NewMarket Technology, Inc. (OTCBB:NMKT) will present tomorrow in Boca Raton, Florida, with additional presentations to follow on Wednesday in Atlanta, Georgia, and Thursday in New York, New York. An overview of three of the company's subsidiary operations will be presented to include business plans and revenue forecasts. At the meeting, NewMarket plans to announce the completion of a transaction that will result in the independent public listing of another one of the three subsidiary operations.
NewMarket sells technology products and services throughout North America, China, South East Asia and South America. The independent public listing of consolidated subsidiaries is an integral component of NewMarket's long-term plan to continuously introduce new technologies to new markets.
NewMarket China, Inc. Forecasted 2007 Revenue of $40 Million
NewMarket has already completed the public listing of the company's Chinese subsidiary, NewMarket China (OTCBB:NMCH). NewMarket's Chinese subsidiary expects to report over $20 million in revenue for 2006 and has forecasted a 100% increase in revenue in 2007 to $40 million.
NewMarket Latin America, Inc. Forecasted 2007 Revenue of $30 Million
NewMarket has announced a binding letter of intent (LOI) agreement to combine its Latin America operations into Paragon Financial Corp. (OTC:PGNF) with NewMarket becoming the majority shareholder in Paragon. NewMarket currently has over $20 million in profitable annual revenue from its Latin America operations and has a 2007 revenue forecast of $30 million with net income.
NewMarket Broadband, Inc. Forecasted 2007 Revenue of $10 Million
NewMarket and Diamond I, Inc. (OTCBB:DMOI) have entered into a letter of intent agreement to consolidate Wi-Fi technology assets with $10 million in revenue forecasted in 2007. NewMarket will be the majority shareholder in Diamond and the companies will pursue Wi-Fi opportunities available in various sectors. With the addition of NewMarket's resources, a unique opportunity exists with Diamond's proprietary encrypted hand-held gaming system targeted at the casino and gaming industry. Substantial revenue enhancement is offered to the gaming industry with wireless gaming. Wireless gaming does not require the gaming participants to be on the casino floor in order to gamble, yet provides the encryption and security necessary to abide by gaming regulations.
To facilitate the expansion, NewMarket recently announced an LOI agreement to acquire a majority interest in its affiliate Wi-Fi operation, RedMoon, Inc. RedMoon has designed, engineered and deployed mesh network solutions, providing high-speed Internet service, security surveillance, automatic meter reading and mobile broadband for municipalities.
In 2006, RedMoon and Chevron Energy Solutions, a Unit of Chevron Corporation (NYSE:CVX), signed a contract with the City of Burleson, Texas, to construct a wireless broadband network and implement an automatic water meter reading pilot project. http://www.chevronenergy.com/news_room/default.asp?pr=pr_20060329.asp

"if for some reason it bottoms out" - that's my hope to recoup the loss. Thanks. GLTY
This is an amusing anecdote about my luck (or stupidity) trading:
Today I sold IPKL at .0005 (sorry, but I have grown impatient lately and intend on re-investing again when the time feels right for me) anyway, it was at about 3:05. I hit the sell button, left the office, got down the road and my mobile Yahoo alert went off and said that my stock IPKL sold above my limit alert of .005 this was about 3:22. I just about shooshed myself. Bolted home to find that it was a fat-finger. I just don't want to see this go down any further, but I've had it happen so many times with other stocks that anyone in my position believing in the company, wanting to buy back in is nervous. Does anyone see this dropping further or was I just way too impatient, FYI - I bought in at .0011 and hated to take a +50% loss but it beats a 90%er any day. Thoughts? TIA
I seem to remember February 15th having something to do with an SEC Grandfathering of some sort going into effect. Sorry, no particulars, I just thought I read that on another board a few days ago. We shall see.
At least this didn't happen to your bacon. LOL
Thanks/eom
penny,
a lot of people are looking at BANY to make a move soon. I respect your opinion and would like to know what you see in its chart. TIA
Howardhaftel, succinctly put. For being an opinion, this has much merit and I agree that this stock play is a long-term hold. Being a sub-penny, most cannot or have not had to wait for months or years for a big movement, but this will be a long slow steady rise to its true valuation. Put it in the vault everybody and play other pennies, check in on this investment from time to time but don't expect a huge gainer and a fall, it will be a stairway to heaven type of a profit. GLTA
I concur Matt, I think it's close as well, SFNN.

You're right the Packers are great. Who watched that game anyway?LMAO
Yes, because the Bears hadn't already locked up home field advantage throughout the playoffs, so of course they had their first team playing the entire game, right?
SPEA & QBID were about the biggest I think.
