The little bit of EAPH hype that's out there doesn't amount to much, obviously. It's difficult to drum up much interest in EAPH because of their lousy reputation for failure and false forward-looking statements, dilution, etc.
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=EAPH&p=W&st=1995-08-30&en=(today)&id=p56819708588
So once again, another "stall" PR. Typical. I don't know why shareholders put up with it. I'd fire 'em and invest my money elsewhere. Everybody would be much better off if they had made that move back in February.
At least they quit denying they had made a "mistake" on that latest financial statement. It still remains to be seen what kind of a story they come up with and whether it's one they can stick with. What a scammy outfit EAPH is and has always been.
Wasn't that "misquote" in the financial statement supposed to have been fixed Monday morning? I just looked, and it's still there and no word out of EAPH about it. Anybody got any thoughts about that failure to perform on yet another forward-looking statement?

Karras's former failure of a company is still getting a big ol' check right there on page 9.
Oopsie. This is not just going to go away by itself and just denying that it exists. The paperwork is clearly indicating fraud with insiders reaching into stockholders' pockets and spending stockholders' money on themselves.
Dogman, why not post that link again showing EAPH's CEO as the guy who was running that outfit that got shut down? We need to keep this story right out in everybody's face until they handle it somehow or EAPH just finally gets put out of business like Karras's other venture did.
The future of EAPH stock will be tinged with Gray until they fix this once and for all.
Research and development budget: zero.
http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/EAPH/financials
Looks like people wanting out of their EAPH ahead of a different sort of announcement instead.
I notice that the big payment to Alliance Venture Partners is still there in the middle of page 9 of the financial statement.
http://www.otcmarkets.com/financialReportViewer?symbol=EAPH&id=177898
Wasn't that "misquote" supposed to have been fixed by Monday morning?
It's difficult to say what's going to happen when the insiders are making this stuff up as they go along and don't even employ an accounting firm. There's a lot I don't know about financials, but at first glance, EAPH's "financials" look like gibberish to me. It's like a chimpanzee is doing their books.
Looking more like the same old bear market grind it's been since February to me. At least it hasn't taken out .017 yet, but the resistance at .03 is showing some strength.
Is it Monday morning yet? What happened to that restatement/clarification? I smell red and the PPS is looking a little rare and raw as well. How come nobody wants to bid EAPH up past a dime a share? That was supposed to happen years ago.
Maybe it's this pattern of repeated dilution and no profits that's knocking EAPH in the head. Or maybe it's the forward-looking statements that rarely come true. Something's not working.
Sunday nights SHOULD be quiet.
We're getting some activity at the EAPH board with regard to insiders changing their minds about what they want to put on their financial statements, especially with regard to writing big ol' checks to companies they might have owned in the past. Anybody who's interested in the thread can catch up pretty quick and ask around.
Way to go. Good work. I hope you get a big whistle-blower's reward. Other people who know things about the EAPH scam (other than those who are in on it) might want to step up to the plate as well. Like many other pinksheet dilution scams, EAPH should have been delisted and out of "business" years ago.
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=EAPH&p=W&st=1995-08-27&en=(today)&id=p15900046014
Make sure you put those links up there so everybody can see them, especilly the one you had in post 51066 that I had stickied. Evidence doesn't get much more damning than that. But EAPH has ALWAYS had trouble with its financials for as far back as I can remember, so this latest deal is nothing new. They've been lying and stealing since they became EAPH.
That's how a corporation gets a chart like this:
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=EAPH&p=W&st=1995-08-27&en=(today)&id=p15900046014
EAPH and other pinksheet insiders and promoters are just a few of the innumerable manifestations of evil all around us.
Believe it or not, I've seen worse. You probably have, too. The big problem is that scams like EAPH are typical, and nobody considers them to be a big deal. They're a big deal when they rip off all the money that a person or a family has, hiding behind their disclosures and safe harbor statements. Pinky scams like EAPH piss me off simply because they're evil, and there are thousands of them, like a disease in many forms.
Yes, EAPH and its promoters have been ripping off naive, gullible investors for way too long. Feel free to post a link to the complaint department of the SEC. Somebody ought to sticky it. Damned pinksheet dilution scams--there oughta be a law against them.
