great email Hawk-02. I look forward to finding out what the result of that email will be. a CC would be nice.
Wasn't there someone saying they would try to attend the conference?
I'd like to know if that was still the case.

Dang. Not good.
Shame on you if you did tamper with the email.
Shame on you if you are saying it is tampered with and it isn't.

Hey General, can you send me a link to the promo? I didn't see it.
Also, someone posted the other night about that StockPalooza.com promo. Was that the one you're referring to? I did get confirmation from their IR that they did not pay/were not aware of it the other night.
Thanks in advance.

Hi Kerry,
That is great news! I just told my wife and we will be swinging by this week to pick up some bottles! If you don't mind me asking, are you aware of how well they are selling? I was curious since I have a lot of friends who have mentioned this brand before and I have seen a lot of things for it online.
One thing to note, the gentleman that helped me find it last time told me it was a company owned by a country music singer. I told him it was Christie Brinkley...but perhaps she has sung/does sing country music? I haven't fact checked that but I will after I send this email.
Thanks again!

So far it has sold very well. We know only of Christie Brinkley’s involvement, so if there is a country singer involved we are not aware.
Thank you, we appreciate your business.

Yes, I see what you mean. Don't worry about that. Something is brewing. No posts on the dedicated handle for a while.
I'm not familiar with pre news but someone mentioned gag orders or the like to prevent information leaking. All speculative on my part but that may be why nothing is up in a while. Not since the IR Firm it seems. Perhaps they are building a marketing plan and will be full force soon.

hey@ sorry, I do not have the ability to PM. Thank you for the information though. Still holding and hoping for greener days!
hi Chigurh,
A lot of people crack on Rich on the board. Are there examples of why this is warranted? honest questions. thanks.
NICE! I am not on that level of investing but I sure am happy for you and everyone else that has a VERY solid position here. I can only see bright things in the future here.
ICNB !!!
I agree with you 100%.
I am trying to let the people who use fundamentals know to keep calm. There are great things coming. Growth has been huge and i've only been around this stock for a few weeks. Imagine my surprise when I see that a product on the OTC is available in well over 10 stores in my city!
How many other OTC Pink Sheets companies can people say have had products in multiple stores / cities / states with plans to go to more locations AND have product available?! Good luck finding that one. Most of the time they are via online order only....limited runs found on Amazon only. Located at a boutique store only. Once they sell out...whoops, no more product for months...or ever.
The growth here is what got me to invest since I am not for flipping. The growth of a company that has an internationally recognized spokesperson as the face and voice of the product....ON the product itself....such a great time to climb aboard everyone. The fact that it tastes good only means that even people who don't drink these items regularly due to health conscientiousness will be willing to pick up a few bottles for special occasion. I know I'll be bringing a bottle to every dinner party going forward.
My conversations with Circadian over email stated they had multiple (2) conversations with ICNB's CEO (Rich) about up listing and that that was something he wanted to move forward with. I know there are plenty of investors who do not touch the pinks. Some only look at OTC stocks in the QB/QX. Once we get there....so many more people will be willing to believe. Once we move up from there....SO MANY MORE and DEEPER pockets.
I am not much for PPS predictions but if what others are saying can happen, I want enough PPS to buy a boat too. And have enough shares left over to let grow into a 529 plan for my kids.
ICNB LONGGGGGGG
I sure hope we don't. if we do, i'll be there to buy them though. haha. LETS GO ICNB !!!!
let this joker dip into the subs again and I am going to double my shares. I hope everyone here does. Q3/Q4 financials HOPEFULLY will blow expectations out of the water. IMO

I agree. With financials coming out and news of sales....word on the buy out of the other 49% of Bellissima still up in the air (LOI).....selling now makes no sense.

VERY Exciting! I just received an email from the Spec's (one of the bigger chains here in Houston) that they got the Brut and Rose in for me at the local store I go to. A quick check of the website and they now offer Brut with the Zero Sugar. Before it was just the Zero option:

