The NXPL investment resulted in insufficient outstanding shares. RXMD was essentially overdrawn. I'm not sure why 1:200 was needed, other than to support the current share price range, which is adequate for uplist.
From the 2022 10-K, page F-23:
Apples, IHub. Oranges, Not IHub. Classic strawman fallacy argument.

Your posting here isn't heard by any RXMD insiders, only RXMD shareholders, potential RXMD investors, and RXMD bashers. Post what you want, it has no impact on RXMD. I'm not angry about another long turned basher, but it is disappointing.
Meanwhile, RXMD is debt free, increasing revenue, probably borderline profitable, expanding into new revenue streams and new markets, organically (Remote Patient Monitoring, ClearMetrX, NXPL technology and Alibaba partnerships, etc.)
I wish the quiet would end, but I'm also appreciative that NXPL definitely did save RXMD from a certain toxic debt spiral to trips. It was happening. It was going to continue until debt was paid. Current valuation is way better than 0005. And, as much as I loved how Shital Mars communicated as CEO. That toxic debt happened on her watch. She never delivered the long promised SEC reporting, Jay did. She didn't deliver debt free, Charlie did. In fact, Charlie funded it.
Why did Armen make the deal with NXPL? Because if he didn't RXMD would have been bankrupted by the now-paid toxic debt. A little bit of something big is better than nothing at all.
IMO
Consider who you're actually irritating (it's not RXMD insiders.) And consider who you're actually helping (it's not yourself, because it's not RXMD shareholders.)
GOOD LUCK!

Thanks for the suggestion. I appreciate that you're trying to help. I have rotated to landscape, so I can confirm that all options show that way.
I do have some pages bookmarked, and that has come in handy when navigation wasn't working temporarily, but that's not a good solution because it's more clicks to get to the bookmark list than using the hamburger menu.
It's really not a huge issue for me, it's a wish list item. And it has no impact on how much I use IHub. My current work obligations and deadlines, however, are having a huge impact on my ability to read and post here 😕🤓
My IHub device is a 5×8 tablet. I like how that fits in my hand comfortably in portrait no matter where I'm sitting. It feels uncomfortable and unnatural to turn it landscape, and hard to read content, similar situation to a phone. I click the hamburger menu on the left to navigate, but I don't like it because it shouldn't be necessary (there is plenty of space for other options in the heading).
I'm adjusting to the new designs. But my wish list still includes adding icons for mail and favorites next to the search icon in the portrait headings, or make the new headings design render correctly for my device. I'm patient, it's not like I'm on IHub 24/7. It's 20 hours max! 😉🤪😅
Are the emojis on the post I'm replying to still showing as emojis for you? They are something else when I view them. They should show numbers 1 to 5 in blue boxes. Let's see if they work here and stick:
1️⃣2️⃣3️⃣4️⃣5️⃣
LOL, if I had tried 1 more I would have seen that 😅🙈👍👍😎🤪
I just added 4 reactions and a thumbs up. I might be able to add unlimited? Is that expected?
👍🎉🎊🏅🥳
I suggest that if someone adds more than one reaction, group them together in one pill container. Allow others to click the pill to increase the count.
I like the reactions implementation! Nice!!
I also like the highlighting for unread messages that doesn't disappear until you refresh. I find myself more frequently using full view, and switching in and out more often.
In full view I'd like the message number to link to the classic view single message view. That way, if I looked at the message in single view, the link would show as read as long as it's in my local cache, the same in both full view and classic list view. And, I could easily get to that single message from full view if I want.
I'd also like to see re: deleted messages and/or the user that wrote the message that is being replied to in full view, as I'm used to seeing that in Classic View, and it enhances context. Today I read a message that didn't make sense until I switched to classic and saw it was a reply to a deleted message. And, I might not recall the message subject context without knowing who wrote it. I know that I can click to see the thread, but clicks are sometimes slower than my associative memory. I do really like the "re:" subject link that shows in full view. That is definitely better than just the number in classic view!
I've had some ideas but no time to share. And I see you implementing them anyway. Great minds...
The way I'm using it, I don't see it as classic view or full view, I'm switching back and forth. So my focus is ease of getting to each of the other visual assets from wherever I happen to be. It's blended: Classic View AND Full View. You're not taking anything away, you're adding to the experience. For example, in classic view single message or Next X, why not be able to pop up the thread for any given message if you want. You've already done the work, so that might be low hanging fruit.
Good work! Thank you!!
The device is unlocked. If you have cell service that carrier might work. Try visiting your cell phone carrier store and try a SIM there to test it.

