As a substantial $NGTF investor...I'd strongly prefer that our mgmt team spend hours every day trying to increase our potential Nightfood, Hotel and Airline sales.
$NGTF CEO Folkson on company MB today...
Choice Hotel's...Sleep Inn...the Nightfood Amenity testing chain....IMO.
The plain truth... Sean and Simon aren't working hard enough for investors...Time to start busting balls!!
Here's a $NGTF post from an investor today, and Sean's answer....
Is Sleep Inn...the Nightfood Amenity testing chain? After some investigative efforts...IMO... GHC Choice Hotel Brand, Sleep Inn is the Nightfood Amenity testing chain.
If they're not............They Should Be!!!
My reasons behind my confident assertion.....
For starters, check out their website...
https://www.choicehotels.com/sleep-inn
1. One of the top five Global Hotel Chains listed on the Investor Deck, is the Fortune 500 conglomerate that owns the testing brand....
IHG, Hilton, Marriott, Choice, Wyndham
Sean said that the parent testing chain was one of the five above, and not either GHC #1, or GHC #2...chains we're already working with.
Even the rah-rah back slappers...are silent on the Nightfood MB.
That speaks volume.
Just two honest investors speaking their mind objectively.
Lets see who follows the lead of the two company Telegram members, who already weighed in voicing their displeasure and disappointment with the pointless call.
I try to adhere to a "no spin zone" policy...painting as accurate an $NGTF picture, as I see it. The CC was more of the same old same old bullshit...it sucked.
PS The gag me with a spoon fest over there has started....just a waste.
aaimo
The $NGTF CC was a copy and paste...waste...nothing new...other than GHC # 2 is in a "holding pattern".
The successful test in what I believe was IHG's Even Brand, their Wellness lifestyle Hotel hasn't been started.
Almost all the info on the call was previously revealed....and redundant talking points was the gist of the 27 min CC.
A major disappointment...but I'm not surprised. I didn't expect any news with meat on the bone.

