First line of my post should say "stickied" not "stocked". Spell checker did me in.
This interview with Dr. Otiko ought to be stocked so everyone can hear it:

What I heard him say was that he's expecting around $400K/month in wholesale sales in Japan next year, but that overall all sales could be around $10-$15M worldwide. Also, in answer to a previous post, he mentions that in addition to Biogenix marketing Vitastem in the U.S., it is also going to be available on Amazon.com. He also brings up Prolayed and expects it to be available by either this December or January 2018 and expects big sales from it.
The price/sales ratio industry average for the drug/pharma sector is 4.19. So if that holds true for sales of $15M in 2018, or $.036 per share, that translate to a PPS of around $.15.
But he also points out there are about 7 other products currently in the pipeline, a big one being the transdermal medical marijuana delivery system. When all these products hit the market, with the marketing and distribution partners already in place, sales could explode. You start playing with the numbers, and this could get really exciting in 2018.
Have you, though, at least gotten the order confirmation with your order # yet? In my case, I didn’t get the tracking number and shipping confirmation until it was probably one day on it’s way to me. But they’re saying 2-5 days, so you should have it by Thursday-Friday regardless.
Yeah, I hear you. Maybe this will quiet some of the skeptics now that people are ordering and actually receiving product. Can’t wait for that next cut or scrape working around the house!
No problem. Your welcome. Hopefully soon we’ll get some numbers on how many orders have been submitted and processed.
Have you ever tried to upload a photo to iHub? I found it ridiculously un-user friendly. I posted the tracking number and you can look it up and see it was delivered. Better yet, why don’t you invest $99 bucks and order a bottle for yourself.
My order just arrived with today's mail. Ordered last Thursday, 10/19. So only took 3 days to get to me. Here's the message and tracking number from Biogenx for anyone that doubts they're now shipping product:
Your Vitastem Order has Shipped!
Valued Customer,
Your Vitastem order is on its way. You should be receiving it any day now. You can track it with the USPS Tracking Number:
9114 9014 9645 1403 1316 82
Next week we will be sending you a bonus bottle of Vitastem FREE of charge for being so patient with us and our hurricane delays. Thank you and we look forward to serving you for years to come.
Best,
Biogenx Team
I’m not as trusting as MCR159. If the final ‘Out for Delivery” update doesn’t contain my home address, I’ll share my tracking number. I don’t mind anyone knowing what town I live in, but I don’t recall if that last update you get from them contains the address it’s being delivered to or not.
Got another reply back from Biogenx just now, after I thanked them for the quick response and the free bottle they’re sending me. They are now in full swing shipping out orders. Their main distribution center is in Florida and they had experienced some delays in shipping due to the hurricanes. But orders should now be arriving to customers in 2-5 days after their order is placed.
Just got a message from Biogenx with my shipment tracking number. USPS will deliver on Monday. As an extra bonus, they are sending out a free bottle to all customers that pre-ordered Vitastem. Btw, I placed my order Thursday, 10/18 and am getting it Monday, 10/23. Not bad.
I ordered a bottle yesterday from the Biogennx website, just to see what would happen. Didn't think at the time, but I didn't get a message or caveat that product was not shipping right away. Instead my shipping instructions indicated I would be receiving it in 9-12 days. Guess I should have known from that they were in the process of shipping out product. Today's news confirms it. (BTW, shipping was free on my order.)
Go to the Biogenx website, biogenx.net, click "shop our products" and Vitastem is available for $99 with a note that it will be shipping in 2-5 days.
Share structure updated on OTCMarkets this morning. No increase in O/S since last update on 9/29.
“we're just excited to finally be able to fully launch the product to the masses worldwide.‘ Has a nice ring to it.
Yeah, if you woke up this morning with an $8K balance in your account for ALRT, at 4pm you're now a millionaire.
Tour group should be arriving at the grow site here shortly. Since phones are prohibited, don't expect any updates for awhile. But stay tuned.
Looks like people are digesting the news from this morning and getting out their calculators (or checking the ibox). Based on the expansion to 152K sq ft, we'll hit $25 next year. If we continue expansion as already talked about, sky's the limit. I'm sure there'll be more on expansion talked about at the tour on the 16th.
