Great post!
You said it right!
EDWY's interim financial report released: https://www.otciq.com/otciq/ajax/showFinancialReportById.pdf?id=55273
I agree about the all your eggs in one basket but man, none of the other stocks are generating interest even remotely close to GERS. It just seems like GERS is going somewhere. I will take some time and ask myself those questions and others.
Thanks.
I am on the dang fence. I have 3 other companies I am invested in (one a web-based Facebook, Search, Chat thingee) and a couple of other so, so's. I am thinking about liquidating out of them and pouring into GERS. Any thoughts? I know the final decision is my responsibility but I am just seeking a little feedback. Oh, none of them having any major connections yet like a Sunoco type company. Thanks.
All of this info that you are posting about bid amounts is only available to Level 2 users? I may need to get a L2 account.
Has anyone test driven the site at http://www.edoorways.com/ in terms of creating an account and using it? What are your thoughts? Is this part of the new site they are launching soon?
Yup, I use to own 965,000 shares. After the reverse split, I now own a whopping 965 shares. I say NO to sinking more money into this reverse-splitting stock.
25 million buy? Somebody must be feeling really good about what they see or hear about EDWY to drop $5k in one shot. Go EDWY!
Has anyone tried calling and getting through to Robert or IR? I called and got voice mail. Even from the quality of the greeting and voice mail setup, it sounds like a suitcase business...you know....get your money, pack up and split.
Good find and a nice piece of good PR for GERS. Go, GERS, go!
Yeah, that was me bid sitting for 1,010,000 at .0001. Since it wasn't filled and does not look like it will be, I am canceling it and coming in tomorrow at .0002. I might as well try to pick more shares up at .0002 instead of missing the journey on this pending rocket!
I have ShareBuilder. I don't think it is available through SB. Any recommendations for a standalone L2 service?
How are you able to see the numbers of Askers and Bidders?
That's what the hell I am talking about....investing and able to control your own time and destiny, my friend. You are an inspiration to us all. When I get that rock solid return that I am working towards, I will be investing full time. Good freaking riddance, 9- 5.
What do you guys think about ShareBuilder? Newbie here. What sites are better than Sharebuilder in terms of cost, execution, speed of funding, availability of penny stocks?
The trips? Do you mean triple pennies, or dollars? Triple dollars means I may start writing out my resignation letter now. :)
Shoot, even if it goes to one penny, I will be sitting pretty even after capital gains taxes. Go GERS go!
I am trying to hold out for .0001s but my order is not being filled. I may just go ahead and pick up some 2s if I can't get my 1s by Friday.
I just e-mailed ir@socialmv.com and received the following bounce back. I guess the business is on its way out. Oh well!

GERS is looking damn good for the long haul.
PetInThe.Net is more like a Scam on the Net. Thieving company, at best. No communication or anything from SMVI. Well, I lost $1100 through this company. A good newbie lesson learned for failing to do more DD on SMVI.
If Sunoco signed up, they may see billions more coming out of their investment in GreenShift. Long and strong here, folks. I am doing my fundamental analysis on this company (both qualitative and quantitative - can you tell I am a newbie??? :) and I like what I see. I think the founder has a great team in place. Technical analysis to follow.
Just imagine if this company runs up into the mid to upper tens, if not the $100s per share. Not many will be around to experience that but I am sure going to ride this train for a long time to come.
It reads like someone who did not perform DD, which I am guilty of. However, the DD I am doing now is revealing, to me, that this is a company to invest in. I am really excited about its potential. I am still early in my DD and have a bit more to do. I will be buying more shares in the very near future (like tomorrow if my limit order goes through). :)
I am learning one day at a time.
I brought about $300 worth of shares at .0002 today. Then, it went down to .0001 so I lost 50% in one day. However, I am not going to throw any more money into this company until I see some more progress. I could afford to lose that $300...not food, mortgage or emergency money. I will be watching this company close but my money will be very farsighted until they start getting some greater attention.
SMVI appears to be going nowhere fast. It doesn't appear that they are doing anything on their "site" petinthe.net. It is starting to smell like a scam. Since I am in, I might as well ride this one until the wheels fall off. However, it looks like the wheels may end up falling off much sooner than later.
I am going to ride this one out and see where it goes.
I like it! Thumbs up!
I'm gonna try and think positive that the company may have something up its sleeve in a good way. While it doesn't make sense to us for the company to increase authorized shares to 10 Billion, I think it may be something in the works. Who knows? At this point, I am going to ride this one out. You never know who may be looking at this company. Yup, I know I am in the minority on this one.
The financials do look bad but you do have a point about Pandora. I was just venting a bit. I totally take 100% responsibility for my trading decisions. Since I am already invested, hell, I might as well get excited and look for the best.
Thanks for the kick in the pants that I needed. Much appreciated!
Great lesson from buying this stock as a new investor. Got burned with the reverse split. Should have done more DD. I take it as a not too expensive lesson. I am now reading and studying Invest in Penny Stocks by Peter Leeds before I go back into penny stocks again.
I think I will be staying away from the Pink Sheets going forward.
3 times is enough for me. I got burned by ARTS (trading halted) and MNDPD (1000-1 reverse split).
I wish I would have looked at the financials of this company and the others before investing in it regardless of what the share price is/was. The financials are piss poor: http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/SMVI/financials.
As a relatively new investor, I failed to do my DD and look deeper into SMVI. I got caught up in the hype and the excitement surrounding this stock that is going on instead of relying on DD. I hope some positive money comes out of it but I am not holding my breath.
Oh well, you live and you learn. That mistake of not doing DD won't happen again. I think I will avoid pink sheets going forward and stick with the OTCBB, Nasdaq and the other ones that require greater reporting, etc.
