Added some today myself, seems like things are starting to pick up here.
If the company is as solid as most of us think/thought it was, it seems like a r/s would be the only route to go. They will have to whip their stock back in shape somehow with its 400m+ shares... and when you take into account how they went about diluting this stock... you can bet they are not going to buyback shares! JMHO
Great news today... Winning Brands Reports 100% Growth for Winning Colours Multi-Cleaner
...Winning Brands Corporation (Other OTC:WNBD.PK - News) announced growth in the number of retail outlets throughout North America carrying its Winning Colours Multi-Cleaner to the milestone figure of 2,000 stores, with unit volume for the first 6 months of 2006 running at 100% above 2005 levels...
"Winning Brands CEO Eric Lehner states that is possible that there will be several years of high double-digit growth for Winning Colours Multi-Cleaner when taking international distribution into account."
Looks like we should see a big boost in revenue this year...
Yea, they won't be done till about 450m or so IMO....what will happen after they are finished is the real question...
.0012 x .0015
How could anyone rule out MORE dilution here... They have raised the float from about 30mil to over 300m in the past couple months. From andi's post the O/S is now 352,872,421... looks like they have another 100m to go before we see an end to that...and who knows what they have planned after that.
.001 x .0015
Thats an interesting theory Mr. Bill.
Serious question...OK.... I am sharing my opinion on this stock just like the rest of you here. Just because I don't agree with the majority here shouldn't matter...should it ? The boards are here for investors ( Like me, and you ) to share our thoughts, and findings so that we can make the best decision possible on whatever investment we are looking into. Of course you should never make your decision based solely on a post, or one piece of info for that matter...do as much DD as you can, combine it all... and come to a conclusion!
I hope this helps,
JC
OT: Trading, tweetle does like to bash stocks that perform for some reason... Like how he has mentioned the low volume on one of mine already over 1000%. Still trying to figure it out, could it be all the boozing he talks about ? I think it might be starting to get to him!
Actually tweetle dee, If you have noticed.. I mentioned the possibility of a r/s back in JUNE...it is now August, and trading posted.... Also for your information, other than a couple posts on the board.. I have talked to trading maybe...once? in private message... and that was when he was asking to be assistant mod here! If you would even make somewhat of an effort to read past messages on this board, you would see me and trading have disagreed with a couple things on this company in the past.. Instead you show your ignorance, and assume I already knew his take beforehand....
So to answer your question... yes I was surprised! Now lets stop trying to pretend like you know what your talking about here. Instead just let us know why you disagree, and leave it at that.
Well what do you know...someone finally agreeing with me! Noone seems to mind much about the drastic increase in outstanding shares here, would a r/s change some minds ? On the other hand I have to disagree with you on the shorting theory... with the exception of a few intraday shorts by MMs here and there, I don't believe much ( if any ) of a short position is out on this stock or ever was...
Yep, great article. Really gives you an idea of how big biodiesel is going to be imo. Demand is definitely going to be far greater than supply...
Surprise Surprise... Thanks for the update andi.
Lets be fair RU, as I have stated before.. I bought .004 and saw an increase of over 500% in my shares...and I SOLD well before it crashed pretty hard. So why I would be jealous I am not quite sure...maybe you could explain that to me? ....Actually don't respond, it would only lead to more garbage posts.
Ill be quiet now..
Your friend,
JC
Seed of doubt ? Everything I have said has been true so far here. Starting with the dilution when everyone was calling me crazy...then after that proved true it was ok anyways because they need money blah blah . No agenda here, dont be mad at me because of what you are seeing here...be mad at the company! I have NO impact at all here as you should be able to tell by now... Couple posts here, and there. I think I am entitled to that much.
And as for you tweeter, VGYI went over 1000%...so I don't understand where you are coming from ? You like more volume and NO movement ? or what are you trying to say ?
Seems like the float is probably over 250m by now, but still an impressive holding here. Scary to think what will happen if everyone starts to jump ship around the same time... Ask already falling under .002 now...how long before it falls under .001 ?
.0016 x .0019
I agree with you somewhat... It looks like what happened was the MMs holding sells from early on, and selling them off on that spike much higher. People bit on it, bought more high... and the MMs covered the rest after hours as you saw IMO.
So much for the "short cover" that was mentioned on the board for today... .0016 x .002.. not much change at all.

LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 1, 2006--The Board of Vision Energy Group, Inc. This final step, before committing substantial capital to the Project, follows several months of investigation and research into the market for the high quality B100 that will be produced and to identify the most suitable plant site that is available.
Initially, plant production will be approximately 7,000,000 gallons per annum with an ultimate annual target of 50,000,000 gallons from this site.
Various sources of plant oil feedstock for the expanded production are being considered including soybean oil, cottonseed oil, rapeseed oil and residue pulp from winemaking.

Troy biodiesel fuel pump station christened
The Business Review (Albany) - June 6, 2006 by Eric Durr
The Business Review
New York Gov. George Pataki christened a new retail biodiesel fuel pump Monday in Troy, N.Y., pumping a soybean/diesel fuel blend into a car owned by John Ray & Sons, the company which installed the pump.
Pataki joined state Senate Majority Leader Joseph Bruno, R-Brunswick, in praising Ken Ray Jr., the CEO of John Ray & Sons, a family-owned energy company, for making the environmentally friendly fuel available.
"You are paving the way for the future," Pataki said during an afternoon press event at Ray & Sons headquarters in an old Sinclair gas station at 2900 6th Ave.
Pataki used the opportunity to tout proposed initiatives designed to encourage service stations to sell biodiesel and E85 ethanol/gasoline fuel at their pumps.
The governor said he wants the legislature to approve a bill that will allow gas stations to abrogate contracts that require them to sell fuel provided by only one company. Since most major fuel companies don't supply alternative fuels, service stations are bound by their contracts not to offer those fuels, the governor said.
Pataki also said he wants the state to abolish taxes on biodiesel and E85 to make those fuels less costly and more attractive to consumers. Gas stations along the New York State Thruway will soon be offering the biodiesel and E85 fuels, Pataki said.
Ray said his company decided to offer the B20 biodiesel -- a blend of 20 percent soybean oil and 80 percent diesel fuel -- because customers had been requesting it. He also wants Ray & Sons to be out in front as this market develops.
Ray & Sons provides heating oil and propane to homeowners and also provides diesel fuel and gasoline to construction site operators. The 42-employee company, which was founded in 1901 to sell coal and ice, also installs solar energy systems, Ray said.
The company took a 2,000 gallon tank which had held kerosene and filled it with biodiesel instead.
What made that decision feasible was the installation of storage for 20,000 gallons of biodiesel fuel and blending station by Sprague Energy Corp. of Portsmouth, N.H., at its Port of Albany terminal.
John Ray & Sons is selling the biodiesel for $3.049 cents per gallon, the same price that it offered conventional diesel fuel at, Ray said. Biodiesel, according to Sprague fuels, normally costs one to two cents per gallon more than conventional diesel.
His company is eating that cost in order to encourage the fuel's use, Ray said.
Troy Mayor Harry Tutunjian said the city, which already buys fuel from John Ray & Sons, would begin using the environmentally sensitive fuel mix in its fleet.
Although the pump wasn't officially opened until Monday, the company had already sold fuel to a bus owned by the touring rock band Guster, and to a local tug boat operator as well, Ray said.
The company will see how sales go before deciding whether or not to open more pumps, he added.

