It's not moving because no one wants to drop the $70K that it would take to knock out the ask walls between $0.013 - $0.0135.
The same wall is below $0.01.
Someone wants this between $0.01-$0.013.
The chart is manufactured.
Can someone please explain why people are still pumping a dead ticker? Is it just force of habit at this point?
If this is a share selling scam, it's the worst one ever. Volume is in the toilet because no one is buying or selling between $0.01-$0.013.
At this point I would welcome dilution because the volume would attract interest.
Amazing 10q leads to an uptick in price and volume then - BAM - enormous ask wall shows up at $0.013 again.
Would also love more BASHERS on this board...it's getting kind of boring.
Same. I own a moderate position. Nothing to lose any sleep over.
Just an interesting company to keep a bit of a stake in.
Per page 25, they can't even pay their rent.
I would be shocked if this didn't gap down hard at the open, at least down to the mid 9's.
You should be the one calling for a new CEO as a long. Jody is either a scam artist or a complete moron. Or both.
A new CEO could unlock some real value on this ticker. Jody only cares about himself. He views shareholders as an ATM.
If DCGD had acquired any assets they would have had to file an 8K already.
So the 10q is going to look pretty much the same as the 10K.
Is that what you're saying?
I hope Steve Ross puts this board's money to good use.
Maybe a yacht or a McMansion in Boca.
READY WHEN YOU ARE MR. ROSS!
Will buy back in when this hits $0.005 again (10AM?). I don't even think Jody's pumping skills can keep this above a penny (without a RS).
Probably good money to be made flipping this between $0.003-$0.008 for the next month or so though.
Eh, might see mid to high 9's for a few minutes one day while that ask wall is still up.
Someone wants to keep this below $0.013 and they want to keep it there bad. Has to be a reason that they have this strangled between $0.010 - $0.013.
I have faith that Jody will pump this back to life with more BS. This ticker is absolute trash and the sequencing of the convertibles that he signed off on earlier this year is shady as hell.
But Jody and Gary have shares to sell and idiots to fleece.
Will play for a bounce, but am not holding without Jody gone.
I'm rooting for Steve Ross and his 19 million+ shares.
READY WHEN YOU ARE MR. ROSS!
Are you a time traveler from eight weeks ago?
That ship has sailed.
You must be feeling bullish. Last time your re-entry point was going to be $0.005!
Suspension is likely off the table too because their filings are current.
I don't see this breaking $0.02 without any news though.
Also, they need cash and they need it immediately. With no merger on the table, they need cash from notes. The notes will have to be convertible.
Unfortunately the entire A/S is reserved for current noteholders. So they will need to raise the A/S significantly. Trading this close to a penny, it would make sense for them to reverse split before doing that.
Given their immediate need for cash, I think those actions will happen very quickly.
Preferred shares issued to Jody and Gary are likely to enable reverse split.
Wow. Was expecting bad. Was not expecting this bad.
Lol. Timber comes whenever Ross decides to dump more shares.
Ready when you are Mr. Ross!
Lol. Pump team paid a tout rag. The end must be near. Steve pulling every last dollar out of this pig.
Ready when you are Mr. Ross!
TIMBERRRRRRRRRRRR
Anybody check to see if there is ANOTHER 6 million shares in the float?
Steve Ross needs to make his money
When will Steve Ross sell the rest of his 19+ million shares? Today? Tomorrow? When?
No proof needed on this board!
No proof that Costello owns a hedge fund.
No proof that a billion dollars in assets will be loaded into the shell.
No proof that Costello went to Harvard business school (just proof that he lied about it on an 8K).
No proof that Steve Ross no longer owns the 25 million shares from the 10q.
No proof of Costello ever owning a successful business.
Sorry, you'll just have to do your own DD.
READY WHEN YOU ARE MR. ROSS!
Ross has owned most of those shares since just after he and Don pumped and dumped this back in 2011/2012.
He had the good sense to accumulate 25 million shares after the dump, and mothball this thing.
Weird that GRNFAQ.com doesn't mention Ross at all, and he owns almost 10% of the company.
