I don't know your financial situation... I only invest what I am able to loose... Personally, I have much of my discretionary money tied up in MDGC. But I can afford to loose it all. I think it is a good risk. But if you pull the trigger it is your decision. Anyone risking non-discretionary money on a penny stock is making a dangerous gamble.

Wonder if any of this is short cover due to possibility of a merger triggering an accounting of shares or movement to another exchange after financials and some other pending news?
Not pumping just wondering... gotta admit this is nice volume.

Take care of your own posts and I'll take care of mine. I don't need your advice. Period!
I don't
It's a free country. I will post things about the company that I find relevant. Period.
Quit giving orders and writing things that sound threatening. Better yet, don't post if you've had a little too much... of anything--if that's the problem.
If you noticed in the post, I indicated that I'm frustrated with the lack of communication from management as well.
Take responsibility for your trading. You push "buy" or "sell". Lighten up on other posters. Take from the board what you want. If you don't like something just move along.
You are not the only person who has lost money here--at least on paper.

Has anyone considered the fact that UNLA, a profitable company, must believe that MDGC has something to bring to the JV? Surely they must have some insight into what was determined by the AXS team?
What do they see MDGC bringing to the table?
FWIW, how about:
1) Patents that UNLA must deem valuable (based on knowledge of the AXS report?). Why would other patent attorneys be retained if AXS didn't recommend pursuit of licensing/damages, etc.?
2) MDGC has an approved China connection--partnership with China's Academy of Broadcasting Science (ABS), a division of the central government State Administration of Radio, Film and Television (SARFT). With UNLA's purchase of 80% of the Chinese telecom co., this might speed things up for them too.
3) Wytec, etc.
If UNLA wants them next door, then that sounds like they see real value in MDGC. If GTW, another profitable company, wants a JV, then they must see value. At this point it is obvious that they know more than the shareholders of MDGC. I'm holding.

Real Men take ownership of pushing "Buy" or "Sell"... You're right "Always" we need to replace some whiny shareholders.
I'm holding and adding as opportunities come along.
Any money put on pinks (or any stock nowadays) should be discretionary money... beyond that someone would have a gambling problem.

Repost FWIW:
Business is like warfare...
I suppose some shareholders want management to telegraph all of their intentions, plans, etc. so that they can weigh them and decide whether or not they approve. Sometimes it seems like people posting here are saying "I own 1/1000th of your company and when I say frog you better jump!"
It doesn't work that way.
While I agree, based on the leaked video, that too much has been going on without proper notice to shareholders; there is another aspect to this in my opinion. Trying to put together a nationwide tower network on a shoe-string is enough of a challenge without telegraphing your moves to the major carriers.
Two new law firms have entered the picture (evidently related to patent infringment). Partnerships are being sought and other buildout is ongoing.
This is a penny stock. Any money invested OUGHT to be made from discretionary funds.
Just like any other investor, I want to be informed. But I also appreciate that there will be times in any business when spelling things out for the competition could doom the best laid plans.
If you've lost trust in the leadership or can't afford the money sitting in a developmental stage company, then you probably need to move on. Cheaper shares for me. Thanks in advance.

Everyone wants r e v e news! Let's see... nationawide tower network almost ready for unveiling... global tower network via our alliance with UNLA... GPS software/hardware, etc. formally aligned with MDGC... piece by piece...
Remind anyone of the leaked video that everyone went nuts about?
Hopefully the pieces come together before the economy falls apart. all jmo
About GlobeTrack Wireless
GlobeTrack Wireless is a multinational company which is able through its extensive network of partners, manufacturers and service providers to offer the best service to its customers at every place in the world in real time.
How big is the market?
Global Positioning System-enabled (GPS) mobile Location-Based Services (LBS) are on the verge of coming into their own, after years of frustrating delay. From 2005 to 2006 the numbers of mobile subscribers using LBS services in North America will more than double from 1.6 million to 3.9 million; by 2011 that number will grow to 52 million, which will account for 18% of the total mobile population in the region. This growth will be echoed in other regions, though to a lesser degree, and indeed, in Asia-Pacific the number of LBS users will be triple that of North America, reaching nearly 160 million. Overall, the world population of GPS-enabled LBS subscribers will reach 315 million by 2011.

I look forward to the time (near future imo) when all 50 states are squared away and our little company can announce, jointly with Unilava (and others?), that a nationwide and global telecommunications venture has been launched that will take away a growing portion of market share from the majors due to blah, blah, blah... quotations from MDGC and from UNLA, etc.
and that such and such major has already agreed to licensing requirements and will begin paying post haste--others to follow soon... etc.
One or both will yield: KKaaBBooooooooooommmmm!
"It's time" couldn't come soon enough!!

ETMM is active MM on MDGC and UNLA
Yes and on that link, this is an interesting paragraph imo:
"The Company plans to aggressively defend its intellectual property rights. It is believed that most, if not all, of the current LMDS operators and equipment suppliers infringe on Wytec's U.S. Patent No. 5,923,229, for sectorized, wireless, point to multi-point communications systems. Wytec has been approached by some of these companies with an interest in licensing technology from Wytec. To preserve the integrity of the Wytec brand name and preserve the value of Wytec technology, Wytec will license the technology only where it will facilitate access to markets otherwise closed to the Company. The Company will file for other patents deemed important to protect the technology of the Company."
Just shaking for shares to see who'll sell on initial news... Can't have mine... This isn't your average pinky... It's not a day trade. As people digest this (over a couple days) we should see some big blocks moving imo.

I don't post on other boards... PERIOD. AND i Just have ONE alias and am an investor in this company with a mere 865,000 shares who is entitled to his opinion about where this stock is going.
Are you an investor in this company?
If you are, what constructive opinion do you offer fellow investors?
If you are not an investor... why are you here?
Headed back to .045-.095 range short term imo... Then with right news .11-.21... etc.... BUT with buyout or agreements related to patents booooommmm (at any time).

Looks like powerhour could be fun

simply implies a series of PRs toward something bigger being announced imo