Sean needs to stop his repetitive, worn out, overused talking points...it's just pissing investors off...
...though only a couple honest posting members on the company MB...have the balls to tell him directly that they're sick of the bullshit.
Additionally, Sean still didn't answer the important question....“Did the Hotel request to remain anonymous during this amenity test?”
The NDA in effect is continuously being used as the main excuse, for our lack of progress and under-achievements with previously stated company goals, objectives, and projections....so why not avoid that subject.
Selective exclusion, again, by the $NGTF CEO...choosing to ignore the tough, crucially important "asks".
Many shareholders, investors and interested $NGTF parties, will be tuned into the CC next Tuesday.
Will we hear anything of substance, containing new $NGTF / Nightfood revelations that haven't been previously disclosed?
I'm not expecting any at this juncture, but I'll be all ears.
aaimo
Two questions from $NGTF investors… we’re still waiting on answers for…from Sean.
1…..“Sean, can you speak to the size of the test? The other parameters - number of people/rooms, methods for information gathering on customer opinion, how success is measured?
This may be info that more/less is intended to be covered on the call next week. If so, will info like this be detailed?”
2…. “Did the Hotel request to remain anonymous during this amenity test?”
$NGTF CEO on the road..Hotel video from last night...headed to "do Nightfood business"!
Not a vacation, nor personal time away. Thrilled to see it happen..active $NGTF interest, with boots on the ground.
https://t.me/NightfoodHoldings/16003
Most likely, at our Co-packer with the pending Amenity cookie test launch...overseeing the production line runs.
https://t.me/NightfoodHoldings/16020
Posts and videos above...today, 3/8/23, from company MB
Board member...."Sean can we assume these will become the amenity cookies? Or is this another batch of mini cookies?"
Sean..."Full size! Big test starts next week!"
Enough repetitive talking points by $NGTF CEO… time to get to work, out in the marketplace.
A judicious, measured use of company Capital resources, should include Sean personally selling our Nightfood Sleep Friendly products to the Hoteliers and Airlines….himself, in person!
Even with broken ribs, if one is truly motivated and hard working. Is our $NGTF CEO “busting 24/7 for the company, his family and shareholders”… Not happening.
….and enough already, about Sean’s $40K loan, and the note’s repayment details.“That don’t impress me much”.
Many of us have substantially more invested than that.
Sean needs to stop the bullshit, take accountability for our current state of affairs… and start to work harder for all Shareholders.
His same old lines and C&P posts have grown tiring…time to put his sales efforts where his worn out posting messages are.
Aaimo
One of the company MB posters asked when the last $NGTF CC was….. just baked.
At least no one has yet to respond… even Mate and HS know how crazy that request is.
It’s widely available to anyone that cares to spend 30 seconds doing their own DD.
Just checking the PR list, and one will see that it’s been a year.
As ESPN says….. “C’mon man”!
With the last two $NGTF financials….being lousy….
….it’s an excellent sign that our share price is holding the channel it’s been trading in.
Investors, by and large, including me, remain optimistic that Nightfood Holdings, company goals and objectives will ultimately be attained.
Imo, at this juncture, with our retail presence practically nonexistent, E-com not a priority, and 6 Nightfood ice cream flavors production schedule being put on hold…. Our current ongoing Amenity efforts, a potential game changer, hold the linchpin.
The $64 question….Will we hear updates at the CC in 10 days…concerning progress attained in our Hotel / Airline business efforts.
$NGTF Shareholders, and all interested parties, remain laser focused on future company PRs and all SEC filings.
Sean needs to spend less time on LinkedIn, and more time on direct company business priorities….
…such as making sure our Nightfood E-com website is working, and if not….FIX IT OR REMOVE IT!
The fact that there are continued glitches and problems with our website, indicates a failure on $NGTF mgmt’s part… to oversee and monitor valuable company business resources.
The image that repeated shortcoming projects to potential Nightfood consumers, and possibly $NGTF shareholders, is that Nightfood is a poorly run company….and is an inexcusable embarrassment!
Also, the continued glitches are very frustrating, and aggravating to potential customers and individuals that invest in our company, or are seriously contemplating buying shares.
Overall, a lousy look….which should never happen, especially the same problem repeatedly, and needs to be rectified immediately.
A famous movie line, sums it up….”Don’t you even care??”
2/21...Company MB Question to Sean...from active member....that's still unanswered.
"It is clear that with a 50% increase in inventory over the 6 months from June 30th until December 31st, that Nightfood is anticipating an increase in purchases. There is almost a doubling of both ingredients and packaging.
1. Are you able to confirm what percentage of the $54,171 inventory for Cookies is Finished Goods?
2. What percentage of this Cookie Inventory finished goods is made up of the 25-gram cookies.
If you would rather wait until the investor conference call to answer these questions I understand."
Company MB follow-up post 2/27...
"Sean are you in a position to answer my inventory question?"
3/2/23........still, no response from $NGTF CEO Folkson.
Sean still ignores the tough pointed questions from knowledgeable Nightfood investors...Selective evasiveness.
Good News..."On February 21, 2023, The Company ($NGTF) signed a vendor agreement with the parent company of the testing hotel chain."

A major positive $NGTF business development.

What is a standard vendor agreement?

In hospitality industry, a contract is an agreement or promise made between two or more parties that the courts will enforce. In other words, it is a set of rules governing the relationship, content and validity of an agreement between two or more persons.

Another company MB poster, holding Sean’s feet to our fire.
If others on the board, tell our CEO the truth, then maybe he’ll offer up additional details that answer many investor’s questions and concerns.
We need considerably more information about who, what, where when and how.
We’ve been kept in the dark, entirely too long by Sean… Time to start divulging more, and if it takes 8-Ks to do so, start to file ‘em.
Most any tough question posed to Sean gets ignored… his selective transparency is apparent, and hurts his case.
At least one member…has the balls to hold our $NGTF CEO accountable.
Love to see it… hopefully others on the company MB will follow his lead.
At this juncture bullshit isn’t needed or appreciated…. We need our executive to work his tail off for us, and not just throw carrots our way, that mean nothing, and hold no water.
No AAHOA this year...as Sean continues to sit on LinkedIn, endlessly it seems.
Posting an over abundant supply of his repetitive talking points, and generic C&P Industry articles, that most of his company MB members eat up.
Our $NGTF CEO's able to continue to "skate", without being held accountable...that needs to change.
A round-a-bout, doublespeak, ambiguous, evasive answer by Sean...is no, we're not gonna attend AAHOA in April.
It's plain and simple...a lousy decision... but, imo, the most likely reason being, no capital at all for our $NGTF CEO to work with.
Pivotal CPG Industry news...Sugar replacement called erythritol — used to add bulk or sweeten stevia, monk-fruit, and keto reduced-sugar products — has been linked to blood clotting, stroke, heart attack and death, according to a new study.
https://www.cnn.com/2023/02/27/health/zero-calorie-sweetener-heart-attack-stroke-wellness/index.html
Sorry Halo Top and others..now you're up shit's creek.
Nightfood contains no Erythritol, no sucralose, or other artificial sweeteners!!
Is now the time for Nightfood to add an additional pivot....back to retail??
No Nightfood or iDeal Hospitality...on the AAHOA 2023 Convention Exhibitor list and floor plan.............yet.
https://s15.a2zinc.net/clients/aahoa/AAHOACON23/Public/Eventmap.aspx?shmode=E
Absolutely no way we should miss this event...inexcusable if we're not in attendance.
https://www.aahoacon.com/
Another IMPORTANT question for Sean..that needs an answer...ASAP.
Are we attending the AAHOA 2023 Convention & Tradeshow? With or without iDeal Hospitality Partners Group and CEO Jill Rigsbee?
Apr 11 – 14, 2023
Los Angeles Convention Center

