SaviCorp Continues International Expansion Plans in Asian Markets
February 11, 2015 06:00 ET
SANTA ANA, CA--(Marketwired - Feb 11, 2015) - In continued efforts to expand its global presence to more countries seeking adaptive automotive emission reduction technologies, SaviCorp® (OTC PINK: SVMI) executives will be traveling to Beijing, China during the week of March 9, 2015.
During this trip to China, SaviCorp executives will be tasked with working to establish a satellite office, to be charged with facilitating the company's partnership agreement with Asian environmental technology company Beijing FlyingGlob.
In opening this direct line of communication within China, SaviCorp will grow the presence of its DynoValve® line of emission reduction technologies in Asian markets. The trip will conclude with a sizable payment for a previously contracted order from distributors already partnered with SaviCorp, so that the distribution of DynoValve products may begin.
Also pertinent to the company's growth efforts in Asia, SaviCorp met with representatives from a promising green energy developer headquartered in South Korea on February 2 and 3, 2015. These representatives worked closely with SaviCorp staff while DynoValve products were tested to match the specification standards of the supplier.
The supplier witnessed an increase in fuel economy between 14 and 15 percent during the MPG testing phase and examined the test drive data that prefaces the unparalleled effectiveness of DynoValve products. Having surpassed expectations during testing, SaviCorp anticipates the signing of a distribution agreement that encompasses a sizable demographic in South Korea.
"Our efforts within the Asian market have been swiftly taking shape and we're now beginning to see a world of possibilities opening itself up to us," said Serge Monros, President and CEO of SaviCorp. "Our goal is that within the year, we will have spearheaded a prolific distribution campaign throughout Asia, which will serve as a cornerstone in other worldwide distribution plans."
SaviCorp's worldwide expansion efforts continue to extend beyond Asia. In March, 2015, the automotive innovator will host a South African green technology company seeking training and a potential licensing agreement in regards to SaviCorp's DynoValve technologies. The prospect could result in widespread distribution across Africa.
SaviCorp's upcoming trip to China and its future meetings with interested distributors in South Africa come on the heels of an already successful trip to Mexico City, Mexico, where the company currently remains in negotiations pertaining to a distribution license that would encompass the country of Mexico, and potentially all of Latin America.

Where do you keep coming up with trillion and billion dollar deals...
Pleas show me a link to the reference or even a post from someone...
(other than you)
.
I think the key is the Saudi's and they want to slow us down as well as
hurt Iran there bitter enemy...
I feel they will keep the oil flowing to maintain market share and they still make money at 45...........we just break even....
Thanks for replying...
This article came out after my last post but it is interesting read...
https://www.fool.com/ext-content/channel-adjustmentsthe-1980s-just-called-it-thinks/28/?psource=esayho7410860039&utm_campaign=advertorial_lg&campaign=the-motley-fool&utm_source=yahoo&waid=8482&utm_medium=contentmarketing&paid=8579&wsource=esayhowdg0860191&cellId=0&testId=1980s-called-yahoo
I remember when oil hit 10 bucks a barrel back then....
Which was why there was only one World Oil and Gas Show in Dallas....
(although several years where planned)
I am concerned with the cash flows of MPLs and those payments could very well see the axe this time around as we have so many different reasons
why oil is down this time around...
None the less 45 is about the bottom to even think about punching a new hole...3 of my cotton valley plays where just shelved for the time being.
I am figuring the requirements I want for the companies I feel will move back up after the smoke clears... there is gonna be some takeovers...
If this is not the correct forum for these discussions let me know....
==========================
Here is a good article explain why they will not recover so soon....
I would just as soon the oil price takes a couple of years to recover to milk the upward move....
http://www.fool.com/investing/general/2015/01/25/why-oil-prices-may-not-recover-anytime-soon.aspx
To answer your question...
If you bought the stock with that account they should let you sell the stock........
Hello Jett,
We have not talked in a while but back in 2008 I did real well
buying oil stocks when oil was 30.............
It was a 3 year ride back to 110....as all my stocks moved with oil...
Back then I was buying MLPs for the return rate for income looking for the real stock price to recover.
I want to do it again only I am going to do it with options cause I can control more stock with less risk...
I think if will be a 2 year ride to 80 and 3 years to 5 buck gas......
What are your thoughts?
DFW
.
When did you start reading charts?
I always enjoy your comments however would you please post us a chart and explain the moves and why....cause I do like to day trade....
Back when Mario was heading up this company day trading was tuff because like Mario always said "I am a day traders nightmare"........
OTC said....
I'll be your Huckleberry....or...................
Ok, I will play the game for arguments sake....
200 million gross revenues divided by 6 billion shares outstanding...
would be 3.3 cents per share....I can give that a multiple of 10 and come up with 30 cents or more a share....
NOTE HOWEVER.....that is not how it is done but a lot of times it comes close...
=============================
What you have to work on is profit per share then apply a multiple...