Or at least phase 2 and into phase 3 like GW
anyone else looking for a bullish engulfing candle for today? from the chart stuff I've read it would mean a reversal. I would enjoy that. Lets go VDRM!
thanks Justice League. I see and respect your POV.
I was talking very pie-in-the-sky with my friend here. The Hype Train though is a very fast and fickle thing. As I am sure you and most everyone else is aware. I wouldn't be surprised to top the 10-15 cent range when Bevmo news comes out or that audited financials are coming out for an upcoming 10-Q. Realistically though, for sustained share price, this is months and possibly years away from breaking and holding above $1. The financials is the biggest factor. And they are not necessarily trust worthy until we get up listed. However, I have the time to wait and will enjoy sipping on the drinks our company sells.
I sure hope i'm wrong and can retire by EOB tomorrow. haha but that isn't likely to happen. Maybe on Earth-2 with the Justice Society of America.running things.
ICNB Longgggggggggggg
thanks CJ.
My considerations are geared toward the OTCQB/QX / SEC Filings. Once people see the QB or QX then there will be more "believers" int he company and the stock. As a pink sheet, the growth potential is great. Especially since there is an actual celebrity endorsement and PRODUCTS available.
How many other pink sheet stocks have products but are on "limited runs" or the like? They are geared up for a big sale on Amazon or something and then once they sell out, they are done. Then it is months later they have a second roll out...if one rolls out at all.
The biggest push int he share price will be the Q2/Q3 financials. The REAL kicker for high gear (and the up listing IMO) will be the EOY Financials for 2017 to come out in 2018. This will show what the year has done and get an idea of the trend in sales.
If people are looking to flip this/day trade it, go for it. There is money to be made, no question. I'm taking a back seat ride into 2020+ if the 2017 year end financials are up trending.
I can only see additional brands in the future to be acquired by ICNB if Bellissima turns into a cash cow for them. Perhaps go towards the all organic market with Bellissima being their rock star until something bigger and better comes along.
Of course, this is all in my opinion with more than a touch of wishful thinking. I've said it before and I'll say it again: Wake me up in 2020. I think we will all enjoy this stock/brand for decades to come.
$ICNB Long
bhahahaha. I seent it! hahahaa
ICNB LONG!
What are peoples thoughts on the share price action if/when we get up listed? I was discussing with a friend of mine and I was thinking at our current price...to be up listed we could conservatively think in the $0.50-$1.50/share. Thanks for your thoughts.

Only $30k spent on R&D !?!?

The $30,363 spent on R&D was for the 3 month period ended Sept 30 2016. For the 9 month period ended Sept 30 2016 $102,182.
Efficacy testing started when? I'm certain the R&D expense will go up from October - Dec 31st 2016. Up even more from Jan 1st 2017 - March 31st 2017.

I agree. We are by no means well off but we like to never show up empty handed to a party/get together/ etc. Instead of La Marca guess what we will be showing up with now. Bellissima!!!!
Yup! That is what I read as well. I am just wishful in thinking that some of the patents will only need 1 go around to prove they work. But I know sometimes the process can take many many years. But who cares if there is a product that can help the world!

Long story short on provisional patents.
They have 12 months to file for non-provisional in order to continue to protect the IP. Any negative is if the patent is granted, then they miss out on up to the 12 months they used as a provisional patent.
If I am incorrect on this, please someone correct me. I have no problems learning something. Please bring on the education.
Full Disclosure: this information is found on the USPTO website from the links I posted previously. I will post the link again below. I did not review the WIPO site or EPO site for more info. I will leave that up to you good people. I hope to read up a lot of good DD when I get up tonight.

Provisional Application for a Patent
Since June 8, 1995, the USPTO has offered inventors the option of filing a provisional application for patent, which was designed to provide a lower-cost first patent filing in the United States and to give U.S. applicants parity with foreign applicants. Claims and oath or declaration are NOT required for a provisional application. A provisional application provides the means to establish an early effective filing date in a patent application and permits the term “Patent Pending” to be applied in connection with the invention. Provisional applications may not be filed for design inventions.
The filing date of a provisional application is the date on which a written description of the invention, and drawings if necessary, are received in the USPTO. To be complete, a provisional application must also include the filing fee, and a cover sheet specifying that the application is a provisional application for patent. The applicant would then have up to 12 months to file a nonprovisional application for patent as described above. The claimed subject matter in the later filed nonprovisional application is entitled to the benefit of the filing date of the provisional application if it has support in the provisional application.
If a provisional application is not filed in English, and a nonprovisional application is filed claiming benefit to the provisional application, a translation of the provisional application will be required. See title 37, Code of Federal Regulations, Section 1.78(a)(5).
Provisional applications are NOT examined on their merits. A provisional application will become abandoned by the operation of law 12 months from its filing date. The 12-month pendency for a provisional application is not counted toward the 20-year term of a patent granted on a subsequently filed nonprovisional application that claims benefit of the filing date of the provisional application.
A surcharge is required for filing the basic filing fee or the cover sheet on a date later than the filing of the provisional application. Unlike nonprovisional utility applications, design, plant, and provisional applications can still be filed by mail or hand-delivery without having to pay the additional $400 non-electronic filing fee. Design and provisional applications can also be filed via EFS-Web. Plant applications, however, are not permitted to be filed via EFS-Web.

