Question: What company advertises a product and displays mockups at ASHP conventions before they even know if its possible to design and build the device?
Answer: CDEx does
Questiom: Why would a company take the chance of further tainting their already soiled reputation if they can't produce what they've been advertising?
Answer: PP money
"Why are you asking a poster for inside information concerning Cdex Inc?"
Oops, insider information? Really, I thought that that was common knowledge.
Didn't Brumfield announce in a SEC filing that beta units were in three hospitals?
OTOH, he also announced two years ago that commercial production of the G4 had been launched.
That was probably good to close a couple PP sales huh?
Poor suckers, they should have done their DD and ignored anything that CDEx may have told them.
Oh what a scam!!
Johnreiner, no I'm not calling the USPTO liars. What on earth made you reach that conclusion?
Someone is lying though. Beta units in hospitals? LOL
There are no beta testing units in any hospital on this planet!
Huh pennstreet? LOL
It's ok to tell the truth, it won't kill you.
Oh what a scam!!!!!!!
"Obviously a different Pennstreet is responding to you here today then the one that "promised" to have them call you in that hilarious previous post."
I know, there are several individuals that post under the 'pennstreet'. Very deceptive.... NOT! LOL
Hi kidd~, hope you're doing well.
"...They informed us no contracts have been signed for Beta Testing. No units in hospitals. (Yet.... Ha!) They will inform us if/when that changes."
Yep, I've heard the same, "beta units are or will be in hospitals". If I had to make a choice, even "will be" is not realistic knowing the history of lies coming from CDEx.
"Good luck trying to meet with them and their imaginary tech. I offered to meet with my experts. They never returned a call. We have one of their neighbors to ask them in person ... But they still have not showed up at their own little closet. Too bad. We gave up.
I know what you mean. They did the same thing to someone who had tried to have audience with the CDEx crew and the elusive G4. No returned phone call. CDEx is behaving just like MP did when I had a true expert lined up to see the EM-1. Paranoid is the word.
Pennstreet claims that he's brought in three experts already and that no one should hesitate to call the CDEx office for an appointment to see the G4 work. That sounds positive, I think that's what this individual is going to do. Will see.
Not true pennstreet:
"Get your stuff right.
He wants to talk to the SEC about Boone's 5,000,000 shares, he should call them.'
Absolutely 100% wrong! You told me that the FBI and SEC would be interested in talking to me and that you would contact them.
And it was 2,000,000 shares at about $5.00/share.
Get your stuff right!
Pennstreet, you don't say...well you do but you have to admit, you've been fooled by a CDEx CEO once again. No wonder you try so hard to put this guy on a pedestal, you want to be fooled by someone you can respect, like it was with MP.
"Cdex moved pass the Penny Stock scamster stuff, when a true business man and leader was brought in by pper's. A fact that MANY know to be true."
- pennstreet
"Loch/Cdex shareholders and ppers deserve the opportunity to have a chance to re-coop invested dollars on real products sold to those who want the products. No hype on bogus pr's, as was the norm from the loch days and first 9 years of Cdex."
"- pennstreet
Congratulations Mr. Pennstreet, you got it right except for one small error. CDEx is EXACTLY the same as before, nothing has changed except a 95% further loss of shareholder equity (that, on top of an earlier 98% equity loss} and a new CEO that should more accurately be described as a FAILED businessman.
CDEx is a stock selling scam which has "reverse split" honest shareholdeers to death. That's how they clean the slate to start the scam all over again. BOHICA! (Bend Over Here It Comes Again)
How would it be even remotely possible for honest shareholders to recoup their investments? Sell when the PPS hits $500.00?
There it is!
Pennstreet, do you remember when I posted how Rodney Boone filed to sell 2 million shares of Loch near the peak of over $5.00/share.
I wondered why that fact wasn't even considered in the lawsuit against the Boyz and you acted as if it was not know by the plaintiffs at the time (even though the sale was a matter of public record).
You said that the FBI and SEC would be interested in talking to me and that you'd contact them.
I'M STILL WAITING TO HERE FROM THEM
"I have had to do that myself, on a couple of devices. Not a big deal, the turn around time is one to weeks, if that becomes necessary."
How funny is that! LOL
Holding the "shareholder's shares" ransom was simply a diversion to keep the shareholders busy trying to get what belonged to them.
By the time all the actions concluded the desire to sue the scum bags for fraud had dissipated. Shareholders were just happy to finally get their shares, while the crooks walked away scottfree and the behind-the-scene crook took center stage as the new CEO.
The scheme that the crooks had devised worked like a charm.
The deception and scheming has not change, just look at the public records for the last 3+ years.
"It is not true that Baker brought Loch/Cdex together"
No one said that he did. However, Baker did incorporate CDEx while he was a corporate officer of Loch Harris. That's public record. And he did hire MP through Dynamic Management Solutions, one of MP's LLC's.
But it don't make no nevermind, they were all scam artists.
The new boys running the CDEx scam are trying to emulate MP.
Same exact blueprint, advertising a non-existent product, down-grading claimed product capabilities, more paid consultants for PR effect, no independent G4 testing, unsubstanstiated contracts, undisclosed alledged beta hospitals...etc.
