Well, it's kinda like a 500 lap stock car race...
You don't know who's made the proper adjustments until the checkered flag flies.
ITS is a reputable, Minority-owned business
I think that means it's owned by Mexicans with Green Cards.
Are you disappionted Megas is still making forward progress?
This is the key issue at hand...
It's been a problem in a variety of circumstances.
We can send Janice Shell to the moon, but we can't keep track of and count shares of stock!?!
HAAA! I really should find more time for DD...

Hey, weren't you the one who was so happy with the SEC a couple of weeks ago?
Did you just get a whiff of the coffee or what?
OMG, Joe don't know you?!?
You'd think that at least his staff could prepare him not to make a complete fool of himself.
Probably told him, "You're on yer own, buck."
Easy there, cox used that phrase, not me.
Don't forgt the phrase "technically illegal"...
I have a hard time recalling anyone, anywhere start off so many sentences with "Umm...", and add 5-10 more in each one. Sometimes back to back, or three in a row.
UNREAL.
...We've got them surrounded!!!
Is Baghdad Bob now employed by the SEC?
ITSI .38 Recently signed contract worth about 19X current market cap. Financials filed AH yesterday, wild swings with even close today.
Wow, never thought I'd see the day...
I hope they nail as many pumpers as abusive short sellers.
SEC opens probe to prevent spread of false info

SEC opens probe to prevent spread of false information that manipulates stocks
WASHINGTON (AP) -- The Securities and Exchange Commission said Sunday it is immediately opening a probe to prevent the spread of false information used to manipulate securities prices.
SEC Chairman Christopher Cox said the investigation is aimed at "ensuring that investors continue to get reliable, accurate information about public companies in the marketplace."
The probe comes amid a new bout of turmoil that has gripped investors. Questions have been swirling about the financial health of mortgage giants Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac as well as Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc.
Earlier this year, a run on Bear Stearns pushed the investment bank to the brink of bankruptcy and into a takeover by JPMorgan Chase. Bear officials blamed market rumors for the run.
The investigation will be conducted by the SEC's Office of Compliance Inspections and Examinations as well as the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority and New York Stock Exchange Regulation Inc.
Cox said the probe will provide an opportunity to make sure brokers and investment advisers have "appropriate training for their employees and sturdy controls in place to prevent intentionally false information from harming investors."
By law, brokers and investment advisers must have procedures in place to prevent market manipulation and other violations. Investigators will focus on such procedures, or controls, and whether "they are reasonably designed to prevent the intentional creation or spreading of false information intended to affect securities prices or other potentially manipulative conduct," the agency said.
The probe is separate from SEC's investigations, already under way, into alleged intentional manipulation of securities prices through "rumor-mongering and abusive short selling," the agency said in a statement.
RDG, if you bought through a broker you had nothing to worry about.
In addition to the search for air shares, I remember he was also seeking ill gotten shares that might have been distributed by Pammy & Pino, via U.S. Postal Service or another bulk package shipping company.
I paid good money for what I thought were real shares, and I wasn't about to give them up without a fight.
Wall Street is for Warriors, not Wimps.
Maybe you have a short memory, but as I recall it, Megas used this shareholder lawsuit to determine the massive amount of air shares sold to us through etrade, scottrade, and whoever else.
Maybe you've also forgotten that we're only waiting for the approval of the R/S and a new ticker symbol to trade...
I'd say the ball is in the SEC's court.
So you consider Megas guilty until proven innocent? What kind of proof would you need, an SEC email addressed to you stating he's been cleared in all investigations?
I hope you're not a Judge.
I'll forgive ya, turn. But just this once. LOL
Rest assured, if I use the words "anybody, somebody, anyone, someone", or "ya'll" in any post, it sure as hell don't include terrorists.
You have a great weekend also.
I do have an admiration for Megas because he did not quit and walk away.
Nice to see we agree.
It's been time for 35 years. All those innocent birdies? Birds migrate North and South, not East and West, dumbasses. And if the leader gets reduced to feathers & flesh, the rest will take evasive actions, and thrive due to zero emissions, I'd reckon. As for the spoiled scenery? I'd see it, rather, as an engineering feat unrivaled in world history.
Squeeze on silver, huh? I was reading about this last week, and learned the junior mining stocks may also fare well with this.
That's what I was gonna say.
Quit stealing my lines. :)
06/13/2005 6,118,400 - 1st MEGAS PR disclaiming the Carter merger - also the 1st Venezuela PR for BCIT
And there ya have it.
(Edited)Three months to report wrongdoing? Or, are we up to five now?
Here's a link by a very credible poster showing Megas took action in less than two months... Maybe only one from first knowledge.

