To be honest i've always believed and been excited about Virtra and this investment.....If I wasn't i'd sell and move on. I left and didn't post here for a while because it became a cistern for bi-polar disorder.....that all changes here when the stock gets some momentum....... and that is changing.
Good luck
if this closes near the HOD we gap up in the AM premarket.
over the next 30 days.......i will agree with you its a good possibility.
Police reform bills being drafted by many.
see gap up to $5....then a pull back
If this story of police violence and protesting continues over the next week and the controlled mass media promotes major Use of Force reform we're heading much higher.
HA! i'll type slower.....My personal shares and percentage owned is at an all time high
Nope.....shares at an all time high.
I too agree with you, based on Bob/the executive teams past conservative nature I wouldn't be to concerned with intent to screw the shareholders as a lot here are. This gives them the flexibility to raise capital in the future when they feel the stock price justifies it....they can rely on the cash at hand now.
They would only need capital for two reasons like you said; Large Military contract and an acquisition. The large military contract would certainly increase shareholder value and benefit a higher stock price to raise capital.
Go to 16.02 of this video and listen to the officer who's been trying to procure this system for his department.....started all the way back in 2014. It puts into perspective just how lengthy and difficult capital purchases can be.
For once I think you might be right, but I’m probably wrong.
Saweet!!

New 52 week high
On the surface it looks like a TA breakout among flippers.....could be more.
Large MIL focused trade show itsec next week.
Based on my notes revenues should come in at 5.5-6+ Mil and return to profitability. They should've had their largest quarterly bookings since inception....and backlog should positively reflect it.
Would like the 10q report to show
Quarterly Training-As-A-Service/subscription growth
Buyback share numbers if any
Update on Military opportunity AR/VR/MR/STE
Lets hope this turns out well for us and the chart starts an upward trend.
Ready for take OFF
Great news.
And Greenbrier purchased Arotech $artx for $3.00 per share.
I saw that too. Good stuff
It’s for UOF scenario videos
Well said Bill
Gordon,
sorry I goofed. I don’t see them listed and presenting.
Q2 was light 1.9 mil because of delivery change.
IMO, and based on my notes Q3 should be in the range of 5-6Mil and returning to Profitability.
VirTra 1 on 1's been going on since yesterday.
A key metric for subscription service based models is subscriber growth.
......It's to early to start publishing those numbers but I think Q1 2020 they could start. If they can grow subscribers 45-65%+ YOY and 90%+ retention we get valued at 8-10X revs.
Nice order
260k in driving sims posted - IDIQ DOS.
I Read the report yesterday....nothing new

We haven't heard anything yet from the company about infusing the classroom with mixed reality training but they are doing a session on it.....hhhhmmmmmm, interesting
In addition to a booth at ILEETA, VirTra has two training sessions with our in-house Subject Matter Experts. Each session will cover a range of topics when it comes to Simulation training. Be sure to save time in your schedule for both of our sessions happening throughout the event at various time slots to allow you to get the most out of these training sessions:
Monday, March 18th at 10-11: 45 am and again on Tuesday the 19th at 8-9:45 am: “Fusing Classroom and Mixed Reality Training” presented by Tony Montanarella. This session will cover an in-depth look at how to ensure your team is using an innovative method for combining the classroom and mixed reality environments for effective and impactful training.

Monday, March 18th at 10-11: 45 am and again on Wednesday the 20th at 1-2:45 pm: “Simulated Event Training- How to Train the Elephant” presented by Lon Bartel. This session discusses at length how to help train the unconscious mind to better react under pressure. This holistic method, which encompasses digital simulation and force on force training, holds a significant impact for trainers. Training time is a scarce resource in Law Enforcement and must be effectively utilized. This course discusses maximizing the use of training time is critical to the successful outcome of our students in law enforcement contacts.
Great PR today, Major hurdle for many regarding price point in addition with open architecture these legacy systems could be a form of the past. Definitely see an opportunity there for Military training. consistent updates are important in todays training
Training as a service (Tass) ...big news.
great news.....remember they have their machine shop that produces low volume recoil kits for customers. VirTra appears to be playing the long game and IMO may be looking to get high volume simulated weapons and rec-coil kit contracts possibly from the military.
Why does the company refuse to pay over $4 for shares
via their buyback? Buying the shares when there believed to me to be undervalued is the correct time to buy....to me it shows integrity by MGMT and the BOD. It also is in the best interest for shareholders to buy them now IMO. Have they publicly stated that they refuse to buy under 4?
I also wonder why Ferris does not simply tell each of his 7 friends to buy a couple percent of the company? Does he have that many friends?
Difficult to keep the faith when CEO and BOD refuse to take an aggressive role with the company and the stock. I have no problem with the BOD and them not buying shares. They are there to advise and based on most of the their resumes they are more than qualified to help VirTra.