Starting to look much better, just slow accumulation here. Lets see how the news affects it tomorrow. It seems their proposed production facility has the possibility of generating about 5,000,000$+ for the first year, and maybe over 30,000,000$ if producing at their ultimate target. Looks great to me!
Cute little move huh ? Wonder how many got sucked in there... 0016 x 0017 now.
utmost - no no no. No short here imo.
Some buying late today on VGYI, bid slowly building up. 1.65 x 1.95.
Rig, Still watching this one ?
Very nice lisp.
Boss, I will be watching as I have a few friends still stuck in this... Luckily most hold freebies! I did enjoy this as I saw my shares go up over 500% a couple months back, but now I am mostly just disgusted. Dilution...dilution..and misleading info from the ceo to name a few reasons. Not the least bit concerned are ya ? I will try to learn here..lol! Seems like the company is selling shares for about .001.. sound about right to YOU ? Doesn't make much sense for a company that expects to be pulling in over 5,000,000$ by then end of 2006, Does it? Unless of course there is a reverse split planned around the corner. Either way hope to see it run before that happens... BOL to you, and everyone else holding here.
Not much volume to speak of, but bid starting to build up a bit more. NITE and HDSN 1.60s x 1.95 now.
Seems like it is still stuck here, even with great volume it has been seeing ( I guess me being removed as mod had little effect after all! :] ) I am guessing they should be close to their max A/S by now, any update on new OS ? I am about 99% sure it is not the 291m confirmed on 2006-07-18, and if it is YIKES!... that would be even worse at this point. 135m+ shares held here on ihub, quite a load! My hope is that this will at least attempt to make somewhat of a move for yas before either an increase in A/S...or a R/S which looks to be more likely IMO. Good luck all, trade careful.
VGYI bid coming up a bit from Friday, and still no sellers in sight. Trading very tight here, any news would probably send this over 3$ easy.
"...The Board of Vision Energy Group, Inc. also wishes to advise
shareholders that the Company is actively pursuing strategic alliances with various Technical Groups and Energy producing companies. These Companies have expressed strong interest in joint participation with Vision Energy Group, Inc. in Projects that will utilize Vision Energy Group, Inc. Technology and Knowhow in the fields of: Ethanol production from coal and plant sourced feedstock; reduction of greenhouse gases from existing and planned projects; and overall energy conservation and efficiencies. The Board expects to announce details of at least one such project within 90 days."
From the Letter to Shareholders - 2006-07-07
Yea, you could say that..LOL!. Bid building up a bit here, not getting touched. Would love to hear from them this week. 1.60 x 1.70

As far as I know it has not changed, but who knows. Disappointed here, but will continue to hold...not much sense to sell here anyways. VGYI looks like it might be ready again, will play that while I am waiting here.
Getting a little action here, seems like 1.55 might have been bottom on this. Looking for this one to pick up into next week. 1.50 x 1.70 here
Nope no sellers in sight. Sure looks like its about time, smart money holding tight here!
Looks like a good entry on VGYI here on low volume. 1.35 x 1.55 noone seems to be selling here. May see some news soon according to past PRs/filings. Take a look..
I agree green, patience is a virtue. Its a great time to load with low volume here, making a great entry down to 1.35 x 1.55. Doesn't look like much will go at bid, but it wouldn't hurt to try. Just a matter of time until we start to hear how their projects are going, and I am sure we are getting close here.
I agree saints, holding this one tight. Will probably add more when it starts to pick up.
RESE news out: Reese Corp. Acquires 100% Interest in Minera Jeronimo with Their 14,300 Hectares, El Tiliche Gold Project

Reese Corp. Acquires 100% Interest in Minera Jeronimo with Their 14,300 Hectares, El Tiliche Gold Project
Tuesday July 25, 4:05 pm ET
OTTAWA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 25, 2006--Reese Corp. (OTCBB:RESE - News; FWB:R5E) is pleased to announce the acquisition of 100% of Minera Jeronimo S.A. de C.V. The key asset in Minera Jeronimo is the El Tiliche project, located in NW Sonora, Mexico, approximately 50 kilometers NE of the Penoles-Newmont Herradura Gold Mine (4 million ounces), within the gold belt that stretches from southern California to central Sonora. The Mesquite mine (5 million ounces) and the Picacho mine (500,000 ounces) are among other large gold producers in this belt. Minera Jeronimo controls a very strategically located and large 14,300 hectares of mineral rights in 8 contiguous mining concessions. El Tiliche has been advanced over the past 2 years with a number of exploration programs and now boasts at least 6 drill-ready targets. Numerous surface samples have yielded over 5 grams gold per ton and over 100 grams silver per ton, which compares very well with early results at other producing mines in this belt.
Chris Crupi, President & CFO, commented, "This acquisition is the first step in our commitment to acquire advanced-stage projects in proven resource districts. There are numerous operating mines and recent discoveries in the area surrounding El Tiliche, and we are very excited to be adding such a promising property to our portfolio. El Tiliche is very strategically located in the belt, just 20 kilometers east of Hecla's La Choya mine, but the property only became available recently as previously the owners did not provide any access, so there has been no modern exploration until now."
The El Tiliche concessions are located at the intersection of a series of NE-SW high angle structures that pass through the Herradura gold deposit, and NW trending transform faults that makeup part of the Sonora-Mojave Megashear. Gold and silver mineralization associated with low angle faulting, as well as with higher angle structures, has been recognized in a number of areas within the concession block. Numerous small mine workings and prospects were mapped and sampled during a recently completed detailed reconnaissance of the property.
Intrusive and volcanic rocks of Jurassic age outcrop over a wide area in numerous low hills that are separated by areas of thin alluvial cover, and mineralized zones often project under this alluvial cover. During the recently completed detailed reconnaissance of the area, 584 rock chip samples were collected and sent to ALSChemex Laboratories for analysis.
The results are summarized below:

