USC-Trader, I know the OS has not changed. But the trading pattern makes me curious. Just like someone just bought about 250k between 2:24-2:40, followed by a selling of 150k at 2:40. The selling vol never dries up. jmo

That's what I want to know too. Someone seems to have tons of shares and keeps selling them in these few weeks. I don't think so many people will short EZTO @ this pps, and EZTO is not on SHO list neither. And I also don't think so many individual impatient holders keep selling in these few weeks either. Could not find any new SB2/S8 filings. The OS has not changed. But we don't know what the float is. Maybe we should ask Otto if there is any insider selling right now? And how about the loan from Robert Weidenbaum? Did Otto already transfered the shares to Robert? If so, are those shares restricted?

I was lucky, I made almost 40k on last run. So I just put all the profit back to EZTO. Now my average is 083. Hopefully Otto will file the 10K next week and start the ad campaign later this month. And we will be happy. GLTU

I don't think we will see 03s unless we go to pink. The people who worries about the "E" already sold in these few days. So today should be the worst day for EZTO. We should see a nice rebounce next week. IMO

Otto said they would file the 10k on time 2 weeks ago, then they filed the NT-10K. Then Otto said they will file the 10K this week, but he may fail again (today is not finished yet). That's why I'm disappointed. If a company cannot even file the 8K, 10K or 10Q on time, what can you expect from it.

Most people are ready for the E, and I don't think the pps will drop very much. The RSI(14) is about 40, kind of oversold. And we have a strong support at 200ma. The tax filing week is about to over. Should see a technical rebounce from here. IMO GLTU

Yes, I'm disappointed about the late filing as well. I started to buy back since 104. And bought more @77 and @71 because Otto said the 10k would be filed on time. Anyway, I will hold my position.

- 10Q will be released next week

- Jet99 deal is done, but they are waiting for the accountant to finish up their part before they release pr.

- Ad campaign will start in a week, it would be on major networks such as CNN, ESPN, Hisory Channel, HGTV, and other networks.
