"Drone Aviation Holding Corp. ("Drone Aviation," "we," "us," or the "Company") is a Nevada corporation formed on April 17, 2014 as a wholly owned subsidiary of MacroSolve, Inc., an Oklahoma corporation ("MacroSolve"). As discussed in detail below under "Recent Developments", effective April 30, 2014, MacroSolve merged with and into Drone Aviation, with Drone Aviation as the surviving entity, for purposes of moving the Company's state of incorporation from Oklahoma to Nevada (the "Redomestication"). Any references to "Drone Aviation," "we," "us," or the "Company" or any similar references relating to periods before the Redomestication shall be construed as references to MacroSolve, being the previous parent company of Drone Aviation."

MR Haas?

Pursuant to the Subscription Agreement, upon consummation of the Redomestication, the Company would designate 355,000 shares of preferred stock, $0.0001 par value per share, as Series C Convertible Preferred Stock. On May 1, 2014, subsequent to consummation of the Redomestication, the Company filed a Certificate of Designation of Preferences, Rights and Limitations of Series C Convertible Preferred Stock with the Secretary of State of the State of Nevada and issued the shares to the investor."
I am certainly not positive about that. I would like others to try to confirm or refute.
Everyone is getting upset but we dont have the details. Maybe this is just a related spinoff to protect the BIB?
Has it been confirmed this is the company?
"05/02/2014 13:03:33|S2|MCVED|MCVE|Drone Aviation Holding Corp. NEW Common Stock|MacroSolve, Inc. Common Stock|05/05/2014|Domicile change to Nevada; Share Exchange Resulting from Merger : 1(new) Drone Aviation Corp for each 50.56186 (old) Macrosolve
How many authorized/issued shares did macrosolve have?
http://www.google.com/finance?q=MCVE
looks like 190mm issued/50.56= 3,750,000 issued for DAC from Macrosolve? and now WSGI owns 10,000,000 for 13,750,000 total?
We own 75% of DAC?
Does this make any sense to anyone else?
My 2 cents. This reads like a negotiated resolution to a board dispute
Yes. Of course it does. Also look at our board and any connections to any of those companies. That may help connect dots as we like to say.
I was thinking platform in wasp variation only as box/ trailer, wench, aerostat, tether, generator, coms package, etc. the airbags are intended to survive small arms fire but eventually the may need replacements and it makes sense to have one or two extra in the general area
Ummmm...
http://motherboard.vice.com/read/the-feds-accidentally-mailed-their-350k-drone-to-some-college-kid
“Just called UPS. They told me that it was one of the undelivered packages in their office, and asked if I’ve ever had an undelivered package. I said no, but he insisted that it was mine, and said that it was up to me if I want to keep it or not,” he wrote. “Nothing on the outside of the crate said it was government property. I had ordered a weightlifting bench (which I received) and this came with it. Both boxes has UPS labels with my name and address. Though an odd box, I genuinely thought it was parts for the bench I ordered, since I wasn’t expecting a freaking drone.”
The package was mailed from MacDill Air Force Base in Tampa, Florida, where NOAA has an operations center. NOAA commonly uses drones (not the Puma) to monitor hurricanes and other weather off the Florida coast. A card in the package says “USA Federal Property Return to: NOAA Aircraft Operations Center.”
This furthers our discussion on swarm tech and specifically mentions heterogeneous teams of UA.
" Collaborative autonomy has the potential to significantly increase the capabilities of legacy assets as well as to reduce the cost of future systems by composing heterogeneous teams of UA that can leverage the capabilities of each asset without having to duplicate or integrate capabilities into a single platform.
In other words, DARPA wants to create UA squadrons comprised of drones with diverse, unique capabilities — rather than trying to cram all the equipment into individual drones. But that concept is only feasible to the extent that you can imbue drones with collaborative instincts. If DARPA accomplishes that, it says, then drone squadrons could provide "diverse observation angles to improve target identification," and protect one another when under attack."

Great to see you back. I just got your return email. Glad that you are feeling better. Let me know when you are down. The drive is not that bad at all and I have some other friends in that area as well.
Don't forget back ups and redundant systems. Maybe one extra platform and two or three extra aerostats.
Thanks for putting in all the work you do
Hi mods. I know it is an old agreement but I was curious why ADS, Inc. is not listed in the partner section:
"World Surveillance Group Inc. (OTC: WSGI) subsidiary Lighter Than Air Systems Corp. said it has entered into a distributor agreement with US government prime contractor ADS, Inc. to distribute Blimp in a Box aerostat systems (BiB) and related sustainment equipment. "
http://www.thefreelibrary.com/ADS+to+distribute+Blimp+in+a+Box+aerostat+systems.-a0350637267
Along those same lines, does BAE count as well?
"World Surveillance Group Inc. (OTCQB: WSGI), a developer of lighter-than-air aerostats and unmanned aerial systems, announced today that its wholly owned subsidiary, Lighter Than Air Systems Corp. ("LTAS"), has provided the initial trailer-mounted aerostat launcher system and six aerostats to BAE Systems to support the U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command ("SMDC"). "

