Got 85s yesterday and 82s today. Was a nice opportunity to continue loading and averaging up only slightly. Those will very likely be the last 8s we see EVER again IMO.
SB said on Tuesday more news this week, so when that PR drops this afternoon or tomorrow (hopefully no later than mid-afternoon), we should shoot back over a penny! The huge PPS jump around 10:30 this morning is a good sign that conversions are finally over IMO.
Newbies, folks who are looking for a re-entry point, and those looking to add at BARGAIN prices might have their last shot at less than .01 this week!
I wouldn't buy a share of NECA if it were possible to buy it at 0.0000000001. Thanks. GLTY also.
And don't forget meetings with his *Asian* lawyer, per the 10/11/17 press release :)
Then you need to head over to our JV buddy's ticker. They are literally one or two ticks away from that. LOL. Get in on the ground floor, which is where their PPS will stay until they get a small bump from the JV in 2018.
I am SO glad our 50% share of the profits from that JV are such a TINY portion of our future, multiple revenue streams that even if NEC* closes it doors and folds completely, it literally would not hurt us at all. In fact, it might actually help to un-associate our name with them.
FLY Communications can assist with NEC*'s PR, but it can't clean up their shady CEO.
ONCI's temporary decline in share price has nothing to do with the NECA JV. ONCI just settled $1.8 million in inherited debt with shares. That dilution is almost complete, and we are on our way back up. ONCI has audited fins coming up for our annual, and once our PPS is at .01 for 30 days, we will uplist to QB.
NECA's page tells enough lies about ONCI already - beginning with the boldface lie at the top about a merger. ONCI will never merge with NECA, and in IMO, we would never want to buy NECA. We'll take 50% of the profits from the JV at no cost to us, and those profits are a TINY, MINISCULE portion of our multiple streams of revenue.
For NECA shareholders who want to read about REAL AND GROWING revenues, spend a few minutes reading the stickies on our JV buddy's page.
Headed for .0001!
Even the boldface LIE at the top of the page about merging with ONCI could not salvage this pitiful, bloated stock.
I am SO glad I have kept adding to my pile of ONCI shares instead of investing in this garbage! It crossed my mind after the JV, but I did my DD on NECA's CEO. He is very shady and is not even in the same league as Steve Berman, ONCI's great CEO.
I am also glad that the 50% ONCI will get from the JV is such a teensy weensy portion of our astounding revenue portfolio that it won't even matter if NECA folds up for good.
Even though NECA wants to try to use ONCI's name to entice folks to buy, I will refrain from violating the terms of service and pitching the stock that NECA is trying to use. However, I will say this: For those of you that have or are taking a loss here or those of you that maybe got lucky and flipped during NECA's short run, read the stickies on the page of your JV buddy's ticker. Then...you know what to do!
Since we're hanging in the 8s for a little while, I just put in a bid for another 50K at .008. It probably won't get filled today but maybe in the next couple of days before we catapult again.
I initially wasn't planning to invest more than $20K in ONCI, but I'll free up some powder to keeping adding at these levels. I know the investment will pay off substantially because I will hold long and strong.
No problem. Thanks for the info on how FLPs work.
Ok then. IMO, I wouldn't take tax advice from Thrasing, but if any ONCI investors set up a FLP and are able to legally evade taxes the way Thrasing's says he is, please let the board know. Thanks.
Yep, I hope you haven't passed the 15-minute mark to delete. LOL
Unless you have the stock in a tax-sheltered account (IRA or 401k), you realize the capital gain as soon as you sell. It does not matter if you keep the cash in a trading account!
If your CPA has been telling you anything different for the 15 years you say you have been trading, I sure hope you don't get audited. If so, you can expect to had over the 60K profit you made an ONCI to Uncle Sam for back taxes, penalties, and interest.
You mean the .05s? That's possible. Conference call is in 16 days, and IMO, you can bet there will be AT LEAST one BIG announcement either before that date and/or on the call.
