Yeah, Beaty supposedly works at Merrill ( BofA) so when I saw that I figured it was the good ole boy network.
I am phasing that one out, after the Brazil trials I will happily sell and close it
Jmo
This raises the question of why Cytodyn mgmt didn't continue and just go for the jugular ?
It seems they think they have something to offer shareholders before October to satisfy them.
All the 13D will still vote with Rosenbaum picks so handing back some Power of Attorneys for their holdings is meaningless in my opinion.
Jmo
Pretty sure Patterson was consulting for Cytodyn both during the conception of the Covid Trials and the submission of the initial version / Portion of the BLA.
What was he consulting on for them ?
It seems nothing that helped the company.
Jmo
Was it Merrill ?
I had the same thing happen to me.
Yes and a couple of weeks later a big investor in InCellDx or more than one dumped a lot of shares of Cytodyn somehow at the most opportune time, things that make you go hmmm.
Makes you wonder what was really happening behind the scenes a month prior to the big " Pump N Dump,"
Bruce Patterson and his 13 D are not friends of Cytodyn shareholders.
Jmo
Bruce Patterson has not been using Leronlimab.
He has been using Maraviroc.
Who makes Maraviroc ?
Any more questions on why he was invited ?
Jmo
Oh yeah, because paperwork in the US is updated in real time.
These .gov sites can be weeks behind.
Where do you ascribe a 3 month delay to NP ?
First shot last week in sub-q severe trial.
IV is a completely new delivery method for Leronlimab in a trial. ANVISA wanted additional due diligence on the IV formulation. Where has that added 3 months ?
Seems like a week to me.
Yes , with Caveat of fulfilling some promising indications
The biggest being cancer which is not slated any time soon.
The ones to blame for pushing an immediate expectation are the ones who bash after setting it.
No he did not say it was worth triple digits at one point.
The triple digits is a possible future valuation with multiple approvals and the revenue that would be generated.
They have success on a 510k application on a device. 100 pages maybe.
BLA - 500,000 pages. Infinitely more complex and requires regulatory specialists which Cytodyn has hired and looking for a clinical specialist .
You do realize that Nader and Kelly don't do this sort of work themselves. They hire people such as Recknor to know the mechanics of the process and manage it. They then hire the appropriate specialist to do the real work.
Yeah , no thanks, let the ECOR guys merge their wonderful company with InCellDx and they can all live happy together.
Has Bruce Patterson received any FDA approvals ? Even a 510K ?
I'm pretty sure he has not shepherded a BLA.
Jmo
The 13D is holding up Bruce Patterson and the ECOR guys as their FDA approval shoe in's.
The ECOR guys got an approval for a device thru a 510K application.
I don't think the have ever created, submitted or read a BLA.
Bruce Patterson runs a molecular testing outfit , these tests would also be 510K applications. However, that begs the question. Has InCellDx ever gotten a 510k approval on their tests ?
Brucie Boy made noise in 2010 about going to the FDA with an HPV test, did that get approved ? Even so this is a 510k not a BLA
I'm just wondering where all that arrogance comes from.
Jmo
That must be the new narrative now that the Brazil Trials are actually starting.
Summers did not write about Leronlimab he wrote about a different MAB.
He is a big Pharma shill.
While useful in the early stage of Covid, it's not the one that will save lives on the brink.
Of course he will go with the company (big pharma) byline.
Jmo
C-Suite on the calls
Do you ever hear Nitya Ray on the calls ?
These calls are not an all team.
Recknor filled Mahboob's position.
Looks like the doctors of VIPs in the Philippines recognize LL works.
Jmo
The newest Cytodyn hire does have BLA experience and is helping them bring on a clinical module expert.
Okay so the 13D has nobody that has successfully submitted a BLA ?
Has Bruce Patterson successfully submitted a BLA ? I don't think so, he plays it safe and his tests would also be devices, so more 510K book report type applications.
