What about EPA 511 Testing?

Has anyone else looked at what the EPA does regarding the Aftermarket Retrofit Device Evaluation Program?

First of all, they require significant testing and proof from an EPA approved testing facility regarding the product to be tested before they will even look at a device.

Second, you have to get onto their schedule and pay thousands of dollars for them to run the test.

Per the PRs provided, the DynoValve has at minimum been tested by now. That itself is an accomplishment. How long it will take for the test results to be made public is an unknown.

Just a comment regarding the program. No device has even passed the initial testing and proving stage required by the EPA since 2005. Of those devices tested, none have shown a statistically significant improvement in fuel economy which the EPA has determined to be at least a 5% improvement. In reading the 2013 financials, it appears the HQ is pretty confident based on the results they have that 5% improvement should not be a problem.

It appears that the DynoValve may be in a position to make history over at the EPA by showing a statistically significant improvement in fuel economy. That in short, is where this company is right now, on the brink of making history.