Sean and Simon need to start selling Nightfood...for their investors benefit...enough repetitive talking points on the company MB...ad nauseam.
Phone calls, cold calls are a fine way to start, to a multitude of potential customers, and prospective partnerships...setting up sales meetings for Nightfood presentations...in person.
Covid stop and yield signs are practically non-existent at this stage.
Get out of the home office...look someone in the eye and offer a stiff handshake, and display our "Investor Deck" for the Corporate Execs IN PERSON.

Current active Nightfood inventory in production....
Two ice cream flavors...Cookies n' Dreams and Midnight Chocolate...for the Hotels and any other National on-premise establishment purchased through Vistar Distributiuon Centers.
Two sizes of Prime Time Chocolate Chip cookies...a 60 gram pouch with small cookies, and a large one cookie 25 gram size for the potential of being used by Hotels and Airlines as a free amenity handed out to each guest and passenger.
..........................that's it.
Pickles For Two...shitcanned, and the other six ice cream flavors on hold for the foreseeable future.
Two additional cookie varieties, Snoozerdoodle, and Date Night Cherry Oat, are supposed to have their initial production runs in early 2023.
I would think that means, possibly by the end of March, or the very latest, 4/30/2023.
The single serve Ice Cream sandwich with which Category Pioneer Nightfood Won Top Prize in Real California Milk Excelerator Dairy Innovation Program....has not reached production stage as of yet.
Definitive launch timelines still undecided...still awaiting updates and details from CEO Folkson on the new products production schedules.
Maybe at the 3/14/23 Investor Conference Call.

$NGTF Easter Eggs...All in one Hotel / Airline basket....
Message from my wife, another substantial $NGTF shareholder....
For comparison...here's a LinkedIn post today, from one of Nightfood's valuable partners....
Impulsify CEO Janine Williams...2/23/23.
Strictly business related and targeted towards potential customers!!
$NGTF CEO, Sean Folkson, needs to be making the same types of efforts...along with his Brand Mgr. Simon Dang.
This LinkedIn post from $NGTF CEO Folkson today...maybe even with broken ribs, his Nightfood company 24/7??? schedule, could be better spent and focused on our investments instead of this bullshit.
IMO, the 76 seconds are a total waste of valuable company business time, that could be spent making calls trying to secure additional sales or partnership contracts for the company.
Sean and Simon Dang could, should, be blanketing the country, reaching out to Hotels, Airlines, Mgmt companies, Sleep related businesses, Health and Wellness concerns, Snack businesses etc. etc. etc.....
...spending valuable hours EVERY DAY busting balls trying to help the company succeed and achieve a good number of our Nightfood goals.
Sean Folkson on LinkedIn 2/23/23... I don't want to see any more valuable $NGTF business time wasted....
"Sean Folkson

This fired me up!
Best 76 seconds you’ll spend today?"
https://www.facebook.com/reel/598375428702215?fs=e&s=TIeQ9V&mibextid=0NULKw
Question for Sean...What is the new production schedule for the other two Nightfood cookie varieties...Snoozerdoodle and Date Night Cherry Oat.
...as well as production details, schedule and dates, on the initial Nightfood Chips and Ice Cream sandwich formats.
Currently, there must be a firm date, on the calendar, for the resumption of the initial two cookie runs...now that the large format CC production for the two Amenity tests, Hotel and Airline, have been completed.
Investors and other $NGTF interested parties, need to know updated details ASAP.
Yet unanswered question by Sean...from the company MB....