We have no clue what it costs us to produce 200 million dollars...
but if DVs sold for 150 bucks each we need to sell 1,333,333 a year to reach that point of $200m.............(110,000 units a month) doable I feel...
Let say we can have 50% profit....
100,000,000 dollars divided by 6 billion shares is 1.7 cents a share earnings times say 17 to 25....would be a range of
28 cents to 42 cents a share....
==================================
Ah,,,but once again there is the market to deal with and people dumping shares....if people dump millions for 4000 bucks per million (today's price) what happens when a million shares is worth 50,0000 bucks....(5 cents a share)
I might just sell one of my millions for 50,000 bucks how about you....
======================================
well it is interesting to think about but not sure how much good this does.....
as ever,
DFW
.
Jim, under the current stock structure we will need
120 million gross revenue a year to be a 20 cent stock....
Even if we have that revenue, it will also depend on how many dump
stock on the ride up as to if we get there.
The good thing is they just keep chugging forward getting them done...
Nice to see how was all your early snow?
Gosh, and all this time I thought
that line was from a movie.....
yepper, I see what you are seeing-
3.3 mil in buys and 2 mil in sells so far...
I think the PR I want to see is the first 5000
units have been shipped...
I don't think the Chinese give a damn about our EPA testing...
and if we really have been testing for 9 months, the EPA and the USA Govt don't give a damn about doing anything they jive ass talk about.....
.
Ok so that PR said it was started 9 months ago....
that is how long it takes to make a kid....
so how long does it take the EPA to decide....
Now is when we need a democrat senator from calif to check on progress seeing as -----
how Obama is going to try and make this last 2 years about clean air....
.............
Did I miss something somewhere along the line....
in the PR at the bottom....
Anyone who claims to have been here for 10+ years should be
around 300 to 400 % profit at this price....
Millions were bought in low triple zeros for 2 & 1/2 years...
(most of 07 08 & 09)
Half of todays trades were buys....so some are not paying
attention to the negative nillies that post here...
I knew a guy who sold 100 million shares back in 08 for .0003 and .0004....(that 40,000 to day would be worth $400,000)
Another one who sold 25 million at around .0005 (that 12,500 would
be worth close to $100,000 today)
neither of the two have talked to me since the time this was at a nickel in March 2010............one of them was the guy who introduced me to Serge...
On the other Hand.....the sp has not been a penny since
march of 2012............
.
So are you now giving us a lesson on freshman biz law as it pertains to the Commercial Code?
Maybe flying glob don't care to get egg on their faces until they know savi can deliver..........
If they are really as big as they look savi is a small deal to them...
Why would they PR something until they know they will be successful with it...
Hello mr k michaels and welcome to I-Hub as well as the Savi forum portion of this site...
I will say you did make a splash with your first post after joining I-Hub...
kinda like doing a cannon ball dive into a crowded swimming pool...
To answer your question a lot of us read the filings however few if any read them 10 years back...
Seeing that you do so well at reading we will be looking forward to your reviews of current filings...
always nice to see a new and informed poster here...
.
Alibi it was that R/S that started the stock structure for the reverse merger that started the company and the new name savi media....
it can be found on the OTC page also
http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/SVMI/profile
Yepper I have been caught in a R/S and it only happened to me once because after that one as soon as I caught wind of one coming I sold out.
The only way a R/S will work is if it moves use up to a higher exchange but you cant do it from these prices and I feel this stock would need to be in the 20 cent range for that to happen...
The new Dodd Frank laws have restrictions on R/S and there are limits how often you can do them. Also never knowing when the next R/S will come leaves investors jumpy and hesitant to buy in.
Also to the person who said buy 144s before they get to the market
would not work I feel on many fronts. Those shares need to be unrestricted and we need to be able to trade with normal firms
(get filings straight).
Let market forces take over and stop leakage from the company back door in stock.
.
Using your numbers once those numbers are proved real and we are sitting at 13 cents a share under the current share structure...
Here is my comment to your question...
Alibi, first of all it takes 3 years of positive revenues and clean reporting to make it to NASDQ...
A lot of restructure can take place in a 3 year time period...
I know how it can work and I have posted here before what should be done....will I post it again no...does it Have a R/S to do it...NO..
Using your numbers
Share structure is wildly out of hand...
Fully diluted it could be near 10 billion...
And for those saying, I said, we could hit 50 cents,
that was only if
the company got aggressive with a public stock buy back...
As far as those selling for the current price..
a lot of stock holders are in a positive basis...
I have a cost basis of .0012 but I have not sold or bought a share in
at least 3 years....
And for Cool, word being out about a deal...
this company has always had something cooking about some kind of deal some place but I never believe them until I see them...
The size of this deal all sorts of folks would have had wind of it just because of all the people involved to do a deal this size.
