Agreed with the relatively small S8... heck, there was 93 million shares traded today alone (and over 700 mill last week).

I'm still holding and will not sell on the panic tomorrow AM. I've seen some of these S8's actually go up following such news. However, for them to announce the S8 right after the 8K seemed weird to me.

I'm holding 4 the long term fwiw.

Nope. He posted on Friday saying that BANY would have a PR at 5pm (friday)... then people fell for his garbage again when he promised one at 2pm today. It only makes sense that both of these are EST.

Doesn't really matter tho... we all knew he was a pumper and was trying to find a way to sell his shares.

If he is a man of his word, he is gone for good.
