"Interesting. DCVax-L protocol available for storing tumor tissue on VirtualTrials. I wonder how many patients were treated with DCVax-L under compassionate use in 2019. And what are the projections for 2020? How much revenue is expected?"

Flipper, in his article, Larry Smith states that an investor may ask the question:
"Some expected the SAP to be completed in August or September. Why was it delayed until November?"
And his answer was:
"This is a very complex and critical document and NWBO only has one chance to get it right. They erred on the side of caution."
I do not see the connection between your allegations that Larry is revealing any inside knowledge. He does not explicitly state that he knows the SAP was delayed until November. The company decided to use the 10-Q as a medium to announce that the SAP draft is completed. They did not give a date of completion, and neither is Larry Smith.
Don't let impatience toward the final stages of this trial sour you. I know it's been a long time in this company.
Agree entirely.
Where did I state that flipper? If you think your recent negativity on the boards is going to have any effect on speeding up NWBO processes you are wrong. I have been investing in this company for 6 years and am ready for the data too. We all are.
Spoke with DI yesterday.
Have spoken with him numerous times and he has always been upbeat, respectful, and engaged.
SAP "draft" is in all regulatory agencies' hands. This draft is solid and they are awaiting responses. Some may respond faster than others (*cough* EU *cough*) and some may not respond at all. It will then be in NWBO hands to weigh the costs and benefits to waiting longer to hear back from say.. FDA. For example, if NICE has given the green light to go ahead and unblind with SAP, but still radio silence from FDA, what should NWBO do? Wait another month for FDA, or unblind now and go with Europe? The decision is in NWBO hands~ getting SAP approval from all agencies does not seem to be an obligatory step in the process, however, positive responses surely will give them more confidence in unblinding the trial for OS.
Regardless, all patients still alive in the trial are past the 4 year mark. The long tail is there. One of the next things we will be hearing is the company is in Data Lock. They have investors waiting to give more money if more time is needed, however any subsequent raise will be small, like the last one. 30 day period where NWBO cannot sell more shares ends next week.
Investors are waiting for L. Period. If L passes it validates Direct. Before unblinding L however, NWBO clearly wants to have started a few trials in Direct as insurance to keep the company moving toward an approval (in event L fails).
As an investor I hope the time and resources they are allocating to restart Direct do not prolong the time it takes to complete L. Of course these upcoming Direct trials are exciting, of course the Direct scientific paper is exciting, of course the information arm data is promising.
Wonder how long the completed SAP will collect dust on regulators desks..
Pretty disappointed they haven't completed SAP. I don't see any reason why this couldn't have been completed before. And then communication with 4 different regulators? See you all at ASCO 2020 where they announce they are still waiting to hear back from the FDA...
Guess ill continue to hold.
Why didn't NWBO complete SAP years ago?
November 15th 2018 Bigger + Rago issue their White Paper in support of DC-Vax L.
November 19th 2018 NWBO releases updated interim data from DC-Vax L trial.
...
May 19th 2019 EXACTLY 6 months later. Bigger posts a picture of updated White Paper.
May 23rd 2019 Rago posts updated White Paper in support of DC-Vax L.
NWBO's turn to say something.
...
Just sayin'
So request stock certificate and don't hold them in margin account?
If 2019 ASCO fits into the NWBO timeline then so be it. If not, who cares? Data will come out eventually.
I have been investing in NWBO since 2013 and have amassed quite the share count for a 28 year old. Recently added many shares in the 20's after the hiring of David Innes, and plan to buy more shares in coming months. Not selling anything.
This has surely been a lesson in patience.. but I think very good things will come to those of us who wait it out. If anyone needs to regain confidence, just re-watch Linda Liau's most recent presentation.
Good luck all.
Looks about right to me
Thank you
Blocked me too
What about the 50 and 200 DMA getting closer to each other.. Looks like a golden cross soon?
Hard to get shares today and I'm just trying to pick up another 2k

"We have new technologies which I WONT BOTHER YOU WITH the details of, that make chances much better"
Larry Smith seems to be softening the potential blow of a potential PFS failure, and also seems to know that OS events have hit, and the company is deciding to continue the trial indefinitely longer.
All this coming days after Larry is directly referenced in NWBO presentation?
Very Nice Find Wave . . . Listen to the experts
What a great run today longs.. Market has a way of correcting itself. Hope the trend continues without news for a bit.
NWBO Just bought themselves enough time to get to L results in my opinion.
Loan against Sawston they pay that off on their own time. Still holding all my shares good luck all.
News wave imminent.
Time to get in.........
My thoughts exactly. We are almost there people.....
My Experience with Linda Powers and Northwest Bio:
It was spring '13 when I graduated college in RI and returned to Maine where I grew up. At the time, a close friend of mine had landed a property management gig out in West Bath, Maine. He communicated with the owner primarily through email, as she was very busy and only visited once or twice each summer. In fact, I don't think she has visited since 2014. As you might have guessed, the owner is Linda Powers.
My friend invited me to dinner with Linda and one of her advisors, and it was then that I learned about Linda's career and what her company was pursuing. She patiently articulated to us the basics of immunotherapy, about how their approach was personalized, and what shocked me most was when she said confidently: "in 5-10 years the entire landscape of cancer treatment will be based around immunotherapy."
Needless to say, I spent countless hours after that dinner researching immunotherapy and NWBO. I learned what a large stake in NWBO Linda had, and how multiple family members of hers had passed away due to cancer. The fact that she is dedicating the remaining years of her already distinguished professional career to this company exemplifies her passion for this research, with her motives being the farthest thing from monetary. This will be her legacy.
I began investing in NWBO in the fall of '13 around $3/sh, bought more a year later around $4.5, rode the Woodford wave up and then the Phase V wave back down, without selling anything. I read every single AF smear article, and was absolutely disgusted when I learned about coordinated short attacks and what big pharma is capable of doing to companies with disruptive therapies. I researched DNDN, and do not blame Linda or management for their silence for the past year plus.
They, like us, are waiting for results. I do believe L will significantly prolong survival in patients (with no side effects), and also hope that this drug when combined with CI will actually prove to be a cure. While the current manipulated share price has been unfortunate for the company's recent cash raises, I have gained confidence that even in these darkest of days Linda has found a way to keep the company operating. She will not let it fail. Take advantage of these current prices while they last. I was fortunate enough to be able to quadruple my position in the $.40's, but have not bought again since the move to OTC.
I am writing to express gratitude to other longs who have endured this roller coaster ride with me. To those who remained optimistic and provided excellent DD. You have kept me going at times and I know first hand some of you are very real, normal, passionate people.
The next couple weeks/months will be very telling and exciting for the company. I know I speak for many other silent investors and watchers of this board when I say thank you to committed longs here for your continued DD-- MD, RK, Senti, TC, and many others.
Do not invest more than you are comfortable losing. I believe in Linda Powers, Linda Liau, and in NWBO. Good luck to all longs.
