DSNY sucks as a stock okay. It's being pumped by the biggest pumpers like myself and my cohort of fellow pumping and buying and lying foolsters. Which is why my posts are taken down regularly. Are you having the same trouble accumulating DSNY stock as I am under these heavily pumped circumstances?
I have nine more neg posts to post today but I can't think of anything pos to balance it out for good reading pleasure, but I do like to report on increasing MPE deliveries. I'm a little psychotic today after reading your post, I just haven't got a serious bone in my body.
That was you at 15:25:33?
Good luck with the shares
Somebody is hammering down the price of the stock today… In fact, in candle charting, today's action is technically termed a bearish hammer if I am not mistaken.
Just a WAG but I would say that the market makers want to accumulate a few more shares for their own pockets. I don't think anybody else is selling. No reason I can say to sell now. Unfortunately, not enough buyers to beat them at their own game. Right now the bid is $1.07 and the ask is $1.09. So where are all these accumulators who would like to get more shares under a buck ten? Where are the M&Ms are supposedly holding the line at $1.10?
I'm tempted to buy another thousand shares at a $1.08.
Well, just got 500 at $1.08.
The seven day delivery stats are ratcheting up, steadily, methodically… soon the average will be over 2 million deliveries per seven day.

That's a better way of saying it (view: glass half full).
The stuck in rut comment is view: glass half empty.
Different outlooks.
En medio stat virtus.
It'll take news though. So three cheers for good news!
Agreed. Let him know that it's bad posture to communicate that type of idea publicly.
Right, Clip is expected to contribute materially to 2014 revenue. Buena nota!

How many are going to listen to the Destiny at Roth presentation?
I agree, and you should do well with those shares purchased at these prices. Any clearly good news will be reflected in an upward move.
It was often deleted me that took the trub to count and list those clients. There were 50. Now 65? Sounds like growth to me - I'll have to update the list sometime.
The new PlayMPE site visually ... is rockin! Way pro look to it (to me). To others? Comments?
Anyone else notice the bashers are gone? I just hope I'm not whistling on a sailing ship...
DSNY chart is not bullish at this time. I hope we are going to continue putting in a bottom.
Is a pennant a bullish bottoming formation?
Can this even be called a pennant then?
I'd like to see the stock go up too! but
When did that position go up on the website? Been there? How long?
interesting...
I hope you are right. We both have $$ riding on it.

Just commenting on the coincidence... beyond that I've got naught more to say.
How many fathoms put you 6 feet under? Just one, right?
Liked your post!
Couldn't a work-around be found and published by hackers, like they've done so many times?
"Advanced Access Content System (AACS) is a DRM system for HD DVD and Blu-ray Discs developed by the AACS Licensing Administrator, LLC (AACS LA), a consortium that includes Disney, Intel, Microsoft, Matsushita (Panasonic), Warner Brothers, IBM, Toshiba and Sony. In December 2006 a process key was published on the internet by hackers, enabling unrestricted access to AACS-protected HD DVD content.[54] After the cracked keys were revoked, further cracked keys were released." ~ Wiki
You mean support not resistance, right?
We should hear about the European patent being granted by the end of the month, which opens the possibility of new deals being announced around that newly protected technology.
Clipstream ad right there on developer.com, right-hand side, top.
Has anybody seen the ad elsewhere recently?
I'm glad to hear it restated that Clipstream is not intended for clips of two hour length; Steve put that issue to rest but it keeps resurfacing for some current or former stockholders.
Please keep posting your take on the DSNY technology, especially when it challenges some of the contrary views, so we won't get just one sided analysis here.
Thanks Dag.
ABOUT SHAZAM:
Shazam is the world's leading media engagement company connecting people to the media around them through their mobile device. When a user shazams a song or TV show, they are able to identify, explore, purchase and share that content. One of the world's top ten apps, Shazam reaches more than 420 million users in 200 countries, exceeds 80 million monthly active users, and is growing by another 13 million new users each month.
Shazam makes it easy for people to share their discoveries on Facebook, Twitter, Whatsapp, Pinterest and Google+. And to purchase through iTunes, Amazon and Google Play. For people who don't yet have the Shazam application on their smartphone, it is available for FREE on every major platform and can be found on iTunes App Store, Google play, Amazon App Store, and other app stores.
The P2P explanation:
A server keeps track of the users watching your video at the same moment, and connects them together so that they are able to get parts of the video directly from one another. Of course, whenever the video fails to load fast enough from other peers, the player will download the next part of the video from the server, in order to guarantee a smooth user experience.
Leveraging WebRTC, our solution relieves your servers by creating a P2P network out of your users. And the more viewers you have, the better it works!
That's dicey.
Also, if it's not cross platform, then what problem is it a solution to anyway?
Justfacts -- are saying that you think this is going to eat Clipstream's lunch?
We agree!
Heck of a pump on Jan 19, no?
Someone please remind me the date of the "dump"?
Tell your thoughts to Steve. Preaching to the choir on IH.
Seeking Alfalfa articles should be screened by Yahoo at least. It should NOT be that anything seeking alpha puts out Yahoo picks up regardless. That's BS.
Before you say, what about all the pumpers? What about those SA articles?
My answer is they are not nearly as disruptive. You don't see abrupt and gargantuan overnight changes in a listed company's market cap based on a single positive articles... but I have seen these hit-pieces take $150 million off off market cap overnight.
Or is he just paid to come on here and trash talk the stock?
Play MPE® Signs Sony Australia Exclusive Distribution Agreement
VANCOUVER , Feb. 27, 2014 /CNW/ - Destiny Media Technologies (DSY.V) (DSNY) is pleased to announce that, effective March 1, 2014 , Play MPE® will be the exclusive supplier of digital distribution services to Sony Music Entertainment Australia for promotional delivery of audio content in Australia .
Play MPE® is the promotional music distributor for Universal Music Australia, EMI Australia, Warner Music Australia, and now Sony Music Australia, as well as many independent record labels in Australia .
"We are very pleased to sign our first contract with Sony Music in Australia ," said Fred Vandenberg , Chief Financial Officer for Destiny Media Technologies. "With this agreement, we expect that virtually all major radio music distribution in Australia now flows through Play MPE®, benefiting our record label customers and recipients."
Google will eventually start rating all these ISPs for connection speeds!
(speaking for myself here) YES!
"Because our ad format isn't supported, we've had to go through some hoops to get it approved."
Good post, more fair and balanced than many lately.
Excellent point about playMPE.. how IMPORTANT could an obvious hit piece by an anonymous SA author really be, compared to Universal Studios opinion? Maybe Universal should abrogate their contract based on the damage done to the "reputation" of MPE by that gun – for – hire article LOL.
Is it a basher rule to always sign one's name at the bottom of a message?
If longs are selling out, who's buying in, shorts?
It might be interesting to see the short statistics for today. Where is our short statistician? I don't remember who checks those numbers but someone was helpful with posting them a few days ago.
I hope what we are seeing are the short-sellers quietly covering their positions.