Here are some of the examples. Example 5 caught my eye. To get a quick idea of what each example does, just read the first few lines and the last few lines of the example. Read all of it if you want to get very technical.
EXAMPLE 1
Reference is now made to Figure 1 which demonstrates a graph of the relative viability of MM cells vs. different concentrations of CBD and THC, during different time periods (i.e 0, 24 and 48 hours). The effect of different concentrations of CBD and THC on the viability of different multiple myeloma cell lines and primary cells isolated from bone marrow of myeloma patients in the presence and absence of bone marrow stroma cells, was tested. Several MM cell lines were plated at 2 xlO<4>cells per well in 96-wells and reacted with different concentrations of CBD and THC. Samples were taken from bone marrow aspirates from MM patients. Mononuclear cells were separated by Ficoll density gradient centrifugation and myeloma cells selected using CD138 microbeads (Miltenyi Biotec). Purified CD 138+ patient cells were be plated at a density of 2x10<4>cells per well and treated for 48 hours with different concentrations of CBD and THC (THC 2% CBD 20%; THC 10% CBD 10%; and THC 20% CBD 2%). Cell viability was measured using XTT cell proliferation Kit (Biological Industries) according to manufacture instructions. It can be seen from figure 1, that in comparison to the control sample (in which only buffer was added) all combinations of CBD and THC showed an effect upon the viability of the cells.
EXAMPLE 2
Combinations of novel and/or conventional anti-MM agents can achieve higher clinical response rates than single agent(s). In addition, many patients experience significant dose-limiting side effects requiring dose reductions or cessation of therapy.
The anti-MM activity induced by the combination of CBD and THC (THC 2% CBD 20%; THC 10% CBD 10%; and THC 20% CBD 2% with other MM chemotherapeutic drugs in vitro was assessed. The response of MM cells to treatment with CBD and THC in combination with currently in use anti-MM agents (bortezomib (BTZ), lenalidomide (LEN), dexamethasone (DEX), melphalan (MEL) and doxorubicin (DOXO) were evaluated. The anti-MM activity of combined treatment was analyzed by XTT assays as previously described in example 1, and the presence of synergistic cytotoxic effects are be evaluated using the Chou-Talalay method based on the median-effect equation and the classic isobologram equation and compusyn computer software. It appears that in comparison to the control (in which only buffer was added) or to currently in use anti-MM agents, all combinations of CBD and THC affected the viability of the cells.
EXAMPLE 3
This example presents the mode of action of cannabis as an anti-myeloma agent, the effect of cannabis on MM cell lines is evaluated regarding apoptosis, angiogenesis, cell cycle, mitochondrial transmembrane potential, ROS production, and cell signaling.
Apoptosis analysis: MM cells were treated with different concentrations of CBD and THC (THC 2% CBD 20%; THC 10% CBD 10%; and THC 20% CBD 2%) during 0, 24 and 48 h. For evaluation of apoptosis, cells were processed using an Annexin V/propidium iodide (PI) kit (Becton Dickinson Biosciences) according to manufacture instructions. Cell-cycle analysis: MM cells were exposed to different concentrations of CBD and THC (THC 2% CBD 20%; THC 10% CBD 10%; and THC 20% CBD 2%) for different intervals of time. The cells were then permeabilized by 70% ethanol at -20 °C overnight and incubated with 50 µg/ml PI and 20 units/ml RNase-A (Roche Diagnostics). DNA content was analyzed by flow cytometry. Data was collected using FACS Calibur (Becton Dickinson) and analyzed with the CellQuest software.
Cell signaling: MM cell lines were plated in RPMI 1640 with 10% FBS, penicillin, and streptomycin. CBD and THC (THC 2% CBD 20%; THC 10% CBD 10% and; THC 20% CBD 2%) was added after 0, 30 minutes, 2, 6, 24 and 48 h. Cells were then lysed in RIPA-lysis buffer (lOmM sodium pyrophosphate, 2mM sodium orthovanadate, 5mM sodium fluoride, 5 g/mL aprotinin, 5 g/mL leupeptin, and ImM phenylmethylsulfonyl fluoride). Proteins were separated by sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, transferred onto nitrocellulose membranes and immunoblotted with cell signaling antibodies. Immunoreactive bands were detected by Western Blot chemiluminescence reagents (Thermo Scientific) and exposed on Kodak-XAR film.
Cell signaling arrest was achieved with the THC and CBD extract combinations, with different THC and CBD ratios providing different levels of arrest.
