Q: Any legal updates?
A: At this time, we cannot report any movement from the judge in our case. As far as we are
aware, cases involving toxic lenders in NY State have stayed pending the outcome of EMA
Financial, LLC v. nFUSZ, Inc. case. The letter below outlines what was requested by the
judge. All parties did file motions to be heard on August 21, 2019. There has been no word
from that court since then.