The ECOR guys definitely have not ever submitted a BLA, or anything that complex ever. If you want to hang out on a stock board, go the ECOR site and see how satisfied their shareholders are.
So the 13D is holding up some toymakers as the experts to deliver on the most promising drug in decades ?
I guess no further explanation is needed
If those two guys are so good, why aren't the 13D trying to merge ECOR and InCellDx ?You-all could be so successful and happy with a really experienced 75 million dollar market cap company.
Jmo
They have gone through an approval process for a device. That's a 510K.
A 510K document can run from 35 pages to 100 pages.
A BLA is 500,000 pages.
Those 2 13Ders have about 1 % of the needed experience to get the BLA approved.
That's like saying an RC car toymaker has the experience to be a car designer at Tesla.
The other difference between them and the current management is that current management are developing the drug , finding how it specifically works and they are building the BLA and getting "Actual" expertise in to vet the BLA.
Jmo
Someone wrote a letter .
Someone else put it in an obscure location on the website, most likely to avoid detection.
Someone else notified AF and other short selling organizers.
Someone posted it as a PR the first, then again to coincide with a Cytodyn CC.
Jmo
Really Who has been through the process ?
Is Patterson gonna go through a 500,000 page BLA before submitting it ?
Or does he just expect his name to get a pass ?
Has Patterson ever submitted a successfully approved BLA in the past ?
Didn't the 13D state somewhere that they would reimburse themselves from Cytodyn coffers for their legal costs if they won ?
One of their main talking points is NP spending Cytodyn funds on a legal battle over the proxy, but in their arrogance they don't see a problem with Cytodyn funds used to repay them for their uninvited takeover attempt.
The 13D has some serious 1 way vision problems.
Jmo
You are correct .
It is much better to take an extra three months or even more to ensure the BLA is submitted correctly.
Seems like NPs newest addition either spotted some weakness or at the least, advised Cytodyn on being more precise and bringing in someone to vet the clinical portion before submission.
When you get one chance to hit the bullseye every 1 1/2 years you have to make the shot count.
Getting someone who has actual experience submitting each module is the best chance of approval. Those modules will each require different experts.
The FDA BLA rejection rate has gone over 50% since the Alzheimer's debacle, it used to be below 20% . Another point, it actually might be better to wait till FDA leadership is solidified before submitting.
Having good or better than good results in Brazil would change the perception of Cytodyn as a " easy to kill upstart".
Jmo
Pestell and Tony C AND Bruce Patterson did a much more efficient job of it yet you are ready to give it back.
Like I said, the pigs showed up ready for round 2 at the trough, but the gate is shut.
Jmo
Yes, there are bonuses paid on milestone achievements , but there is also a significant amount that is part of the annual salary.
How many years of Stock and or stock options accumulation are you crediting with his sales?
Yes the revenue from selling is in the year sold but that may or may not be the year they were granted. Unless he was selling every year that was a accumulated from many years of compensation.
You already know that executives get a very large percentage of their compensation yearly through long term and short term bonuses. Mostly through Stock options and stock grants.
I have seen many Biotechs that are small and Pre-revenue go through multiple "rinse and repeats" Where they dilute and then RS and continue diluting. Many will not go past 500 million before the RS.
CYDY is not abnormal in this sense.
As for self enrichment, Pestell and Tony C have made quite a bucketload here, Pestell for mainly " a short employment period " and that is it. Counting stock paid for time worked this guy is the champ. I would guess he made in weeks worked what NP made in a year. Now they are coming back to the trough and mad the gate is shut.
Bruce Patterson made quite a bucketload, claimed he didn't have any, when that was proven wrong he wanted the shares transferred to InCellDx. He really wanted to claim he didn't have any but since IncellDx is his company its really the same thing. He wanted and still wants to make out like a bigger bandit.
Bruce P was consulting when the Covid trials were designed, also claims he came up with the Idea of treating Covid with LL and yet owns none of the trial design failure ? He is the Virologist.
