Anyone think SRNA might look to purchase Intelligent Living (ILIV)? Bollich and Darnell are both on the ILIV advisory board.
Well, I'm trying to do my part. I believe in any company that attracts interest from Bollich, Darnell, O'Mahony, and even pursuade a CFO with the background of Mark Lucky to join on as CFO. I will follow the people and the money before I follow the hype, and ILIV looks well connected.
$ILIV >> setting up for major move soon. Check out some of the names involved:
Tom Bollich, co-founder of Zynga, joins advisory board for ILIV on 2/14/2014
Tae Darnell, legal expert in issues surrounding marijuana, was appointed to Corporate Advisory Board for ILIV on 3/12/2014
Jim O'Mahony, former CEO of Saatchi and Saatchi, appointed to advisory board for ILIV on 3/14/2014
CFO Mark B. Lucky leaves IceWeb (IWEB) for same position at ILIV on 5/6/2014
Heavy hitters joining Intelligent Living's leadership team. The future looks VERY bright.

MMs hiding shares at 19? Put in an order twice today for more (and higher) than the ask, and both times got filled at the ask.
I have bought in the 5s, 4s, 3s 2s, and today in the teens. Silence hasn't worked so well for me. I'd like to try communication and see if that works better. If I don't hear something soon, I'm dumping my 3.5 M shares and I'm taking my money elsewhere. Let's see if ILIV will think that is golden.
They added Bollich and Darnell as advisors, and hired a new CFO. Let's hear about some direction. Can't make moves like that and stay silent. WHy not a conference call, shareholder update, product update, something.
Another day of silence. Not even active on facebook or twitter. What gives?
ILIV
What's the reason for this run?
Unusually quiet over here. Not typical for ILIV lately. Looking at the list of released news items, there were 19 in March, 9 in April, 12 in May, and so far only 1 in June (and we are almost half way through). I've got a feeling we get some solid news really soon, especially coming off the 8-k three days ago regarding official appointment of new BODs.
Well, we also have a neat new video of Dr Larry from Health & Beyond's facebook page for Intelligent Energy, if that counts for something.

I think a lot hinges on the CC today, good or bad.
I would assume that the company would now have to buyout Manu's shares if he will no longer be part of the company (especially if he owns enough shares for voting rights). They can oust him from the position, or even the company, but I don't think they can just take his shares away. Where are they going to get the money to do that?
It's your PC :)
Your anti-virus program has blocked that site from showing up. Not an issue with the site, just an issue with what your software thinks of the site.
I'm tired of averaging down. Would rather average up for a change.
I thought ILIV owned Provectus? No?
Anyway, I have no idea either. At this point, I'm just speculating. But if the CEO of a company (Bollich for SRNA) and the General Counsel of the same company (Tae Darnell) are both advisors of ILIV, I have to imagine that SRNA is taking a major interest and may have plans for incorporating ILIV into their own infrastructure. Otherwise, why would members of SRNA's management team agree to be advisors to ILIV?
I don't think a guy with the resources that Tom Bollich has would agree to become an adviser of ILIV unless he had a plan in mind for it. The recent acquisitions and merging of Perfect Solutions and Venturian to form Provectus is probably phase 1 of a bigger plan. Tom is an IT geek, and probably has big plans for Provectus. Just my guess, but I think there is still more growth, shuffling of deck chairs, and consolidation of assets before the full vision is revealed. And they may need one or two more pieces before they get there.
Just speculating at this point, but I think the SRNA team has more to say about ILIV's direction than we might think.
I expect news before the end of the month. For one, Serene should be available this month through Dr. Larry Direct. However, I believe we hear something bigger happen as a result of the ArcView conference on June 23rd in Denver

Bollich will be among the investors there listening to CEOs of startups in the MJ sector, and I can see an LOI developed between ILIV and one of these startups. Bollich seems to be very focused on the MJ sector and I believe he will look to build ILIV through acquisitions, mergers, and partnerships.
I wouldn't worry about Florida. That is one of the states where I think most of the residents (i.e. retirees) would welcome the legalization, assuming they can vote there.
Just a hunch, but I believe SRNA will either merge with ILIV, or outright acquire ILIV. First, the Tom Bollich connection (Bollich being CEO of Surna and on the advisory board for ILIV). Second, Tae Darnell, appointed to ILIV Corporate Advisory Board, is also the General Counsel at Surna.
Surna is a company that invests in marijuana-related businesses. ILIV has become a growing and heavily-vested player in MJ, including social420 (an MJ job site site that can be heavily improved under Bollich), KandyPens' SkyCloud (which can be used for recreational and medicinal pot), and Serene (cannabinoid-based pain relief topical spray).
Again, just a hunch, based there are too many connections between ILIV and SRNA not to see a logical merging, and ILIV seems to be the type of company Bollich is interested in.
I find it amusing that Focamine has 9 customer reviews on Amazon, and Sombium has 7 customer reviews, all by customers who have never reviewed a product before. Even more amusing is that most of the people who reviewed Sombium also reviewed Focamine. All 16 reviews were 5 star ratings.
I hope the company isn't trying to pull a fast one by planting fake reviews. ;) (although they wouldn't be the first).
Looks like someone decide to bail out today. Oh well
Sad that this is the case, but I'm also surprised people didn't bite and that the scheme didn't at least create a little buying pressure. We have had almost no volume today. ILIV
Looks like he can use all the help he can get. Good luck.
That was insane
Looks like perhaps the goal is to get to 2B O/S? Just guessing at this point.
MDNT
Nobody was expecting news TODAY. We anticipate news SOON.
ILIV
Old news. Just getting clarification on Serene, and perhaps anticipated release of it this month.
ILIV
Yep, found it. Thanks:

I have been in this for a little while now, but for some reason have not heard about "serene" (maybe not paying enough attention). Any info on what that is? Thanks.
ILIV
I think the operative word is dumped, past tense. I don't know how much is left, but I can't imagine that much more. The damage is done, and here we are. Perhaps now we can move back up if dilution has slowed down significantly. They may be out of shares soon.
MDNT
Today is a good opportunity to push the pps into the high 2s if Manu decided to take the day off. I'm sure he would rather let this stock move up a little higher to get more bang for his buck, but his urgent need to raise more funds won't allow him to let us breathe for too long. Time to strike while the dilution faucet is turned off.

New Wilderness is the first non fiction feature to win the Dutch Oscars!! Congratulations to the team

It's a positive sign that what you stated was typically how this would have played out in previous weeks, but now there are enough eyes on this to get ask slappers at the close to prop it up. ILIV
I agree with you on that. We haven't seen much activity from the company to warrant large volume, so 1 MM shares would be harder to take out than if we had a high volume day. I hope the company realizes that being silent is a bad way to sustain shareholder value.
That wall is more like a fence at the moment. We should be able to break through 1 MM shares if someone really was interested in getting in this. Given the volume and movement in ILIV this week, I'm sure someone would take a flyer on it.
Another 1/4 billion share volume day. Flipper's delight.