Reply from IR just a couple minutes ago:
Q : Has here been any additional harvests in August, since that initial harvest for the week of 8/1 - 8/7?
A : Yes. The Company operates in perpetual harvest cycles. In fact the next harvest is in a week or two.
It's also been reflected on my E*Trade account for several days now.
Massive REVENUE growth!
There are a lot of restrictions placed on an S-1 filing by the SEC, including being unable to file another one for 12 months if this one were cancelled. They need additional funds to carry out the proposed expansion and hopefully that will happen sooner rather than later. Bottom line is, they have some options with how they can implement this S-1, but cancelling it I don't think is one of them.
I was going by what's stated in the ibox that they currently operate in 22k sq ft of space. But you're right, the PR from 8/7 states the initial harvest came from 3k sq ft of grow space. This first dividend, though is based on projected revenue for August, which has to be the case because August isn't done yet and they've already announced the dividend. Subsequent monthly dividends will be based on actual revenue, according to today's PR.
This first monthly dividend is only based on $140k (one week's worth) of revenue from a 22k sq ft grow space. Every month the dividend will adjust based on that month's revenue. A full month's revenue from either a 156k sq ft or 230k sq ft grow space will be considerably more than .001. I don't know about you, but I own 92k shares. That'll buy a lot of postage stamps!
If we were a safe bet of hitting $10 with 50M O/S (I.e. $500M market value), with a 4M O/S that equates to $125 PPS.
So if we're trading at $1.45 with a 50M O/S, shouldn't that be equal to $18.12 with a 4M O/S?
BTW, I increased my holdings today to 7M shares based on that reply from IR.
I'll end today with 5.39M shares. I currently have them all locked up with a GTC order @ $2.50. I figure if anyone wants to buy us out, that would be just shy of $1B at today's OS. (I don't expect that to happen anytime soon, but I plan to be around awhile).
So, I wonder what are the prospects that things just stay here the way they are right up until the day that we get a buyout offer and the price jumps to (fill in the blank) all in an instant? If that happens who cares what the price is right now or what games the MMs play.
I took out CDEL's 500K block @ .0177 over an hour ago, but unfortunately not a single buy since then. If it sits here too much longer weak hands will fold and they'll win with their bid for 376K at .0161.
I'm thinking the same thing. With no dilution happening, these to me look pretty much all retail. My bet is the MMs have kept it down in order to cover their short positions. Once that's over with, or the stock catches on with the general public and volume spikes higher, the share price should take off. I'm hoping that the news that was mentioned earlier comes out after the 4th and makes it much harder for the MMs to hold us down any longer.
Sorry, I meant for my last post to be a general post and not directed specifically as a reply to your post.
Just had a thought about the share structure and how any buyout would be calculated. As of May 31 (according to OTC Markets data) the number of authorized shares was 400M and the OS was 380M. But there are also 30M preferred shares issued to Dr. Otiko that are convertible to common shares at a 1:10 ratio. That would be another 300M common shares when converted. So, shouldn't the shares under consideration for any buyout be calculated at 680M instead of 380M? Or am I not seeing this correctly?
Well said and completely agree. Been feeling for awhile here that our best outcome will be a buyout. All hinges on those sales/revenue numbers when they start coming in, but in the meantime I'm accumulating expecting this to payoff big time when the time comes.
The company either can't or won't say anything about the case while it's still ongoing. So speculation is left to the onlookers based on the court filings and how motions get ruled on. But news from the FDA front would be a big positive. Aside from that, here in the near term, we'll probably just hang around in the low .02s
Would really be nice to see some news either this afternoon or tomorrow morning now that we're back over .02 and primed for takeoff! Locked up all my shares for now with a 60-day order at .75.
Agree, this was a good day. Don't have the numbers in front of me, but I would bet a good % of the 32M traded today was at .0011. Creates a solid base of support to fill in that gap up from last Friday for the next leg up. Now have a solid group in at .001-.0012 for the next bounce up to .0015-.002.
Mid .002s next week, maybe higher the way this is going!!
Agree wholeheartedly! Nice post.
I think, that they think, that they're sitting on a gold mine with Trulance. If they're right, we're all going to be thankful they didn't partner up or sell out at this stage.