It's my opinion that Armen and Caco have been silenced by Charles in charge. They can't communicate because they are not authorized to do so.

When he posted that the price was well below $5 and now it's up to a level that would support uplist. I believe that uplist independent of NXPL is still the plan, IMO. I guess time will tell.
If the Company wasn't publicly diluting, and I don't think it was, I'm not sure that they benefited. It's a hard case to prove, IMO. You probably wouldn't have a case unless you bought during that time. But I'm not an attorney.
Good Luck to Us!

C, I understand that you've been in this as long as me, perhaps longer, and we're both down. I really really miss the communications from former CEO Shital Mars!!
I'm still holding on to Bullish, but I don't post because there isn't much to discuss. Charlie will make money, but he's definitely not showing his cards. Armen has no influence at all anymore, he's simply a manager of the PharmCoRx operation and common shareholder, as far as I can tell.
I'm sorry you got booted there, but I'm not surprised. I'm read-only there at this point. If Charlie isn't going to communicate, perhaps they should shut it down. But that would send a negative message as well as destroy some hope. They just need to end the quiet times and share their plans with shareholders, like a legitimate public company is required to do. Their filings prove their legitimacy, but they aren't acting the part.
IMO
Good Luck to Us!

Interesting. Is NewEgg including a pre-activated SIM, or is that only for the influencers? 30 days pre-activated SIM was motioned in one of the NewEgg sales pitches 2 or 3 weeks ago. That would be a good move, IMO.

Yes, that does happen in landscape. Up until today, that wasn't necessary.
Never mind, it's the new look:

My feedback.
I can get used to the larger font, it's easier to read and I don't mind scrolling.
I really REALLY want links to both Mailbox and Favorites to be always available in the header. One-click access is needed for both, IMO.
In the header, to the left of the Search Magnifier icon, I'd put the Mailbox unread-count envelope icon and the Favorites unread-count Star icon. It wouldn't take much space and would restore critical function, IMO.
The primary reason I was using the desktop view on my tablet was for the one-click ability to jump to those two pages.
Thanks, I'll try that later. Hopefully in the meantime the real issue is found. I don't expect that will change anything because when I open an incognito tab it has the same issue.
It affects both Classic View and Full View. It affects everything.
On my Galaxy Tab A I'm getting the mobile view even when I select Desktop View in Chrome. This is a change that happened since last evening. I very much prefer desktop view. It is the same in both Classic View and Full View. I hope it's temporary.
Thanks and Happy Friday 😊
I wasn't even considering Indian. There's at least 2 Indian styles to add to the list. It's a delicious list 😋
Great links to demonstrate the complexities of "Asian" cooking. Especially for home cooks that didn't grow up with it. I really miss the good takeout options in the city!
Vichyssoise is very good. I've never made it though.
It's a bit pricey. It is also location and exclusivity tax.

That's a good review and recommendation. I might need to try. I'm on my 3rd Zyliss slider. They last about 2 years. Each version is a little better. I just bought #3, I'll last buy #4 when I break this one.

I enjoy Asian flavors but I have limited success making them at home. I have thrown out some bad results, but that was over 20 years ago. Part of the issue is that I rarely follow recipes and I don't have the techniques, the experience, or the pantry items needed to get away with that in Asian cooking. I'm a cord cuter, no cable, but I can find most shows in my apps. I'll keep an eye out for it. Thanks
My guess is that the small spoon is salt, the bigger spoon is sugar, and the shaker is MSG. Chinese food uses sugar in a lot of savory dishes. But, I could be wrong 😉
I suppose one could try, but why? I suppose if that's the ONLY option...
Frosted Mini Wheats, still my favorite 😋
Yes, I never thought of it that way. Science is cool 😎
I'll try one of each, pickup tomorrow 😉
Bookmarked 👍😋
The comments about Culver's are great! I agree on the cheese curds. I get the onion rings instead.
I also love this comment. I guess I need to try their Walleye. I didn't notice it on the menu. Google says it's a Lent seasonal item. So I'll be watching next year before Easter 😋
That sounds like the best tofu ever! 🥓😋
I've never had crispy fried capers!
I've seen a documentary interview showing that salt evaporation process before. I think it was CBS Sunday Morning. It was cool to see all of the little pools in various states of progress.
A quick Google search shows that's true. But it's not obvious what they used before Sprite existed. The old tradition might be obsolete.
It reminds me of the recipes I've seen to cook ribs with Coca-Cola, which seems like it would be too sweet.
