.
