good luck
janeverite i just went on aero website and did a dealer search. i live on an isolated stretch of oregon coast, no freeways within 40 miles. there's a dealer in lincoln city, 10 miles n. of me.
7% spread on b x a, if its' daytraders buying here, they're mighty brave. i suspect investors adding to position in anticipation.
anyone with L2 is arca on bid or ask? b x a locked, they usually do that.
lets dodis judging by the lack of bashing ability, i'd say they got their pink slips a short time ago.
Derekz apparantly the real deal will only be satisfied with several former supervisors' sworn affidavits on character and performance. golfing/fishing buddies recommendations won't do. imo of course. (sigh, i get so tired...)

BEANDOG stunning find. only hard $$$ discussion of sponsor costs i've seen. have it at the ready against the scoffers.
Jim circumstances with sljb seem to be going pretty much as i imagined when i got out with an 85% loss, and much more experience. belated thanks for your posts last yr on sljb board. you helped take off my blinders. unlike some still posting and hoping over there, i've made back most of my loss (only in for a couple grand, no great disaster) by flipping per charts. good luck, i've got you membermarked from way back, so i'll be haunting you.
cautionupahead i'm going by info release dates. that's the latest pr which states "mid january", but i agree the wording is from previous pr. a little unintentional confusion i reckon.
Blue horse that post was a reply to "cautionupahead", link back to check. i now realize i shouldn't shorten his handle like that...lol
caution - link: (read 8th paragraph)

caution imo 10th has been usurped by statement in today's pr:
In December 2006, Franchise Capital entered into a preliminary agreement to acquire the issued and outstanding shares of Aero Exhaust, whose mufflers are an exclusive National Association for Stock Car Auto Racing (NASCAR) Performance product and carry the prestigious NASCAR brand on product, packaging and related media. NASCAR legend Rusty Wallace is the official spokesperson for Aero Exhaust products. The company is currently conducting its due diligence and expects to announce a definitive agreement with Aero Exhaust by mid-January 2007.
appointment of racing oriented and business savvy board members confirms to me that this merger is a go. unfortunate delay in merger confirmation probably caused by necessity of more sec filings regarding share structure. looks like some traders are reading between the lines of the 8ks and pr. looking better than i thought, but the day is young.
caution agree. have you read yesterday's 8k abt new board members and bio's? nice team imo. link:
http://www.pinksheets.com/quote/news.jsp?url=fis_story.asp%3Ftextpath%3D%5C2007%5C01%5C08%5CEDGARNew...
i hope this share structure 8k won't cause too much confusion among the suspicious and uninformed, but i suspect this to be a real rollercoaster of a day. wish i had some more ammo to buy more on dips.
DSD share structure per new 8k would be unacceptable to aero imo. new share structure most likely already agreed upon by both parties. will have to be approved by new board (link:)
http://www.pinksheets.com/quote/news.jsp?url=fis_story.asp%3Ftextpath%3D%5C2007%5C01%5C08%5CEDGARNew...
then filed as 8k, hopefully real soon. all imo
TLETTELL you hit the nail on the head. "because it's a pink" explains most experienced investor action. bad news on a pink will always result in massive knee jerk selling, because everyone knows everyone else will sell.
..we live dangerously...
wick it's a day for the coaster (sic) designers. gapped up 5+%, down about 60%, then blows through some strong recent resistance to finish strong (green i hope). crazy stuff.
Obi honestly didn't think it would get through the low .03's today. looked like major recent resistance. this is an excellent indication of belief in company. imo
analog likewise here. the dd i posted from state of nev had today's date on it, all looked official. BUT it made no sense in context of prev dd on peacock and aero. held and crapped my pants (though i was in @ .022 this time).
derekz: edit won't direct link.

this could be in part a "buy on rumor, sell on news" scenario, much like what often happens in the days before a hot stock is scheduled to file earnings reports. good gains are made, satisfied with the profits, and not willing to take the risk of unsatisfactory reports, analyst downgrades, etc, swing traders sell, and chase later. same basic game here. imo
wick you should know most penny traders are short term holders. they see a shinier penny, they go where the momo is. they figure they can get back in later. they weigh the risk of getting out vs. the reward of short term gains elsewhere. the ones doing this have more than $25,000 in the trading acct, so are not limited by the sec's stupid discriminatory settlement rule. imo
psykotik mm's make weak holders nervous, daytraders impatient. thus the selling, and the mm's get to cover their previous shorts. see my previous post, and hold tight. nothing about this company's whole scenario has changed since last week. imo
MrTrend yep they are covering naked shorts from the gaps late last wk imo. without this action, they leave themselves vulnerable to big coverage losses when the stock runs up. this is actually an affirmation by mm's that they expect continued pps rise. all imvho.
FCCN gonna gap up. pre market b x a running.
.485 x .490 5 x 5 per a'trade. recent bid uptick.
vip something to consider, about moving to nasdaq: sarbanes - oxley compliance rules are being looked at by congress, and may be revamped this year, hopefully for all companies, but most likely for small caps. compliance costs are huge, in the millions, and have discouraged many ipo's last year. some companies went to foreign markets. guessing aero would rather wait in the bulletin board market.
chart saw it once on sljb. ech. 'scuse me, i gotta go brush my teeth.
penny (almost) every dog has his (one) day (run), but in the long run you're right.
fwiw panetta likes fccn. link:

15% up on an ugly friday, no gaps to fill, good volume, increasing interest. i smell a big week coming up. glta.
b x a moving up quick. eod run, above .05 close i'm guessing. be great for a down market friday.
ot wick ok you win. dang.
ot wick while we're waiting for the eod, i'll do some boasting too: in @ .0040, out .020, in @ .022 (thought it would retrace to the teens. rats.) and holding. using only the funds left from sljb loss, so i won't get filthy rich, but i've regained 90% of loss so far. good luck.
yes, the mm's are up to their usual tricks, but it's a great looking chart nonetheless. no big gaps to fill, they're being taken care of daily. steady and strong every day beats the extreme ups and downs imo.