Jody is extremely incompetent. Ticker needs new management.
Steve Ross still has 19+ million shares to dump.
Ready when you are Mr. Ross!
Sichenza Ross is most likely related to Steve Ross. That payment was not for shares, but to satisfy the $83K DEBT owed to Steve Ross related to legal fees.
The $63K was NOT payment for shares. All of the shares came from Flechner and Cutler per the 8K and the 10q.
Ross' 25 million shares remained in his possession after the Costello purchase.
Feel free to add all of the above to the GRNFAQ.com website. Happy I could help.
READY WHEN YOU ARE MR. ROSS!
Jody is a horrendous CEO. This tech should be a goldmine, but he just can't deliver the goods.
If he resigned, I can't even imagine where the share price would be.
So much value to be unlocked...
I'm guessing Steve Ross will use his 19-25 million shares to tank this again sometime this week. I hope you're not too fond of the capital that you've invested.
I've read all the filings. Swallowing costello's BS is not "DD".
Proof that Costello is successful? Doesn't exist.
Jesus, it's in the freaking 8K that he signed.
Look at the filing.
Where is Costello's proof that he owns a hedge fund. Or graduated from Harvard business school?
I'm not the one who lied on an SEC filing. He lied on the 8K when he said he graduated from the University of Minnesota and HBS. Neither statement was true and both were material.
Ross, Costello and the rest of the gang are all in this together - at least that's how I view the evidence. Costello could have purchased Ross' shares for less than a 100k when he bought the shares from flechner and Cutler.
Leaving Ross with 25 million shares was part of the scam. Everyone in the pump group will likely get a cut of that. Plus any profits that their associates made flipping the millions of shares that they bought from the public float prior to July 1.
I'm guessing the LAHO suspension spooked the pump group and caused them to cut their epic pump short. Last week was all about locking in 10+ million in profits for the group (they spent two years working on it, need to make sure they make something).
Now it looks like they are desperately trying to flog it back to life so they can drain a few million more from bag holders before the music stops for good.
Steve Ross has 19 million shares to sell. Any price appreciation will just get blown out the next time he wants to unload his shares.
What happened last week can happen at least three more times, and that's if he didn't buy any shares at the bottom each of the other times he crashed the stock.
PUMP AND DUMP 101
Ross is pulling costello's strings. Costello gets a cut of all the proceeds at the end.
This is not hard to understand.
Costello is just the idiot front man.
Ross' 25 million shares were left naked by design. Either that, or Costello is one of the dumbest humans on planet Earth.
PUMP AND DUMP 101
Ross owned 25 million shares and was owed $83K related to legal fees prior to the Costello purchase.
Flechner and Cutler sold 139 million shares to Costello for $300K.
Ross was paid roughly $75K to extinguish the $83K in legal fees (DEBT) that he was owed.
Ross' 25 million shares were not magically purchased and returned to treasury with the proceeds from the sale. He was paid to release his $83K debt obligation. That's it.
Also, if the 25 million shares had been returned to treasury, they would no longer be outstanding. They would be "issued", but the O/S would be 275 million, not 300 million.
This is basic reading and math.
Steven Ross owns between 19 million and 25 million shares, per all the existing filings.
Anything else you're hearing is just frantic hand waiving.
Nice try. The settlement was for the remaining DEBT that dcgd owed to Steve Ross. Not his 25 million shares of EQUITY.
Steve owns those 25 million shares.
Aren't you the guy who keeps calculating market cap off the float instead of the O/S?
BALANCE SHEET 101
That's a straight up lie. Ross has between 19 million and 25 million shares.
MATH 101
DD: STEVE ROSS HAS AT LEAST 19 MILLION MORE SHARES TO DUMP.
READY WHEN YOU ARE MR. ROSS!
Looks like I was right about Steve Ross' 25 million shares not being restricted.
STEVE ROSS OWNED 25 MILLION SHARES. 19 MILLION MORE TO GO.
READY WHEN YOU ARE MR. ROSS!!!
