LOL OK
We ll get the quarterly report on Thrursday. We ll see where we are then, there will probably be some info on the Mondial Dubai acquisition.
From what I see, not ALL of these entities were under GRN Funds. I m not worried about the ones he already owns. For the other ones, some might not work. No worries here.
Q4, that s all we know.
Have you actually read my message? I m not saying it s done, I m saying it s in progress and should be quick since most of these companies are already under GRN Funds.
Come on, this is nothing, it cannot just go up all the time. Just look at the trend, we re good here.
I might be wrong here but I think most of these acquired companies were under GRN Funds and JC is basically transferring them now under the GRN Holding Corp umbrella.
So yes until now GRNF (Holding Corp) was an empty shell, GRN Funds was not.
Can someone confirm?
And having them under GRN Funds already will make the transaction quick and smooth IMO.
I love the way it s trading. Even with huge dumps we continue our march North.
Isnt it the note conversion scheduled today?
From the Q&A
Q: Any legal updates?
A: At this time, we cannot report any movement from the judge in our case. As far as we are
aware, cases involving toxic lenders in NY State have stayed pending the outcome of EMA
Financial, LLC v. nFUSZ, Inc. case. The letter below outlines what was requested by the
judge. All parties did file motions to be heard on August 21, 2019. There has been no word
from that court since then.
And the pdf of the Q&A can be found here: https://phase1trading.com/
Very well said!
17.76 million is the float, OS is 81 million. But still, that s impressive! We re now at 25 million shares traded, we might finish the day with 2 times the float traded!
Awesome post! Good work!
LOL it shows the best time to BUY furniture, we are looking for SALES numbers...
Use this website, you ll see that furniture sales increase during the year, with December sales 30 to 50% more than January.

Oh you ve seen their complete financial results for 2018 and 2019? Please share them.
He does not share more information because he is not supposed to, as simple as that. We ll have the needed information in due time.
looks like you have proof of that. Can you share his bank accounts, properties, etc to prove it?
I m not comparing him to them, I m just saying having had a failed limo driver company does not prove he cannot be a billionaire.
All those claims are irrelevant if not stupid.
Let s stick to the company. I havent seen any proof it was a scam so far, I m still waiting.
Do you know Bill Gates or Richard Branson created failed businesses before becoming billionaires?
I dont even know if this limo driver story is true, but even if it is, it does not prove anything...
And the fact that you have nothing else to say than what you ve been saying for the last 2 months or so proves a lot...
Wait for the part 2 of the video, with the answers to the shareholders questions. Should be interesting...
What happened here ? Frontloaders got out? I only had 20 shares here but still, that volume and dump is surprising and I dont find any info.
LOL OK you seem to be an expert in chart analysis!
DCGD => GRNF. BOOM!
Very interesting, good work !
What a joke! The guy named Justin costello on ihub is NOT the real guy! And you believe it? LMAO !
LOL this is beyond comical!
LOL OK
Nutribrands expected revenue and profit:
Year 1: Revenue $18M, profit $1.5M
Year 2: Revenue $42M, profit $5.9M!
and
Year 5: Revenue $135M, profit $35.8M !!!
Boom !!
Cool story. So great, respectable officers means scam every time? OK. GLTY.
Wrong. The address in the arrest report is in dowtown Seattle, we talked about it last week. It s not 750,000$ a year, but it s still a nice place. He probably owns other places, maybe one of them is worth that price.
In any case, I dont really care if he owns 100 supercars or 25 mansions. All I see is the awesome team he s building and the great companies he s bringing together. All these people wouldnt risk their career for a scam so they saw something they really liked, and I m betting on a bright future for DCGD/GRNM.
Agree 100%! No worries here!
Easy answer: I dont believe anything other than official PRs and filings.
Who gives a shit about websites and twitter accounts??
Wow massive buys!! Somebody wants to see us higher than 0.30 before the week-end!
LOL "textile"??? LMAO
LOL that will not affect them going to the Nasdaq, the growth and the big money will come from the other Vystar branches, especially the rubber products.
Rotmans acquisition is only a first step to finance their future growth. The value might be less (58%), but they can still use 100% of the revenues and profits as they please.
"attributable" does not mean Vystar has to give them money! Vystar gets 100% of the profit! Lets stop this nonsense debate !!
OK there is one line showing the % of the non-owned part, but it is not deducted from the net income (I just made the calculation to be sure), and it is not money that Vystar has to pay to the 42% owners! So like Greg said, they get ALL the revenues and profits and can do whatever they want with it. They only have to pay them if they sell Rotmans, which is why they reserved 1,2 million if that ever happens.
From Investopedia: "Under US GAAP, the financial accounting treatment of minority interest requires that it be recorded as (...) part of the equity section on a consolidated balance sheet of the parent company to reflect non-controlling shareholders' claim on assets".
Which is exactly what Greg has been saying. All the profit goes to Vystar, and minority shareholders will be compensated if Rotmans is sold according to this equity line.
Do you understand that these 42% owners are also the owners of Vystar?
Dont you think it makes everything simpler?