No, I have not.
I have no clue. I'm just making observations and uneducated guesses.
From everything I have read, the NIE is more of an electronic warfare capture the flag. One team testing the new network capabilities and the other using traditional and electronic/asymmetric countermeasures to crack/defeat the new technologies. If there are 5,000 (which is an unusually high number because of the joint testing/training with Deep Quest) it would be split as one team vs the other. It appears that in the testing phase there are two WASPs to transfer all of the info from forward operations to base. The key here is that there are 2,500 on a team in relatively close proximity in semi-controlled testing. In reality troops will be spread all over and a network of WASPs can help all the troops communicate with each other and command to create the best results from the new network.
"NIE 14.2 is the first truly joint and multi-national evaluation with a Marine Infantry battalion and Marine Expeditionary Brigade headquarters participating. The 1st Armored Division Headquarters will serve as a joint task force. A United Kingdom mechanized brigade headquarters will also participate in the evaluation to help assess coalition interoperability gaps."
"The 2nd BCT began training several months before the evaluation started by sending Soldiers to a series of network classes. As a final step before rollout to their field site, the unit conducted pre-combat inspections and vehicle preparation checks."

I dont disagree with anything you said. Thanks for being a reasoned contributor. (edit - I did email IJO just to note his absence and to wish him well. I have not gotten a response)
Insighter, please do your own research instead of parroting other bashers. The parent company did not spend on R&D because it is being done by the subsids and the consortium. From the 10K:
The development, commercialization and construction of our BiB aerostat system, masts and copter program is done by our subsidiary LTAS, while the development of our Argus airship is done through the Ohio LTA UAS Consortium we entered into in August 2013.
Our research and development efforts are largely focused on our BiB aerostat systems and other LTAS products.
The LTAS tethered powered aircraft are currently under development and can be integrated with any of our aerostat systems as well as our mast systems.
On August 27, 2013, we signed a teaming agreement with three other companies to establish a consortium to further develop, test and commercialize our other LTA UAS product, the Argus One. As part of the agreement, the Argus One development program was relocated to Ohio from its prior location in Easton, Maryland.
You wait until someone no longer posts on this message board and then you talk negatively about them. Thanks again for showing your true colors.
What is the saying? Oh, yeah..."This board is great!"
FYI, I have met him and had a few beers with him. He is everything he says he is. (edit - oh, darn it! Now im the shill right?)
You are entitled to your opinions but what "jury" are you talking about? Obviously you are unhappy with your investment. Blame yourself for falling for the scams from previous management groups and having such a high share price average. Yes the share price is in the toilet now but at least magement is working on follow up sales to the government and not pumping fever kits, magic cards, Russian deals, Mexican deals, etc.
BTW it is cowardly to hide behind insinuations. If you want to go out on that limb then be enough of a man to do so. Like some of the other bashers
This company is one very small step from total failure for more than a decade. It's a high risk stock but at least now it is being run by a management team that are not scam artists.
I dont know if anyone has posted this yet. I just came across it.
http://www.reuters.com/article/2014/03/07/us-usa-aircraft-unmanned-idUSBREA2618P20140307
A U.S. judge has thrown out a fine by the Federal Aviation Administration against the operator of a small commercial drone, a decision that could open up the nation's skies to more unmanned-aircraft flights
The agency's prohibition was not enforceable because it was based on a policy statement outside of the formal rule-making process.
To which investor(s) are you referring? Care to be more specific?
They converted the shares they received into options. There are no free shares, they must buy them.
Good post. I finally agree with you and I don't think anything in it was misleading.
Insighter, the vast majority of compensation they have taken are all in options which have an average exercise price more than double the current share price. The point is that the market cap will double or more before they ever even think of exercising the options. If it never reaches those levels than they dont get the vast majority of their "salary" and milestone bonuses.
And BTW, Acumen, aka Shorty, is an admitted shorter of this stock. He has a financial interest in seeing the value of your investment go down. Keep that in mind when you read his posts.
Yes, it looks like after four years Glenn, and three years Barbara, finally took a decent part of their salary in 2013. This is after they converted their past share awards to options and they continue to convert accrued salary into options which only make sense to exercise with a significant rise in share price.
There is nothing in the information you presented that they took any cash. You must be using some of that "new" math now called common core
I'm not sure where you got those numbers. That is not their "salary"
Hi Jet, I know everyone is bickering on the board tonight but I would still like your thoughts on the hybrid propulsion system if you have had a chance to take a look. TIA
Shorty, Red herring argument yet again. We already covered this. They repaid in shares until they realized LJC breached its contract and sued. You made the statement and you know you can't back it up.
Zero credibility
BTW you always accuse others of changing the subject. You still have not answered my question from three months ago.
"WSGI took LJC's cash and didn't pay it back"
What proof do you have for each factual statement?
So LJC does not provide the funding to which the contractually agreed, and you fault wsgi for not paying them back for funds not received?
You have admitted to a financial interest in seeing this company's stock going down. From now on I think I'll just call you shorty
Rattle, I just saw your private message for early this month. I think you have me pegged wrong but ill be happy to take a look and give you any thoughts I have
You made the statement you need to prove its truth. By your logic I can tell you the sky is green and now you need to prove me wrong. You just a basher and a shorter with no credibility.
You put down management when they took shares instead of salary (and even when they converted them to options). Now you are getting on them for taking some in salary/cash (which may or may not be true).
Get over yourself
Don't use logic. It confuses him.
Hi buddy, I am still waiting for any support you have for this statement:
"WSGI took LJC's cash and didn't pay it back"
(and please don't paraphrase someone else's B.S. story)
Pretty crazy but the video is from last summer. Maybe that's why we did not hear anything for a while. Could not fly it in us airspace so take it somewhere where we could?