What's it all mean?
The CDEx scam is alive and operating just as it has in the past! Same hype, same bogus PR's, sam 'ol scamster stuff. It's as plain as day. QED
"No hype on bogus pr's, as was the norm from the loch days and first 9 years of Cdex."
-pennstreet
"Cdex moved pass the Penny Stock scamster stuff, when a true business man and leader was brought in by pper's."
-pennstreet
Pennstreet fooled yet again by another CEO.
John, I'm not going to rain on your parade, but have an open mind and just consider for a second that it's possible CDEx is doing the same thing they have always done in the past during what pennstreet calls "the scam years".
They've hired an outside consultant and are using his bio for PR.
Time will tell whether Coates will contribute to the science or is just another bio to use.
On the positive side, it looks like CDEx has decided to change how the G4 works. Seems a little late in the game for that, but we'll see.
Makes me think that they're still trying to get the thing to work as advertised.
This is interesting, it appears CDEx has change its mind on what spectral methods are used in the G4.
They're now claiming:
"ValiMed solutions rely on a unique combination of specialized spectroscopic measurement techniques -- including Raman, UV absorption and molecular fluorescence -- to accurately analyze, identify and determine the concentration of a drug/dose within seconds."
While the patent application claims:
"The photoelectric detection processes include Raman scattering, fluorescence and spectral reflection."
UV absorption has replaced spectral reflectance.
Interesting, "The following actions must take place before the product is ready to be shipped to the end user":
- completion of a minumum of fifty (50) different signatures of drugs for the library;
- certified by CE marking and Underwriter's Laboratory for use in hospital settings;
- the product must be sent out for third-party testing;
- the units must actually be built for delivery.
I think that last milestone goes without saying! LOL
These are important milestones and anyone of these milestones was an instant PR with the original Valimed in the past as we all remember. There is no reasonable explanation that I know why CDEx wouldn't keep shareholders abreast of such critidal product development. The fact that NOT ONE milestone has been announced should be a BIG red flag!
Bear in mind that even if it's true that units are undergoing beta testing at hospitals that is not independent third party validation!
The capability of the Thermo Scientific True Defender RM is amazing. It makes the CDEx ID2 look like a cheap toy that's broken!
July 23, 2014
Customs Minister Nicky Wagner says the introduction of a new state of the art drug analyser will free up hundreds of hours a year for more enforcement work at the border.
The handheld device, a Thermo Scientific FirstDefender RM, shoots a laser beam into an unknown substance, accurately identifying it in a matter of seconds. Customs purchased it with money recovered under the Proceeds of Crime (Recovery) Act.
“The device will drastically reduce the number of substances that have to be sent away for expensive testing, with savings expected to pay for it in less than six months.
“Its effectiveness will allow Customs officers to spend at least 520 more hours each year on frontline border work because they can make decisions quickly on what investigative action, if any, is required.
Prime Minister John Key allocated $335,000 to Customs in the first proceeds of crime funding round to enhance frontline screening at the border. In addition to the drug analyser, Customs is building a laboratory in Auckland to test unidentified chemical samples.
“The enhanced capability will help to achieve outcomes sought in the government’s Methamphetamine Action Plan and allow Customs to identify an increasing number of new psychoactive substances stopped at the border,” Ms Wagner says.
More than 11,000 substances can be identified almost instantly by the FirstDefender analyser. It can penetrate through certain types of packaging, so opening a packet or bottle may not be necessary, which also means a safer working environment for officers.

Amanita, Raman spectrometers can identify unknown substances through various containers. This is nothing new. I'm quite sure that the CDEx instrument is an OTS spectrometer which they have attempted to modify.
A RS manufacturer would be more then willing to assist CDEx in identifying substances, esp. if CDEx is dangling them the carrot of future business.
The unbeliveable part of their advertising is optically measuring drug strength (molar conc.) thru containers.
I've always said that the truth eventually surfaces, now we know that the Valimed had fatal flaws which CDEx never disclosed.
Just imagine what they're hiding now!
Pennstreet, I've asked you twice now whether samples can be brought into CDEx for testing and you've side-stepped a direct answer both times.
Obviously CDEx is not in a position to have an independent organization run a few samples. As expected.
You claim that you've had three experts come into CDEx. Sure you have. We believe you. LOL
Let's not forget that it was Wade Poteet that was the person that was ultimately responsible for producing those products that weren't worth owning by hospitals. I guess he was just "too busy in the lab" to know that the product that he designed had serious flaws.
Of course his involvment in the failed CDEx products can't be mentioned since he's still working there. Only the departed MP and crew can be the bad guys.
Pennstrret writes:
"I mean, ole Mp, Ts, and jr had 9 years and 20 times the funds to bring the science to a market wanted science,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, which they never did.
Which is why the Mp crew never "LAUNCHED" anything that was worth owning by the market or any hospitals either."
Pennstreet, is CDEx ready to have outside samples checked with the G4.
This is serious.
It could be a very good thing if the G4 works as claimed.