Good luck getting back in at a decent price. Hate that you settled for paying short-term capital gains on your profit rather than holding for a bigger payout and only 15% taxes.
Nice! Picked up another 100K at .0085. Up to 5.8 milly now at .0037 average.
I wonder if .0085 will be the low of the day. Grab these 8s while you still can folks!
I don't think your brain has processed the QVC potential. Let me help you.
If we close the deal to get QVC airtime after this second meeting, whatever salesperson SB decides to send (or SB himself) will be able to discuss the distracting driving epidemic and the need for and benefits of our product on TELEVISION. The salesperson will be able to show a video demonstration of how the app and hardware works on TELEVISION. That footage will then be available ONLINE thereafter, which essentially provides us with FREE advertising indefinitely. Our product is not one that would sell itself sitting on a shelf, so this opportunity is huge.
If we do not sell out of the agreed-upon quantity during the segment (which we likely will IMO), our product will be available for sale on QVC's website until it does. That quantity could be huge and could VERY easily exceed the revenue from several of our large multi-dealership deals put together IMO. The contract could even have the potential for multiple on-air segments if the first one is successful. IMO, that is time VERY well spent.
To your point about teens, do you really think most teens will voluntarily buy bSafeMobile them for themselves? No, it will be their parents and grandparents buying it for them, and the parents and grandparents are the ones who watch QVC.
We have multiple modalities to sell our apps and hardware, which include direct sales to dealership networks by our 20+ salespeople in the US, Berman literally traveling around the world making huge deals with additional sales headed by Einstein online sales on various websites, and potential large contracts with automakers/fleet/government/Enterprise.
QVC will provide huge opportunities to pitch our product to the world and generate television and online sales worldwide.
Now we're cooking with gas!
Or in MJ
From my understanding, it is trading days not calendar days.
Looking at the glass as half full: L2 shows very strong bid support at .01-.0101, so even though buyers want cheapies, they know the importance of closing at .01 or more for uplisting purposes. At worst, we will close even today IMO.
I wonder what our PPS would be if we didn't have an WONDERFUL PR this morning. I am sure Berman was not expecting this response.
Is it going to require releasing multiple PRs every week until we sign a huge deal and/or release audited fins just to keep treading water slightly above a penny? If so, a PR announcing the completion of the domicile, name change, and new website would definitely be a good one. I suppose it can't be expedited any faster, but let's hope for very soon since folks don't seem too excited about PRs announcing millions of dollars in new revenues.
I agree with your statements regarding the fins.
I don't really care about the sharpness of potential investors. If someone buys millions of shares to help the PPS rise just based on reading our great PRs on a brokerage site, that's perfectly fine with me.
My bigger point was the issue with the news DISAPPEARING. ONCI's only expense regarding the news is to release the PRs to Marketwired. The Marketwired PRs/news updates to Etrade automatically, and the 10+ PRs from Marketwired from the past month were on ONCI's page on the website until they disappeared last week. That is the only reason why the "no news" statement shows up now. Only current investors of ONCI can see the news on their Etrade portfolio.
I am long with millions of shares, so I just want what is best for the stock. Our float is far from locked IMO. If flippers are flipping, shorters are shorting, and longs are holding, we need NEW investors to buy and hold based on our great news and revenues. We can't do much right now about the revenues being inaccurate on brokerage sites, but having a lack of news due to a system glitch is inexcusable.
Yes, that is the page I was referencing. I agree that it won't break us, but it definitely does not attract potential NEW ONCI investors who perform no other DD besides look at Etrade.
Two things that pop out immediately on the ONCI page are the following statements:
No news found for ON4 COMMUNICATIONS INC COM NEW.
The Company has not generated any revenues.
The disappearance of all news just happened last week, and Etrade said they will look into it when I called them last week. The lack of any updated revenue since 2013 has always been a problem. Hopefully, that will be fixed will be fixed once we are OTCQB. If there is a way that Berman can get this misinformation fixed sooner, I hope he will.
