Ok thanks. I did not see a date for the Yahoo Finance numbers, so I thought OTC Markets was the most recent. My apologies.
Float is only 5.4 million, according to OTC Markets:

That is not how it looks to me. We have several millions of bid support at .0027 that keeps being replaced every time it is bid whacked, and L2 is thin. More and more will continue to learn what an outstanding CEO we have!
Anyone can look at the one-year chart and see the huge run from August to September 2017. We are still well above 52-week lows right now, and debt is now gone. We are in a much better place fundamentally than we were this time last year, and revenues are snowballing every quarter. Either one has patience, or one does not. I - and many other longs - have patience, and we will be rewarded. For those without patience, sorry for your loss.
Sad but true that impatient investors will miss out on the huge upcoming run. I loved the run last summer and have a strong feeling that this next one will be even better.
Signing Autonation and Carmax is not "big" news? Just wait until the news on the private label deals is announced.
To answer your question - This is a penny stock, and unfortunately, most penny stock investors buy based solely based on news. Although we have tons of revenues pouring it, we haven't had new news announced in a few weeks. (Our amazing CEO is likely in Vancouver right working on our cannabis deal). So for now, folks are content with bidding a tick or two below the ask instead of hitting the ask. The VERY few who are inpatient are bid whacking, so that it why volume is so low. Once news hits, we move up IMO. We should have the SH update letter by the end of the month, and it will focus on international updates.
Six million+ on the bid already this morning and growing. The only reason folks are not hitting the ask is because we have not had news in a few weeks. This IS still a penny stock after all, and buys are generally news-driven. The second news hits, the ask gets hit, and we fly again IMO.
Great bid support here...4 million on the bid at .0027 to open today. L2 is thin, so very few are selling. Revenues snowballing every quarter with huge deals being signed. The second news hits we will skyrocket. So yes, WE - the longs (who collectively are strongly holding hundreds of millions of shares) - say things are great! Thanks for asking.
Another? For those of us who were fortunate enough to buy ONCI last summer or before, it definitely was not boring. Hoping for a repeat - or even better - of last summer. With the strong revenues coming in and deals continuing to be signed, I think we can.
Thank you for the great reminder of these wonderful international deals that we have pending!
As most here with any business acumen realize, deals worth hundreds of thousands of dollars+ take months to hammer out the details.
Moreover, as Mary just reminded us, SB is now waiting to the product starts shipping to announce deals.
Since the final meetings were in January, it is very likely we should start hearing about these contracts this summer and fall IMO.
Thanks again for the great reminder of all these wonderful international deals in the works!
I like MM OTCX sitting on the ask with 500K at $1.80.
I wonder if the MMs have tried this illegal naked shorting with ONCI.
https://globenewswire.com/news-release/2018/06/14/1524626/0/en/Explains-Illegal-Naked-Shorting-Being-Perpetrated-By-Major-Market-Makers-on-MAXD-Shares.html
It's different on Etrade L2 mobile.
On the bid, NITE, CDEL, and OTCX all are showing 546K EACH at 31. However, the TOTAL on the bid still shows only 546K at 31. ERTF, CSTI, and CANT are all showing 1515K EACH at 30.
On the ask, ERTF, NITE, CDEL, CSTI are all showing 1183K EACH at 33. CANT is alone, with 884k at 32.
There have been different variations, but since open today, the MMs have been stacked two to four deep with each showing the EXACT same number of shares. However, the total bid only shows the number of shares, rather than the total.
Maybe it's just a glitch, but it's very strange.
I have Etrade L2, and it's been that way since open.
I was wondering the same. It's been that way since the open - MMs two to four deep with the exact same number of shares on the bid and the ask.
I guess some folks can't read or just don't comprehend. The answers to all questions asked are in my previous post.
Revenues will be posted as contracts are signed and fulfilled. If you want to see confirmed revenues, that's the purpose of financial statements. You will seem them on the Q2 fins next week.
Do NASDAQ companies confirm the revenue amount of every contract they sign? No, the confirmed revenues are posted in the financial statements.
As for confirmed clients, the topic of why SB stopped posting the names of dealerships has been well covered multiple times. I am sure the new dealerships that have signed contracts since that change are MUCH happier now than the ones that were harassed in the past.
Do NASDAQ companies confirm the name of every client they have? No way!
We have an excellent product and a stellar CEO.
I am so disappointed that someone who has posted nearly 4,000 times does not take the time to perform basic DD that is EASY to find, or that person just ignores the DD.
IMO, it's pitiful that one has to make a statement that his/her post is well-written. If it truly is well-written, a valid poster will recognize that and acknowledge it.
Does the CEO care what a "group of ppl" think about his competence level? I think not.
Berman started a company from the ground up and is running the company his way. Has the company experienced some growing pains, and has Berman made some mistakes? Yes. However, think about this (strictly as an example, not a comparison):
TSL* traded flat for nearly three years from 2010 to 2013 due to skepticism, and even now that it trades MUCH higher, the company has had ongoing delays in promised production, and the technology is resulting in DEATHS and hurting the PPS. Once we takeoff, you are exactly right: Our product is one of a kind, and it will SAVE lives.
Did folks criticize Musk because he got in late to the solar panel game? I am sure, but guess what? He is doing it bigger and better than the competition. Berman is not stupid. However he gets into MJ - or if he gets into crypto - he will try his best to do it better or at least to meet an untapped niche.
Berman's experience and accomplishments are well known and outstanding. He has said that he is more excited about the potential with ONCI/HEXA than with his past endeavors - including his being responsible for huge revenue increases for Time Warner Cable. How about that "group of ppl" post their resumes, and let's see how their experience and accomplishments stack up to our CEO.
Are those "group of ppl" the ones on the ground selling products? No. Are they contacting their networks at dealerships and insurance companies to help make connections and spread the word about ONCI? No. Did Berman ask that "group of ppl" to be on his esteemed Board of Directors. No.
If one is that unhappy with the CEO, then one should sell the remainder of his/her shares and leave, IMO. If one has that many problems/concerns, why would one even imagine that a buyout is possible, valuable, and worth waiting for?
If one is truly waiting for a buyout, then sit back, relax, and wait. There is no point in complaining if one can't do anything about it.
Again, patience will be rewarded, IMO.
Good luck to you also.
Agreed, Penny! I can't argue with you there!
Penny, I am glad you are bearish and can't argue with the fact that we will not close in the 20s! As my post stated, those who think we will close in the 20s tomorrow WILL be disappointed.
Long and strong!
Expect to be disappointed.
Actually, having this type of holder on a desk is great! As other posters (e.g. Mary) have mentioned, a great way to sell our product is at the time of vehicle purchase because bSafeMobile can be rolled into the financing or lease for a very minimal increase in monthly payment.
Go into any dealership and see how many aftermarket products have this type advertising on a salesperson's desk. Seriously - go try to find another aftermarket product being advertised like this on a salesperson's desk. The fact is that it is extremely rare to see this unless it's a product from the dealer (e.g. a Toyota-branded add-on, in this instance).
This is ideal placement, and IMO, it shows that this Toyota dealership has tremendous confidence in our product. I am certain that this dealership is not alone in that confidence. Once the features and benefits are easily explained, bSafeMobile sells itself.
Yes, tweets again ... and GREEN!
Agreed. Long and Strong here also!
If you read the entire tweet, Steve is referring to the corporate headquarters of the top 10 dealer group in the USA.
Combining this tweet with the information from Mary's conversation, that corporate headquarters is apparently in California.
Sure will! Holding my millions long and strong!
Near oversold territory ... our reversal to begin our next run is just beginning ... just in time for HUGE June catalysts!
We note that the Williams Percent Range or 14 day Williams %R currently sits at -72.73. The Williams %R oscillates in a range from 0 to -100. A reading between 0 and -20 would point to an overbought situation. A reading from -80 to -100 would signal an oversold situation. The Williams %R was developed by Larry Williams.