Pennstreet, make sure someone is available to answer the phone at CDEx OK? This could be a very good PR for CDEx if they are serious about independent testing.
And make sure his call gets returned this time if he has to leave another message.
Keep making up those promotional stories pennstreet everyone believes your every word. Your going to drive the PPS thru the roof! LOL
Yep, Wilson. Dr. Terrell reminds me of Wilson.
Pennstreet says:
"There was no organization that wanted to test the G4. But, if they will call Cdex on Monday or Tuesday of this next week, and identify themselves as the "ORGANIZATION" that knows you and would like to come in and test the G4, I will see make the call to the appropriate friend, who can contact Cdex and let Mr. Brumfield know they will be calling, and will be coming in."
First, if there was no organization like you say then who is going to test the iG4? LOL
Secondly, if they call CDEx, why wouldn't they just talk with Brumfield directly? Why would you even be in the loop? Call CDEx then someone will call a friend... and they'll call...
Obviously Brumfield is not at CDEx.
Dizzy.
Amanita, I don't know if you remember the Dr. guy (I forget his name) that wrote the original white paper for Loch Harris back in 1999, but Dr. Terrell appears to be the new twist to the old "expert testimony" game.
The blueprint for the Loch/CDEx scam hasn't changed a bit. It's just further aggravating evidence that the scam remains the same- Brumfield or no Brumfield (actually, I believe Brumfield himself is aggravating evidence of the scam).
P.S. I think his name was Dr. Wilkinson or Wilson, a physicist I believe. Does anyone remember that guy? When these types of people accept the lies told to them by Loch/CDEx as a premise, they can give "expert testimony" in the form of a spanking white paper or quote.
Wilkinson/Wilson certainly did. He dazzled everyone with the science that he blew over our heads! LOL
No, no, no pennstreet, how could independent testing possibly be performed at the CDEX shop? You seem to lack the understanding of what independent testing entails. We are not talking about a "rigged demo" at CDEx or even giving the "organization" the opportunity to operate the iG4 using CDEx protocol.
The "organization" wants to test it for various performance characteristics in their lab against some very sophisticated (and expensive) instrumentation.
LOL! This is obviously somewhat over your head.
Pennstreet,
"Hum, I wonder where the Cdex crew would be """IF""" there is one word of truth to the phone not getting answered."
Are you referring to the organization that wanted to test the iG4, but couldn't even get the courtesy of a return phone call. That is 100% true, there's no need for me to play with words like you do. It's a stone cold fact which I can easily prove.
That is exactly how MP handled the situation in the past. It's as if he's still around advising Brumfield the best way to get rid of pesky scientists that could blow the cover on the scam. IYKWIMAITYD
The scam continues just like you remember it when you claimed that you were fooled by both the Boyz and MP.... and evidently now Bumfield. LOL
The rest of your post is simply your fantasy thinking which deserves no reply.
Why do CDEx stock promoters have to continually try and convince readers that there is someone working in the lab at CDEx?
We know for a fact that on many occasions no one has reportedly been there.
So to try and sell readers that someone is actual there I find very peculiar as if they're hiding something.
Still trying to sell Brumfield on this board?
Good luck.
"Not only does Mr. Brumfield inspire confidence and respect from all who are in this venture, he and Sean Brumfield, have brought to light some very important science to the improvement of the Technology."
Now that is just ridiculous! LOL
LOL some mo.
I heard that the insiders aren't going to sell until the PPS hit .25!!
Or was that the last pump-n-dump????
It all becomes a blur, this scam repeats itself over and over and over and...
Well Amanita... I know some simple facts and one of them is not to believe a word that CDEX stock promoters types if it can't be substantiated.
CDEx stock promoters will say (type) anything to try and put this scam into favorable light.
Some of posts can be down right ridiculous. If I didn't know that they're trying to be serious some of his posts would actually be hilarious!
CDEx went looking to hire a IR firm, they didn't come to CDEx.
LOL!!! Please.
"The amount of sales that has happened since Mr. Brumfield has been the CEO have more than covered his salary."
-pennstreet
LMAO!!!!
"Dodti Handy the mob stock promoter"
That's who CDEx hired to run their pump campaign?
How low down can this scam get?
Hi Paige, the details of the settlement agreement are confidential so we may never know the extent to which CDEx has agreed to pay royalties.
Hope all is well with you. How's the band doing? Are they still together?
Amanita, royalties that CDEx must pay Analytical Spectral Devices (ASD) is not based on the sale of CCT's, it's based on the use of the UV fluorescence technology which is infringing on the ASD patent, regardless of the instrument.
So if the iG4 continues to use UVF, royalties will have to be paid. That's my take.
I'll know more in a couple days after a couple phone calls.
Thank you pennstreet, I stand corrected. LOL
It appears that CDEx has hired a new stock promoter that is going to start another pump-n-dump.
The firms dubious background seems to be right up CDEx's alley. Who would have thunk?
Expect the PR's to start rollin' in more frequently. That's their yob.
I'm sure ASD will be thrilled to have a renewed stream of royalty income from CDEx.