How about a link to that quote? Sounds like somebody's getting right on that 'splainin' that EAPH shareholders have coming. "Misquote on our financial statements." Yeah, right. Sure. Like I've been pointing out, they don't care what they put on those statements as long as they think they can get away with it. A lot of it simply doesn't make sense, and this crap has been going on for years. That's why the long term chart looks so bad.
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=EAPH&p=W&st=1995-08-27&en=(today)&id=p15900046014
EAPH has obviously got some 'splainin' to do. Might as well get it out there in public and be done with it. This problem is simply not going to just go away by itself. Their numbers just ain't adding up right. It's a problem they've had with their financials for years.
An audit might fix it, but noooooooo. EAPH isn't going to stand for one of those things. Insiders might be put out of business, if not behind bars. It appears that Karras has had some similar problems in the past.
Popping up some popcorn for this one. It could get good.
Will EAPH go to the Gray Sheets this week? Or will that be later? Might be something to bring up in the Forum.
As far as I know, EAPH has yet to trade in the trips. Maybe after a little more dilution it will. .0015 was pretty close late last year. It will go down easily once word gets out that the CEO has been writing big checks to his shills.
That audit they were working on sure is taking a long time to get done.
People thought that the last time it went to .10 (barely). It's easy to go back and read what people were saying back then. It sounds pretty silly now, all that "to the moon" stuff. It went to .0015 instead. After EAPH dilutes some more, the PPS will probably go deep into the trips before the next reverse split. The only things EAPH knows how to do are to dilute and fail. And promote their stock. Dilute, fail, and pump. That's EAPH. Better get used to it. That's still all they know and all they will ever know.
That's not information. That's opinion and interpretation, stuff that changes every day depending on which way the wind is blowing. Overall, EAPH has been a miserable failure for investors. Here it is again in unaltered graphic form that anybody can look up:
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=EAPH&p=W&st=1995-08-26&en=(today)&id=p36084636860
Accurate information is easy to find as long as one doesn't depend on EAPH PRs or promotional material.
Here's the chart of EAPH's management's performance. Anybody can look it up. Accurate information is easy to find, and it doesn't come from EAPH PRs and promotion.
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=EAPH&p=W&st=1995-08-26&en=(today)&id=p36084636860
Obviously, that was some other Evan Karras, some other Alliance Ventures. Pinky CEOs don't just write company checks to their own shill corporations, do they? What kind of scammy outfit would try to get away with something as sleazy as that?
EAPH's looking for a ride on the Gray Sheets. Nobody should be surprised when it happens. It's a miracle that they've gotten away with as much as they have over the years.
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=EAPH&p=W&st=1995-08-25&en=(today)&id=p71175636603
Not by normal investors who buy and hold their investments over time. They don't like seeing 20 grand go to two cents or even less than a penny at the hands of their company's "management." EAPH is a classic pump 'n dump dilution scam, straight, no chaser.
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=EAPH&p=W&st=1995-08-25&en=(today)&id=p71175636603
EAPH shares are not held as an investment other than for control purposes. EAPH shares are for pumpin' and dumpin'.
Again, that's why the long-term chart looks the way it does:
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=EAPH&p=W&st=1995-08-25&en=(today)&id=p71175636603
EAPH is a system for enriching its insiders at investors' expense. A typical dilution scam. Always has been, and probably will remain so until it's delisted and out of "business."
The only reason they've lasted as long as they have is that in the past they've scrupulously avoided using those convertible debentures as financing, bringing on the dreaded "death spiral."
Same way they've always gotten money. Dilution. This time in the form of convertible debentures. They just haven't given shareholders the details yet. They're too busy writing each other checks from the proceeds. Same way they've always done it. We'll just get to watch until they RS again and start all over with same tired old routine.
