Early Results Positive for Winning Colours Multi-Cleaner

BARRIE, ON--(MARKET WIRE)--Jul 25, 2006 -- Winning Brands Corporation (Other OTC:WNBD.PK - News) announces that its first phase of consumer focus work in Germany for Winning Colours Multi-Cleaner has been successful. The Company will commence the market testing of Winning Colours in August 2006 in Germany. This testing will include limited initial distribution of product within an estimated U.S. $100 million market segment.

Early consumer evaluation of Winning Colours Multi-Cleaner in Germany showed that there is strong interest from retailers and consumers in the product's performance and price structure. Winning Colours is a versatile cleaning solution to be known as 1000+ in non-English speaking markets. It has been generating rapidly increasing interest in several countries due to the key performance feature of being strong as a solvent but gentler than soap. These divergent qualities were previously considered unattainable in a single solution and until now remained an unsatisfied market where environmental consciousness is high.

Winning Colours / 1000+ Multi-Cleaner is manufactured in North America by Winning Brands Corporation. (www.WinningBrands.ca) The Company considers the ever increasing international concern about the environment as particularly beneficial to the Winning Colours / 1000+ Multi-Cleaner brand because the product is non-toxic but delivers high solvent performance.

Winning Brands CEO Eric Lehner estimates the German market potential for Winning Colours 1000+ to be U.S. $100 million per year. "If you can prove that you have a better mousetrap, it means more in Germany than anywhere else in the world," says Lehner. "German consumers expect top technical performance across all industries and reward companies that are world class," he added. Winning Brands' label design for the next phase of the German testing has now been completed, clearing the path for Phase II to commence in August. Germany has Europe's largest economy and a population of over 80 million people. It is considered to be one of the most efficient markets in the world for consumer product companies to concentrate high sales volumes to affluent discerning consumers.