Some think hundreds of millions. Read the most recent sticky at the top.
Re-read my post. I said NOT the portfolio page. My point is that for a person who is NOT invested in ONCI who searches for ONCI and goes to the ONCI page on the WEBSITE, it says ONCI has absolutely NO NEWS at all. That really sucks for attracting NEW (not current) ONCI investors who are trusting only the brokerage site for news.
I called Etrade about this last week, and they said they would look into it. All of the PRs from the last month were showing until last week, when they all disappeared.
I have Etrade pro also, and it is on my portfolio page. Again, that wasn't my point. Those who have not yet invested in ONCI do not have a portfolio page, and on the website, all they can see is the main ONCI page.
Etrade still has not fixed the ONCI page on the website (not mobile). All the PRs from the last month were up until last week on the ONCI page (not the portfolio page). Now there is zero news showing.
Yes, it would definitely be nice to get some breathing room above .01 BEFORE the next big news, the conference call, and the 12/15 fins.
ONCI is oversold and undervalued
The RSI oscillates on a scale from 0 to 100. The normal reading of a stock will fall in the range of 30 to 70. A reading over 70 would indicate that the stock is overbought, and possibly overvalued. A reading under 30 may indicate that the stock is oversold, and possibly undervalued. After a recent check, the 14-day RSI is currently at 45.50, the 7-day stands at 36.26, and the 3-day is sitting at 20.74.

I just noted that Berman said that ONCI is acquiring rather than has acquired. If you have a mortgage and are making payments, you own more equity in the home as you make payments. You truly own the home once all the payments are made. With your analogy, we don't own the other 51% percent until March 2018. IMO
Sure hope we can close at .01+ for 30 days.
Are we jumping ahead of ourselves a little? Berman announced on 9/1/17 that ONCI is acquiring Cogosense. We still have to make the six installment payments that add up to $3.5 million. Assuming the first payment was made in September, we will own 100% of Cogosense-and the patents, etc.-in March 2018.
Until then, we own 49%. IMO
See post 119367 for what Etrade said. Hopefully they will clear it up soon.
Etrade tech guy confirmed the problem. He said that either (1) the are having temporary trouble pulling the news over from Marketwired or (2) THEY ARE ALREADY SWITCHING THE NEWS OVER TO THE NEW TICKER.
He said that if it was a problem pulling the news over from Marketwired, it would likely be effecting many more OTC stocks. If that is ruled out, then it would probably be due to the upcoming TICKER CHANGE. He looked and said he did not see a date yet.
They are looking into it.
Yes, I see the news there on my portfolio page. However, when you do a search for ONCI and go the main page, there is nothing under "Latest Headlines" or "Press Releases."
In other words, those who do not yet ave it in their portfolio will see no news at all on ONCI's page.
That's strange. As I said, it still shows up on mobile app, but on the main website, all I have is "No news found for ON4 COMMUNICATIONS INC COM NEW."
I am calling them to find out.
Anyone know why ALL the PRs and news from ONCI disappeared from the Etrade website? It's still on the app, but the 10+ latest PRs that were on the website are no longer there. Could this be due to the upcoming ticker change? Maybe that is the major announcement.
What's wrong with Etrade?! Not only has the new PR not posted on either the mobile or the main website...ALL the prior PRs have disappeared from the website!
Berman in August 2017 said he is aiming for a buyout in 12-24 months, so we are now at 10-22 months.
Any estimates on the PPS once the PR on the completed acquisition is released?
MJ-Buyout question
First of all, I am long with 5.5 mil, so I am definitely hoping for a buyout or $1+. I just wanted to get some feedback from the board on a thought I just had. I have read folks on this board mentioning companies such as Google and Amazon as companies that could buy us out in the future. In light of all the MJ controversy with the current federal administration, any thoughts from the board on a company of that caliber buying out ONCI/HEXA when one of its divisions is MJ?