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=EAPH&p=W&st=1995-08-25&en=(today)&id=p71175636603
It's not as if this is just something somebody came up with and published on the internet. This comes from the government and anybody can look it up for himself. Strange that Alliance Venture Partners is EAPH's latest JV partner to whom EAPH just wrote a big ol' check, or maybe EAPH has some other way to explain the whole thing. But so far it's just another instance of an investor digging up more dirt on the EAPH insiders and how they wheel and deal with shareholder money behind the shareholders' backs. We've been catching them at this crap for years. That's why the long-term EAPH chart looks so incredibly bad. EAPH has always been a scammy outfit run by scammy people whose goal is to enrich themselves at their investors' expense. Happens all the time in the pinks. There are good reasons why EAPH's never been audited and never showed a profit in all these years of "business."

http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=EAPH&p=W&st=1995-08-25&en=(today)&id=p71175636603
What's wrong with it? It looks pretty clear to me. There can't be all that many people by that name involved with EAPH.
Way to dig for the truth, Dogman. Thanks for bringing that.
That's quite a coincidence there. Definitely a toxic topic. Has it come up on the Forum yet?
It's looking more and more like EAPH investors could wake up any day now trying to get their money out of a gray sheet stock. After all the crap the EAPH insiders have pulled over the years, I'd say it's about time. It should come as no surprise to anybody.
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=EAPH&p=W&st=1995-08-24&en=(today)&id=p22054993025
False stories? How about the one from EAPH about their imaginary friend and JV partner, "Windsor Pharmaceuticals?" That and other tales of pot ranch imaginings, including the ones in Jamaica and California. All bullshit, all straight from EAPH's forward-looking PRs.
So, did we learn anything more about whether "Alliance Ventures" is just another subsidiary of "Windsor Pharmaceuticals," or what? What new names are the EAPH insiders using for their shills and imaginary friends this week?
They just put anything that suits them at the moment in those "financials." This is the first time I've seen them change their minds about what suits them, but I haven't been watching for all that long. Not very many people pay much attention to the EAPH's fake financials. Most people just buy into a pump and give up when they lose enough money so that it stings. That's the only way, according to their financials, EAPH "management" has ever earned any money--by diluting their stock.
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=EAPH&p=W&st=1995-08-22&en=(today)&id=p87639658240
Anything that's easy to find should be easy to post a link to.
Not if EAPH's in control of that information. They only say what they would like for people to believe and hope for the best results possible. Overall, it hasn't worked real well.
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=EAPH&p=W&st=1995-08-22&en=(today)&id=p87639658240
In almost 20 years, has EAPH never figured out how to put up, say, a website or a facebook page, SOMETHING besides PRs to let people know what's going on and who their key personnel are? Maybe the "forum" will help, but a company as small as EAPH should be able to do it all with just a website and somebody willing to answer questions. You know: investor relations. Other companies have no trouble with it.
What happened, you guys? Everything was going so great! Why would anybody sell EAPH just before the greatest news ever hits?
Lik, I see that you are located in Toronto. Would you maybe be willing to take some cellphone pictures or videos for us at EAPH's offices in the interest of journalism? I've looked the place up, and it shouldn't be all that difficult to find. A fine company like EAPH shouldn't mind having their pictures taken and published. They might enjoy the publicity with all the big deals they've got going on.
I don't know about everybody else, but I'm wanting to hear from EAPH's CEO about whether he's been writing EAPH checks to himself as a different company that got shut down by the authorities. That's the kind of bullshit that EAPH is best known for, and would be typical EAPH behavior that's been going on since the old LAM days. Crooked as a bag of snakes.
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=EAPH&p=W&st=1995-08-22&en=(today)&id=p87639658240
EAPH is subject to getting shut down on a moment's notice. It's happened before to way better outfits than EAPH. Hold it overnight at your peril. Pinks are bad enough, but it's quite difficult to get one's money out of a gray-sheet stock.
Looks lower to me, but I'm no expert. Sometimes it's difficult to distinguish what's up from what's down.
I told you they don't even try to make those financial statements look right. They don't care what they put on there. As for whether Mr. Karras has been enriching himself at stockholder expense, didn't we all just assume that it was happening? After all, it's the pink sheet way of life and why the EAPH long term chart looks so frightfully bad. EAPH has always been just a series of scams. The question is for how long they can keep getting away with it before they get shut down for good, as Mr. Karras apparently has before. Perhaps this will be a topic of discussion on the investor forum, or perhaps it's just something they'd simply rather not talk about.