============
Bogey when using real facts here is the link to OTC markets and it is also in the info part of this forum...
http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/SVMI/profile
Followers....over the period of time savi has had this forum so to me that term is misleading...
To see most of those followers click on "view posters" (icon) and it will take you to here....
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/boardposters.aspx?boardid=4804
20 per page for 10 pages...
I remember most of them but many are long gone and the
number from followers never go away or down...
I would guess we have 25 active here and 50 total who check in from time to time...
.
they all need to be audited from what I remember...
there are some other maters need to be resolved also...
maybe we now have funds to clear those deals up...
.
interesting post....and question...
first of all we saw they were going to do biz with these guys..
then rumors started flying around that a deal might be in the millions..
then rumor was Serge went to China....
Then Serge called me asked a question and said he was getting close to a big deal...
Now let me explain, I along time ago decided I never wanted to know about
any PRs because I liked to be surprised..
I had no ideas this was a monster deal and I never said anything on the board because I have heard so many things that never worked...
everyone on the board was talking about dreamy billion dollar deals..
so I started running numbers on billion figures...
I was shocked when I read the 8K
Know what....their will be another PR to...when who knows and folks maybe complaining like you before it hits....
how do I know....their is always another PR...
what is it about....who knows...
.
Cool you are being anything but "cool"...
Lets clear something up first...
you said...
You would think....guess we will see...
One guy tried to get them to move to Dallas years ago where there are crazy investors and cheap prices....no way would Serge do it..
I met Serge in Vegas 13 years ago and I think he liked it there...
Hell if he moved the deal to Vegas I might just move...
Heck I have thought about it anyway...
My best friend and gambling buddy just bought a condo downtown Reno and moved there...
Two large trade sells killed the run the first day and the trading has indeed been lack luster after that...
Many holders with lots of stock are sick of this company and want out which is why you don't sell stock to people who are not "Qualified Investors".
I feel many wonder if this deal is even real but the 8K filed helps me to believe.
I feel this stock will grind up as this deal becomes more believable and money rolls in....
The Dubai deal was suppose to be a great deal but no follow ups and one wonders if they can sell anything.
The history of this company and share structure is getting in its way at the moment.
.
Correction malice....
there was 30 million traded first day which would ave over
150,000 dollars...in trades...not the 4,000 you stated..
You are correct about follow up PRs and I would be willing to bet
they are waiting for a check to clear....
Soon as he closes that deal on all those
Auto dealerships he just bought....
Head to the one that has the largest used car dept...
Find the head of that one and sell him on the DV...
We should have had one guy doing that already for the last 4 years...
You got to be kidding me...
warren buffet and savi...I want what you are smoking...
A million shares right now will cost you 5 to 6 thousand bucks...
A million shares in a year could be in the range of 100 to 200 thousand bucks...
Call the company and go see Serge for about 10 minutes and make up your mind...
Those guys always want tradable stock to do that...
Most real players are leery of those promoter guys anyway...
We just need real follow up PRs...
They only cost 1200 bucks a shot last I checked...
How you been Lucky...Has your crew sold any of their many millions yet.......
couple of nice 1/2 million buys in the last 20 minutes...
No problem and you are not the lone ranger as there have been many that did not understand the function of market makers..
Without them these markets would be very illiquid and impossible to trade...they make money buying as well as selling by keeping the spread between bid and ask...
In the old days of the NYSE "specials" acted in the same manner trading only in certain stocks filling gaps when there are more sellers than buyers and vice versa....
Never the less fundamentals at some point will take over on this stock as long as the contract is full filled....
we just have some stock holders that for certain reasons just don't believe anything about this company because of unfulfilled company promises....
This company could use an Investors Relationship guy big time...
Hey Serge did you hear that....I will come out of Retirement to do that and you can afford me now....
As I wrote this we had a 700,000 share sell take us down to .0052 from .0059------700,000 is 28% of todays volume in one trade...
We need continuous PRs backing up yesterdays news and filings....
.
No that means the MMs swallowed 3.9 million in one and 3.5 million on another.....then they sell it back out to others....
I would bet it is they same seller...
This is not the NYSE this is the pink sheets and everything trades to and from Market Makers...
Bogey you did good math on that one however I used a much simpler
formula that is used for a viable company with limited info....
For it to work we have to see the income, come in on a quarterly basis and a continued basis...
I used a Gross Revenue formula that hedge fund guys use...
rounded...
Gross Revenue 135 million a year
Divided by outstanding stock 6 billion = .0225
Use a multiplier of 6 to 10
12 cents to 22 cents a share....
we got trashed yesterday by two major sells that totaled
7.5 million shares and hit both times we where jumping higher...
There are some idiots for stockholders that simply do not understand what they are doing to their own net worth by being greedy. The sooner they are gone the better.
The company needs to keep a steady flow of PRs coming now to keep interest and let more of those fools sell out...
Had it not been for those two trades we would be trading close to a penny today.
Trades like that can kill any run.
.