Out of those people who own a lot of shares, only one has been working for the company this whole time. NP whose initials could also stand for "not perfect", heck, he is far from it. But at least he is attempting to address the fact that Cytodyn needs money sooner than later to move forward and develop to make even more money.
Who was really enriched ?
jmo
That's just the arrogance all the 13D show everybody all the time.
They are very interested because I suspect many were lending shares to be shorted or actively shorting when the quick announcement of the date of record happened.
Over 30 million shares short that are unqualified to vote .
Then having the clown show on Labor Day because they were trying to stimulate uptake in their white proxy cards before Brazil Trial first shots announced.
Jmo
Well there you are.
13D not smart enough not to project their intentions .
They intend to RS as soon as they get control at the highest ratio.
Take over, claim things are worse than they thought, implement the RS at the highest ratio.
They will then blame past management since they had the RS already approved.
Jmo
HIPPA laws, confidentiality and just plain delineation between right and wrong are foreign concepts to some
Only people inside that stock scheme would have known that they had hours to sell.
Most normal people would be at work not paying attention to minute to minute fluctuations .
Where you put the word " dumb" I would substitute "uninformed about the manipulation."
Jmo
Deposition question for Rosenbum and Beaty.
Mr Bum, did you and Superchet know the stock price was going to tank massively on June 30, 2020 ?
Bum and Chet - " uhhh no we was very lucky that we decided to sell in that extremely short time period.
Mr BUM, how did a small group of 13Ders seem to sell so many shares simultaneously ?
Bum and Chet - we was real lucky
Mr Bum, this looks like a coordinated effort.
Bum and Chet - uhhh we don't even know how to spell that.
Just my humorous opinion
He said 3 digits and we all know he meant when the potential of Leronlimab is realized with revenue and multiple indications approved.
However, the short cabal would have us believe that he meant next week, or next month and thus is a failure.
Do you drive down the road JUST looking at the rear view mirror ?
You might want be careful, 2 Tractor Trailer rigs full of LL coming down the road ahead with CD16 on one and CD17 on the other in big letters.
I'll tell you what , post more often, use all caps and laugh at the beginning or the end of a post , that will get more stock sold.
Jmo
Shorts and 13Dumbos are always laughing maniacally.
All the while denying the positive direction the company is heading in.
Bruce Patterson's pocket gopher Dr Yo was chittering on Twitter a while back about Leronlimab being sold at bankruptcy.
Sounds like the 13D has a plan to eventually get this into another company's hands after wringing every last cent out of Cytodyn first.
Shorts and 13D scumbags working together so closely you can't tell the difference.
Jmo
Questions at Nader's deposition.
1) Nodder, did you raise 3 fingers at the shareholders ?
Answer,: Yes, that is after we achieve billions of dollars in revenue.
2) Admit it Nodder, you meant next week right ?
Answer: uhhh no, I meant after Billions in revenue , that is how business works. Earn revenue get expanded Price to earnings ratio of valuation .
3) Is that a CHIPPED TOOTH ?
Answer: Uhh no, I had that fixed.
Ahh Ha ! Guilty as Charged !
13 D group , Oh heck no, you see ? It was Chipped ! He's gotta go NOW !
Just my humorous opinion
I think "Superchet" and some of his buddies at Merrill Lynch are gonna be learning that lesson soon.
Jmo
I should have added despite efforts by the short contingent and the 13D to disrupt everything.
Right, so in your opinion the slow movement of a foreign government is now also NPs fault .
The 13D geniuses want to take credit for a Phase 3 Trial in LH already being prepped by current management and the HIV BLA which may possibly be completed by the time the annual meeting takes place.
According to the NP haters back in May Covid was over and Covid Trials were gonna be a waste of time and money.
Being wrong can be pointed at by either side, but the only advancement of Leronlimab has been by current management.
Jmo
They claimed Brazil would not happen, now that it is about to start they will attempt twisting negativity.
They know LL works and it's about to get proven in a big way.
All while other plans also move forward .
Jmo