A person who won't quit is highly admirable, unless it's you he's after.
I think he's waiting for my birthday on Thursday.
Sure enough, just checked the forcast and...
The only fact that remains present is the constant defending of those who are responsible for the manufacturing of air shares for "liquidity".
Likewise, I never know when the next class action suit arrives in my mailbox. If they'd quit slapping these criminals on the wrist the market would be a much safer place.
Correct. So they create their own liquidity when they see a company having problems. Nice.
Ah, good to see "The Box" in friendly hands.
The others don't look too thrilled at this development, but it also appears there's not a damned thing they can do about it.
Very good point, if one sells before the split, they could wind up in one Hell of a hole. I think I've seen this happen before, and as I remember it, there were some "steamed" stockholders.
I stand pat with my analysis.... it is not legal for the SEC or the DTCC to allow known counterfeits to trade.
Paper or electronic IOU's that may never be delivered?
Sitting around here waiting for something to happen can be as boring as hunting white tail sometimes, but I do appreciate the fact you're loaded & cocked, and ready to let someone have it with both barrels when need be.
Saw the biggest blimp (and loudest, and most stable) I've ever seen in my life yesterday, solid gray with an American flag stuck to the tail end, headed South down the coast. Is this the reason the GTEM board (and SP) is heating up?
Anyone?
How's come you only stop by when you're headed out to the woods? LOL I was thinkin' you're just giving us a heads up so we have time to clear out...

I see nobody has a response to the FACTS.
Highly detailed outline of market manipulation and methods used by the illegal short sellers...

But I'm sure an ex-broker or two will step up and claim these guys are crack pots on a witch hunt for the $200 they lost playing pennies. Yep, probably the same ones who used to swear up & down naked shorting was a myth, or FAR to expensive and risky.*

Three firemen were blinded by an explosion inside a country club, yet still managed to save the structure, and recieved honorary lifetime memberships. Three golfers shooting behind them one day were getting angry and asked the groundskeeper about them, and heard the story...
The first offered to help with corrective surgery, the second suggested they put an audio device on the flags... The third asked, "Why can't they just play at night?
I'm rooting for the 07, 7, 60, 42, 11, 21, 43, 45, 20, 29, 1, 88 and the 18 (ol' buddies there).
The Smiths were unable to conceive children and decided to use a
surrogate father to start their family.
On the day the proxy father
was to arrive, Mr. Smith kissed his wife goodbye and said,
"Well, I'm off now. The man should be here soon."
Half an hour later, just by chance, a door-to-door baby
photographer happened to ring the doorbell, hoping to make a sale.
"Good morning, Ma'am", he said, "I've come to..."
"Oh, no need to explain," Mrs. Smith cut in, embarrassed, "I've
been expecting you."
"Have you really?" said the photographer. "Well, that's good.
Did you know babies are my specialty?"
"Well that's what my husband and I had hoped. Please come in and
have a seat".
After a moment she asked, blushing, "Well, where do we start?"
"Leave everything to me. I usually try two in the bathtub, one on
the couch, and perhaps a couple on the bed. And sometimes the
living room floor is fun. You can really spread out there."
"Bathtub, living room floor? No wonder it didn't work out for Harry
and me!"
"Well, Ma'am, none of us can guarantee a good one every time. But
if we try several different positions and I shoot from six or seven
angles, I'm sure you'll be pleased with the results."
"My, that's a lot!", gasped Mrs. Smith .
"Ma'am, in my line of work a man has to take his time. I'd love to
be In and out in five minutes, but I'm sure you'd be disappointed
with that."
"Don't I know it," said Mrs. Smith quietly
The photographer opened his briefcase and pulled out a portfolio of
his baby pictures. "This was done on the top of a bus," he said .
"Oh, my word!" Mrs. Smith exclaimed, grasping at her throat.
"And these twins turned out exceptionally well - when you consider
their mother was so difficult to work with."
"She was difficult?" asked Mrs. Smith .
"Yes, I'm afraid so. I finally had to take her to the park to get
the job done right. People were crowding around four and five deep
to get a good look"
"Four and five deep?" said Mrs. Smith , her eyes wide with amazement.
"Yes", the photographer replied. "And for more than three hours,
too. The mother was constantly squealing and yelling - I could
hardly concentrate, and when darkness approached I had to rush my
shots. Finally, when the squirrels began nibbling on my equipment,
I just had to pack it all in."
Mrs. Smith leaned forward. "Do you mean they actually chewed on
your, uh...equipment?"
"It's true, Ma'am, yes.. Well, if you're ready, I'll set-up my
tripod and we can get to work right away."
"Tripod?"
"Oh yes, Ma'am. I need to use a tripod to rest my Canon on. It's
much too big to be held in the hand very long."
Mrs. Smith fainted
What I'm leary about is the circumstances surrounding the shorting and what involvment BCIT had in that, especially considering the fact that Megas is now covering those shares like a guilty shmo
Yeah, after three years of investigations the SEC whispers in Mr. Megas's ear and says, "We were doing it also, so if you cover the short position, we'll just forget this whole little inconvenience ever occurred."
Sorry, I ain't buying it. If they could've implicated Megas, I really believe they would've done so a long time ago, instead of stating he'd cover the Pino shares... and that there is still a number of shares not yet accounted for.
Shoot, even Janice Shell knows this.
Might even unearth more of those high dollar arrowheads.
I get the feeling you didn't like my answer.
