Ross owned 25 million shares and was owed $83K related to legal fees prior to the Costello purchase.

Flechner and Cutler sold 139 million shares to Costello for $300K.

Ross was paid roughly $75K to extinguish the $83K in legal fees (DEBT) that he was owed.

Ross' 25 million shares were not magically purchased and returned to treasury with the proceeds from the sale. He was paid to release his $83K debt obligation. That's it.

Also, if the 25 million shares had been returned to treasury, they would no longer be outstanding. They would be "issued", but the O/S would be 275 million, not 300 million.

This is basic reading and math.

Steven Ross owns between 19 million and 25 million shares, per all the existing filings.

Anything else you're hearing is just frantic hand waiving.
