I wouldn't spend too much time worrying about it, we have a great team at eDoorways/S1S. They will be successful if at all possible. Shareholders need to spend more time worrying about their share count and leave the rest to the team, they have a good track record. Remember we're only talking about penny's here.
Don't forget to read this while your at it.
Each venture will be separately incorporated, operating individually from one another. As their majority shareholder, however, eDoorways will provide the startup capital and general business support on an as needed basis. eDoorways will then recognize revenue from its majority ownership of each subsidiary. "We're very pleased with the progress we've made over the last several months and expect 2013 to be very exciting with the anticipated growth of each of our ventures," concluded Mitchell.
It's all right there in that PR. Don't forget to read the last paragraph.
I'm not here to answer repeated questions about eDoorways.
Why ask me these questions about eDoorways when you can get your answer by calling (512)415-3425. Everything starts with a phone call.
A smart investor would move on if he didn't see any potential in the stock he was following or invested in.
I see a lot of potential in an unprecedented new technology (integration of smartOne, speech recognition, mobile app, Motion Capture) that EDWY/S1S is currently working on.
Smart investors would have bought 200,000 shares yesterday!
Everyone knows eDoorways has been at $0.03 many times. Assuming someone could have actually bought 200,000 shares of EDWY at the asking price of $0.0115, someone would have spent $2,300.00
When the Bid hits $0.023 again, and I believe it will VERY SOON, someone could have sold 100,000 shares of their investment for $2,300.00
In the end, someone would then be holding 100,000 share of eDoorways that cost them NOTHING.
That same 100,000 shares could be worth $300,000.00 to $400,000.00 if or when we get uplisted.
But hey, that's just my opinion.
One should ask himself, could the time be running out for the little guy to pick up 200,000 shares of eDoorways so easily.
I don't care how long it take as long as they're moving in the right direction. This year, next year, or the year after that, I'll still be here supporting them. I believe Gary will hit a home run, and I'll be here ready when he does. Don't forget to pick up 100,000 share of eDoorways for $1,250 before it's too late.
One thing is for sure, when eDoorways does shine we'll be ready. It doesn't matter what side of the tracks people are on, if eDoorways/S1S is successful at putting together integration of smartOne, speech recognition, mobile app, Motion Capture technology, it will be an unforgettable moment in time.
Time is running out for the little guy to pick up 100,000 shares of eDoorways so easily.
Maybe some should wait and see what eDoorways has been working on.
NOTABLE QUOTES
"There is a great deal of interest in what we're doing. No one has done what we are attempting to accomplish. In view of this, we have been counseled to limit the amount of information we release about the MVP, its functionality, and the amount of time it takes to accomplish certain tasks. In short we are making excellent progress."

"Having been involved with 3 successful IPO's, and at one point managing GTE's $1.2B Sprint division, there is no doubt we'll be instilling the same principles used, enabling S1S to reach its maximum capabilities."

The Company is expecting to continue with the scheduled up-listing to a higher tiered exchange, increasing visibility and transparency. "We're working on a lot of behind the scenes creations which are certain to change the technology world as we know it," continued Mitchell. "Having achieved the current information status and our eventual up-listing makes our access to capital much more plentiful, allowing us to avoid selling shares in the market and any future dilution. It is our goal to move forward with our anti-dilutive transparent business operations and achieve maximum value for our shareholders."

Our goal is nothing less than to revolutionize the creation and delivery of adaptive learning technologies in exactly the same way that Apple revolutionized a moribund mobile space."

VP New Media Technology- Alison Savitch
Alison brings great expertise with motion capture to eDoorways and she brings the “best in the business” artistic and technical connections who can convert the nuts and bolts of that motion capture into compelling visual characters who you won’t forget in a lifetime. Remember the Company’s current objective has been downloading an expert’s knowledge onto a mobile device to enable a user to verbally interact with him/her 24 hours a day. Alison’s motion capture technology will extend that process from audio and text into a full range of human emotion, capturing not only what’s inside the head of those experts but now, for the first time ever, capturing and presenting an individual’s entire “look and feel” while they’re working with you. Instead of mere text bubbles or even speech recognition and text-to-speech, imagine what it will be like to chat with and ask questions of a state-of-the-art totally-expressive avatar of the expert himself who resides inside that device you’re holding in your hand? How cool will that be?

Ms. Savitch is Chair of The Producer’s Guild of America, New Media Council; she is on The National Board of Directors for the PGA; The Advisory Board of Gnomon School of Visual Arts and is a founding Board Member of the Visual Effects Society.

