AMEN!!!! Thanks for playing, and GLTY
I know someone here, has made $1 mil already......
Shouldn't be too hard to skim some off the top, for recoup... REMEMBER - 0.04 WILL SOON BE THE BASE. Just my opinion..... but you know.. kind of required for NASDAQ!!!
Thank you for your insight, Skiluc!
GLTY
I say this with 6 figures in my account, as well.... WILL SLEEP LIKE A BABY!!!!
GLTYA
And thanks for the liquidity!
I wonder how his "$100 lottery ticket" is looking, now LOL
Just wow...
Do you know that for a fact? Lol... someone sounds lonely.
This is an invite to Join the family!!!!
SPCL/Pixelmags
LOL explain why. OTHERWISE THIS IS INCORRECT, IMO
This process as been researched, and the information has been cited. People providing the wealth of knowledge have many years of trading experience, and some are even CPA's and brokers...
If you would like to disagree with them, I hope (for your sake) that you have information to back it up.
SPCL/Pixelmags
got tired of chasing USSEIN BOLT. I was moving my bid up, all morning - finally just decided to slap the ask! LOL...
SPCL/Pixelmags
I AGREE!!!! The education market is HUGE, and all arrows are pointing to online/digital learning experiences.
GENERATION Z/DIGITAL NATIVES
(the generation after Z, is generation AA or something... i wonder what THOSE statistics will look like..... LOL.)
1. They’re digital natives, so marketers must act that way, too.
While Millennials use three screens on average, Generation Z uses five. Gen Zers expect brands to move as seamlessly around digital devices as they do, and to create a unified experience across in-store, digital, and mobile.
Not sure - have not been watching L2 so might have bought already - Also, I prefer not to put their specific financials on blast - especially when they're not my own. I'll private message you details, since this specific situation is not that big a deal - will just leave names out. I will say they are buying today. I also have other friends, that started setting up their accounts on thursday/friday - hopefully they can make it to the party, before its too late!!!!
SPCL/Pixelmags - WHAT A TEAM!!!!!
Amazing find - THANK YOU!!!!
This board is truly rare....HONORED TO BE A PART OF THIS CREW!!!!
SPCL/Pixelmags, the moon is to inaccurate... TO MARS!!!!!!!!!!!!
OK seriously tho.....
$60,000,000 (conservative annual revenue) / 1,830,000,000 = 0.0327
0.0327 x 8 (conservative Positive Earnings Guidance) = 0.2616
0.2616 x 100 (split adjustment) = $26.16......
Still conservative...inaccurately so.
Vietnamese, French, and Irish
Abstract for a pennystock lol.. is this a cubist chart???
8 MMs ON THE BID
I see what you're typing now lol, my bad... I AGREE!!!!!
It says "active," when I click the link.
FOR ANYONE CONCERNED WITH RM -
-SPCL has already been bought by Pixelmags. Pixelmags OWNS the SPCL shell, now, and is getting ready to announce the completion of RM.
-All proprietary tech has been sold back to Solaris Power Cells's founder/CEO.
-Vistapoint Advisors, is HIGHLY REPUTABLE, and have brokered many deals, such as this...
-Insight Entities is highly reputable, and are responsible for taking Shutterstock public....
-VC2 is highly reputable, and confirms they own Pixelmags and Pixel Holdings, Inc. (through Vistapoint Advisors and Insight Entities, I am guessing)
-Pixel Holdings Inc, was Jonathan Oringer's old holding company for Shutterstock....
"What about the RS???"
-RS in this case, is a good thing - because it is an ACTUAL COMPANY WITH REAL REVENUES AND HEALTHY POSITIVE EARNINGS GUIDANCE. - Not just peanuts....
2014 - 30 mil
2015 - 48 mil
2016 - 60 mil ++++ (as of early September)
RS will raise the PPS and lower the OS AS WELL AS THE AUTHORIZED SHARES this is important, because it shows the company is going through a similar restructuring as well - also lowering the amount of AS.
After RS - Pixelmags will have sufficient PPS, Good Share structure, SOLID SUPPORT, AND HEALTHY TRADING/LIQUIDITY!!!!!
There will be no need for dilution, once this stock gets uplisted, because THEY ARE ALREADY MAKING MONEY - LOTS. 60 MILLION A YEAR + (and growing? Leader in an emerging market, projected to grow past 35 BILLION by 2020?????)
This RS will look exactly opposite of how most pennystock Reverse Splits look.. there will be a run, and it will be mind blowing.
By this, I'm saying expect a lot more stair steps.....
Lets not forget about companies like Shutterstock and Google, who would greatly benefit from a company like Pixelmags... I wonder if they have contracts and deals lined up for once they're uplisted......
SPCL/Pixelmags GLTA
They already bought SPCL the show is being run by Pixelmags and parties involved with RM
Uplist will happen anytime after $4 PPS proves itself. That means anywhere at 0.04 ++++
Regardless of split..this baby will have alot of climbing room before uplist. That doesn't necessarily translate to time, tho... this thing could get there faster than any of us anticipate, or just regular. LOL what is "regular," anyway???????

