CSOC Merger DD

We know Richard Tang wants to move quickly on a JV or reverse merger since last year, and he is working quickly on it now. On January 21st, he was asking the merging company about “intellectual property proposition”.


Within a couple of days, Tang tweets he has applied for a Canadian patent (Intellectual Property & Copyright). Hmmm

Then Tang tweets that he is making progress with good projects. Keep in mind this all happened after Tang was approached with the merger email.


The float is only 142m, with a OS that is nearly maxed out. The AS is unchanged, so no worries for dilution.


Tang owns 73.4% of the OS, which is 616,266,400 shares. Meaning no chance of a reverse split.