Her groundbreaking work on both The Abyss and Terminator 2: Judgment Day contributed greatly to these films winning 2 Academy Awards for best special visual effects.
Savitch produced both Mortal Kombat features. Each one opened number one in the box office as they went on to gross nearly $200 million worldwide. She also produced Mortal Kombat’s Animated series that was #1 on USA network, as well as Mortal Kombat, The Journey Begins, a direct to video animated special that ranked #1 on the Billboard Kid Vid sales and rental charts, in which Ms. Savitch pioneered the use of Motion Capture and went on to further develop Motion Capture for some of Hollywood’s most memorable and technically advanced moments on film.
Most recently, she produced and supervised the animation and visual effects on numerous major theme park attractions, including an all CGI stereoscopic movie for Hershey Park, Star Trek: Borg Invasion a- stereoscopic ride/attraction film for Paramount’s Theme Park Division and the Walt Disney Company’s #1 ride ever, “Mission Space” at Epcot Center as well as one of Euro Disney’s top attractions ARMAGEDDON, based on the blockbuster movie.

Ya, good luck with that, one must have some kind of positive income to take an advantage a tax write off. I'll hold onto my eDoorways shares for a great profit!
I'd love to sell and get out, but I don't need that tax write off just yet.
Then I guess some better sell and move on now before it too late, right? Meanwhile, smart people should think about the fact that it would be a shame to own less than 100,000 shares, when you can pick that up today for around $1,500. Time is running out for the little guy to pick up 100,000 shares so easily.
Time is running out for the little guy to pick up 100,000 shares so easily. Don't be the guy with empty pockets when eDoorways hits $1 or gets uplisted.
"We're very pleased with the progress we've made over the last several months and expect 2013 to be very exciting with the anticipated growth of each of our ventures," concluded Mitchell.
You and I both know the CEO would have to buy more than 100, 000 shares to satisfy the demands of a few people here.
Are you referring to the CEO?
What kind of signal does this send the Market when the CEO isn't purchasing more of his own shares....with his own money?
If eDoorways takes off and hits a dollar so be it, people will have to chase it. But aren't buyers going to have to chase it anyway in order for investors to be able to cash in? If they want to purchase now, so be it.
IMO if time runs out to pick up cheapies then it will run out but most importantly is removing the DTC Chill so that this looks more attractive to potential investors. Most importantly is having potential investors being able to look at eDoorways and see up to date SEC Filings, being able to see Revenue generation over 2-3 quarters and more
I just can't imagine why anyone would hold less than 100,000 shares of eDoorways when you can pick that up for about $1,250.00 The upside potential greatly exceeds the downside risk. If the team does come out with a world changing product, and we did ever hit $19.00 like GKIS did in the past, a 100,000 shares would be worth 1,900,000.00 Even $1.00 would be worth $100,000.00 In my opinion $1,250.00 seems like a very small risk. Time is running out for the little guy to pick up 100,000 shares so easily. I'm very excited to see what the future holds for eDoorways/S1S.
"We're very pleased with the progress we've made over the last several months and expect 2013 to be very exciting with the anticipated growth of each of our ventures," concluded Mitchell.
I hope he keeps his 51% voting rights forever!
I think we'll be trading above $0.02 soon, and I believe it's highly unlikly we'll see a subpenny PPS again. Weaker hands sold into stronger hands IMO.
I just thought I would remind some people that we have a lot of talent on this team. That was just one example. I'm thrilled to be a shareholder before the product is released. There's no telling where the PPS will be after the product is on the market, and we see some contracts. The EDWY/S1S shareholders will be VERY HAPPY indeed!
I couldn't make that bet, it would be like taking candy from a small child. "We're very pleased with the progress we've made over the last several months and expect 2013 to be very exciting with the anticipated growth of each of our ventures," concluded Mitchell.
Someone would need to own 100K shares to make that bet. That would eliminate Bill the fake and some others. However I would strongly suggest holding onto 100 shares. When eDoorway gets their product on the market, and they get some contracts and revenue, that could easily end up being worth $100,000.00
eDoorways will be back at $0.03 in no time!
I agree 100%. I haven't sold 1 share, and I have no intentions on selling anything for less than $1.00 Even when I do start selling, nobody will notice.
The only bags I'll be holding, will be full of hundred dollar bills.
Sure you can make money that way. Buy a little every time it drops a little lowering your average, that's what I did, and then sell after we have products, contracts, and revenue. Who knows maybe we'll even get that uplisting this year, just think what that would do for your position.
3/1/2013, where will eDoorways stand?
Nice volume again today.
Those people all seem to be upstanding citizens so that eliminates the possibility of a scam or at least reduces the odds greatly!
AWESOME VOLUME TODAY
The day is coming!
Please EDWY come out with a real product that proves all the naysayers wrong PLEASE.
