The 13D is holding up Bruce Patterson and the ECOR guys as their FDA approval shoe in's.

The ECOR guys got an approval for a device thru a 510K application.

I don't think the have ever created, submitted or read a BLA.

Bruce Patterson runs a molecular testing outfit , these tests would also be 510K applications. However, that begs the question. Has InCellDx ever gotten a 510k approval on their tests ?

Brucie Boy made noise in 2010 about going to the FDA with an HPV test, did that get approved ? Even so this is a 510k not a BLA

I'm just wondering where all that arrogance comes from.