While the results of the recently completed program are still being studied, at least 6 areas have been identified for drill testing. A 4,000-plus meter drill program is scheduled to begin in mid to late September, 2006, while a second follow-up program has already been planned.
Mr. Reed, VP Exploration, North America, commented, "I have been working in this gold belt since 1980, and have visited numerous properties and prospects in California, Arizona and Sonora. The key reason for my joining Reese was my familiarity with this property and my confidence in its potential. I was pleasantly surprised when I first gained access to the area and found numerous areas with wide spread gold-silver mineralization. It has taken almost 2 years to put the property position together, and during the initial reconnaissance study we collected rock chip samples with excellent grades. I am very excited to start drilling the multiple targets we have identified. The presence of silver in the gold deposits in this belt is a little unusual, and Herradura is the only deposit that I am aware of that contains appreciable silver. The team we have working on this property are very talented and have extensive experience working in mines in the area, and they all share my enthusiasm. This is elephant county and we believe we have an opportunity to discover multiple economic deposits at El Tilcihe."
Reese Corp. acquired Minera Jeronimo by paying US$16,000, issuing 455,000 restricted shares, assuming the work commitment and paying any taxes to maintain the concessions in good standing. In turn, Reese Corp.'s 100% owned Mexican subsidiary (Minera Jeronimo) can earn a 65% interest in the El Tiliche project by spending US$400,000 on exploration during the next 12 to 24 months, and can acquire an additional 15% interest in the project once the exploration commitment has been satisfied.

Winning Brands to Commence Testing in Germany Aug 06
Tuesday July 25, 9:45 am ET
Early Results Positive for Winning Colours Multi-Cleaner
BARRIE, ON--(MARKET WIRE)--Jul 25, 2006 -- Winning Brands Corporation (Other OTC:WNBD.PK - News) announces that its first phase of consumer focus work in Germany for Winning Colours Multi-Cleaner has been successful. The Company will commence the market testing of Winning Colours in August 2006 in Germany. This testing will include limited initial distribution of product within an estimated U.S. $100 million market segment.
Early consumer evaluation of Winning Colours Multi-Cleaner in Germany showed that there is strong interest from retailers and consumers in the product's performance and price structure. Winning Colours is a versatile cleaning solution to be known as 1000+ in non-English speaking markets. It has been generating rapidly increasing interest in several countries due to the key performance feature of being strong as a solvent but gentler than soap. These divergent qualities were previously considered unattainable in a single solution and until now remained an unsatisfied market where environmental consciousness is high.
Winning Colours / 1000+ Multi-Cleaner is manufactured in North America by Winning Brands Corporation. (www.WinningBrands.ca) The Company considers the ever increasing international concern about the environment as particularly beneficial to the Winning Colours / 1000+ Multi-Cleaner brand because the product is non-toxic but delivers high solvent performance.
Winning Brands CEO Eric Lehner estimates the German market potential for Winning Colours 1000+ to be U.S. $100 million per year. "If you can prove that you have a better mousetrap, it means more in Germany than anywhere else in the world," says Lehner. "German consumers expect top technical performance across all industries and reward companies that are world class," he added. Winning Brands' label design for the next phase of the German testing has now been completed, clearing the path for Phase II to commence in August. Germany has Europe's largest economy and a population of over 80 million people. It is considered to be one of the most efficient markets in the world for consumer product companies to concentrate high sales volumes to affluent discerning consumers.

If ADNL does not perform I think it will be their own fault, not RU's. There are many losers out there nobody is perfect.. It would be better just to list your reasons why you think its time to run from this one instead of pointing fingers... btw I noticed from your posts you are into energy plays.. take a look at VGYI let me know what you think. I think its good for much more here, even after their f/s. Thanks
I would just keep your bid there, you will probably get some.