Mitochondrial transmembrane potential: Mitochondrial transmembrane potential (Dwm) was evaluated by 5,5',6,6'-tetrachloro-l, ,3,3'-tetraehylbenzimidazolylcarbocyanineiodide (JC-1) staining. Briefly, 2 x 104 cells were treated with of CBD and THC (THC 2% CBD 20%; THC 10% CBD 10%; and THC 20% CBD 2%) for different times and then incubated for 10 mm at room temperature with 10 µg/ml of JC-1. JC-1 was excited by an argon laser (488 nm), and the green (530 nm)/red (570 nm) emission fluorescence was collected simultaneously. Carbonyl cyanide chlorophenylhydrazone protonophore, a mitochondrial uncoupler that collapses (Dwm), was be used as a positive control. Samples were analyzed using a FACScan cytofluorimeter with CellQuest software. Different levels of reduction arrest in mitochondrial transmembrane potential were achieved with the various THC and CBD extracts of the present invention.
ROS production: The fluorescent probe dichlorodihydrofluorescein diacetate (DCFDA) was used to assess oxidative stress levels. Briefly, 2 x 104 cells treated with the appropriate compounds were incubated with 20 µ? DCFDA (Life Technologies Italia, Italy) 20 min prior to the harvest time point. The cells were then washed, and the intensity of the fluorescence was assayed using flow cytometry and CellQuest software. Different levels of reduction arrest ROS production was obtained with the THC and CBD extracts herein described.
EXAMPLE 4
This example presents the effect of cannabis on osteoblasts (OB) function, MC3T3-E1 pre- osteoblastic cells (ATCC) and bone marrow-derived stromal cells were cultured in osteoblastic differentiation media, with or without MM cells, in the presence of different concentrations of CBD and THC; (THC 2% CBD 20%; THC 10% CBD 10%; and THC 20% CBD 2%) for different periods of time. At the end of the culture period, cells will be evaluated for OB differentiation. To evaluate the effect of cannabis on OC function, mononuclear cells from MM patients were differentiated to osteoclasts and treated with cannabis and their activity evaluated in the presence and absence of stroma cells.
EXAMPLE 5
This example examines anti-tumor efficacy of cannabis in murine xenograft MM model SCID mice (6-8 week old) were maintained in accordance with Institutional Animal Care Use Committee guidelines. Mice were gamma- irradiated (150 rads) using Csl37 ?-irradiator source and (24 hours post-irradiation) injected subcutaneously with MM cells (7xl06/mouse) suspended in PBS. 2-3 weeks later, when palpable tumors were developed, mice were be randomly divided into different groups (15 mice/group), and the following treatment protocol will be implemented: Group la-b*: vehicle control administered ip, every day, 5 days a week throughout the duration of the experiment; Group 2-4 a-b*: the best combination of THC 2% CBD 20%, CBD 10% THC 10% or THC 20% CBD 2% according to in vitro results at different doses (1, 10 and 20 mg/kg) administered ip, every day, 5 days a week throughout the duration of experiment; Group 5-6 a-b*: THC and CBD at 20 mg/kg administered ip, every day, 5 days a week throughout the duration of experiment; * Subgroup a: mice treated during 3 weeks (n=5) and tumor removed and analyzed *Subgroup b: mice treated until the end of the experiment (n=15). Evaluation of efficacy will include inhibition of tumor growth, survival, blood tests, animals' vital signs and gross pathology. Tumor size will be measured by caliper. Caliper measurements of the longest perpendicular tumor diameters will be performed every other day to estimate tumor volume. All compositions showed decrease in tumor size but the highest reduction was shown in the solution having THC 2% CBD 20%.

What does A1, A2, A3 and B stand for after a European publication number?
When a European patent application is published together with the search report, it is known as an A1 publication. When this application is published without the search report, it is an A2 document. The search report is then published later as an A3 document. When the patent is granted, it is published as a B document.

My wife and I purchased 2 bottles of the Zero Sugar. We loved it. We normally drink La Marca but are now going to switch to Bellissima. A little more on the pricey side but it is a great product, no sugar and we can only help our investment this way.
Waiting on the local Spec's to bring in the Brut and Rose so we can try them as well.
I agree. I didn't even know about Bivi until I looked into ICNB. What drew me into ICNB was....Bellissima. Which I am hopeful that ICNB will be a larger share holder of in the near future.