SPCL/Pixelmags - what a crew.
What is a when-issue stock? The "v" symbol - the 5th letter symbol on SPCL ticker
A when-issued stock has yet to see the light of day. The official day of issuance is a few business days off, and for a brief period you can trade in shares without being able to settle for a profit or a loss. It's common for treasury bonds to trade on a when-issued basis, as speculators guess at the rise or fall of the bonds on the day they actually come up for auction. With stocks, when-issued trading only takes place when there is widespread interest and demand for the stock.
lolwut - link please, otherwise invalid.
There are many references that site the fifth letter symbol "v" stands for a "when issued" stock on the NASDAQ

V - when a stock is issued and distributed.

Seems like Pixelmags has almost completely moved in to their new home.. just setting up the furniture and utilities..
Different exchanges use different abbreviations; the small v appended to your ticker symbol is used on the NASDAQ exchange. The corresponding symbol on the New York Stock Exchange is WI, for "When Issued."

But the most interesting part of all....... the digital natives......

SPCL/Pixelmags
If you're looking at it like a pennystock, then of course it will look funny! That's because Its not a pennystock.... it's a real company that's been around since 2009, and is going public through a RM shell.... this is not unheard of! That doesn't make it a good play tho.. what makes it a good play is that it's not just any company... it's a leader in its industry, and it's backed by big reputations
Perhaps it seems too good to be true, because all we're looking at is the RM and uplist, when in reality - we should be looking at the market and the competition, along with consumer trends
do you know the purpose of dilution? Have you asked yourself why it makes sense to dilute a "new" stock that ALREADY HAS growing revenues over 60 million, and good liquidity? Or why you think it would make more money? Just asking...
2014 - 30 mil
2015 - 48 mil
2016 - 60 mil ++++
They're doing just fine without it. The RS is about bringing PPS to a reputable amount, and tidying up share structure so there is LESS SHARES.. will look 10x better, and probably make 10x more sense, once Pixelmags gets to the big boards
If the stock has healthy trading an good liquidity, then where is the need for dilution?
There will be people taking profits, and who will be picking these profits up? this is a growing company, leading fan emerging martlet with 60mil+ in annual revenue....... their business model is sound, they have proven profit and growth....not to mention they work with apple, google, amazon, and more! Let's also not forget shutterstock...Pixelmags is primed, this deal has been in the works for longer than the 8-k has been out... no amateur hour, here...these people are serious business,, not some scam that has no real plans to uplist - There are big wigs waiting.....
I will also add, I don't think they would go through all this trouble to uplist, just to fall back down. There are too many REAL reputations on the line....

Technically, stock symbols with the letter "V" in the fifth position mean "when issued or when distributed." However, the real-world translation is that these shares are ready for a stock split or a similar corporate action plan that has already been announced. Stocks with a fifth position "V" often attract high investor interest as they search for a winner.
