I went back and reread the press releases and they pretty much told us all exactly what they were going to do, reorganize and restructure the company and that included taking debt off the balance sheets and moving things into the reg a plus and preparing for it. None of us should be surprised and it looks like the conversions will be far less or taking care of in the new restructuring

Not hard - the issue is that iPhone won't let any app control the phone. Meaning, a child can hack their own way out of the app and close it down. With Android, the app can hijack the phone and keep the child locked out. The issue is making the app safe and the child locked into the app. I work in IT.

Not true- I got word from the company "Companies that file Reg A +, like we are about to file, must have a PPS over.01 and therefore, we will have to do whatever is in the best interests of the shareholders long term" That sounds to me like a split for sure! problem is, every time they double in price from .0001 to .0002, greedy (or smart -lol) traders and debt holders will sell and double their money. It's almost impossible to get off the trip 000's without a reverse! I hope they do reverse so this stock can get a fresh start!

Based on the app demo (have you seen that? The real-time one?) it makes sense to take time since its more like a platform than just an app.. it takes over the whole smart device and controls it. The company said a long time ago they would issue a dividend with preferred shares to protect shareholders against any reverses. You get preferred shares that can convert back into common at 1 to 100,000 after an such event. they also said, no reverse is currently planned, but IF it did, they would issue the dividend first. I just looked at financials again. The company lists the debt is it obviously converting. That is where selling is coming from. The debt buyers fund the company and are supposed to be friendly and not toxic. But often the companies get taken down a path of high dilution. That is probably why they announced debt reorg. But when will it happen???