Truer words have never been spoken by you on this board, berdboy.
Definitely agree with you! We are the cream of the crop in the Pinks!
A law firm in Kentucky with specialty areas of personal injury, DUI, and criminal law, cited bSafeMobile as a solution in their car accidents blog.
"Also, software like bSafeMobile can be used to block texts and calls while driving."

I agree TOBMAG1! MASSIVE, MASSIVE FUTURE AHEAD WITH ONCI!
I agree TOBMAG1! We have a excellent CEO with great work ethic ... BIG potential here!!
Yes, that is interesting. The latest articles I could find about MyKey limiting cell phone control were from 2011.
http://autoweek.com/article/car-news/ford-mykey-system-now-limits-cell-phone-use-teens
http://www.autonews.com/article/CW/20111027/CARNEWS/111029882/35280284/grf...
That technology utilized the Sync system.
bSafeMobile has several advantages over Sync and would be an excellent candidate to replace it.
Would be nice, but that system is called Ford MyKey.
I guess it took some folks a full 24 hours to comprehend and process the great SH letter. 40s coming quickly now!
Patience will pay off here for longs. We have so much on the table. We continue to close deals, including today's news of the "biggest deal we have ever done." As Berman continue to stress, #REVENUERULES. Despite the fact that Berman is not releasing names at this juncture due to an abundance of valid caution, we will continue to see those revenues from all the closed deals in the upcoming financials.
In addition to the existing revenues streams that continue to snowball and result in significant higher earnings and profits every quarter, we still have new revenue streams coming, including cannabis, urgent care dental, and the sixth arm of Hexagon. Berman is discussing that sixth arm in the next update, keeping his word from the November 2017 conference call to discuss the sixth arm in the first half of 2018.
Berman reinforced once again that there will be no reverse split and no plans to do another 3A10. On the contrary, he stated that "we are looking at ways to unlock shareholder value in every way as we open new opportunities and look to capitalize at every turn." Berman said in August 2017, that he was hoping for a buyout in 12-24 months. Obviously, he wants a significantly higher PPS before that buyout occurs.
Our snowballing revenue streams and the 1.4 billion OS share reduction will result in a significant PPS increase as we continue through 2018, but with his goals of a buyout and increasing shareholder value, I believe Berman will do more. Taking all these factors together, IMO we can expect an additional slash to the OS later this year or early 2019 IMO on top of the 1.4 billion. (For an example of what this will do to the PPS of a company with increasing revenues, see the run the POT* made from .06 to .95 after share reductions in November 2017 and January 2018).
Again, patience will pay off here for longs.
Mary, did today's update contain all the information you were expecting?
We are up 15% so far on no news, so that group is doing a terrible job. LOL. Your willingness to reload in the .020s this summer will help us continue the momentum as we head toward a buyout! Thanks!
Same here. Looking forward to it! That's when a bought my first few million shares, and I have been holding and adding ever since!
