u see the volume ...dang!
nicely put. imo.
i dont see where adrn acquired the right to license gers technology out to third parties. could you cite a reference please.
.. so viridis, a first mover, granted itself early adopter status, for viridis benefit.
sounds like a conflict of interest.
hey loophole, got your ears on?
giving gs assets away, with nothing in return, sounds like a breach of his "fiduciary obligation" to gs.
owning a company that competes with gs seems a "conflict of interest" which may also amount to a breach of that obligation. if true, this suggests to me that gs is a de facto shell, a circumstance denied in the filings, which i think would be an sec violation and "fraud." if borne out, my question is what proceedings common shareholders are able to institute right now?
no---laid off, ripped on runover led me to the market.
blessing in disguise eh?
gltu
im frkn spchless, nice job!
the 70s??? kk wasnt even born until what, the mid 70s??? and by the early 2000s, what was he then, early 20s??? jesh, give the kid a break, i doubt he meant to set up all those sham corps, to bilk investors out of millions, at ... age 9??? rotflofl!
i pondered the history, as well as i could and for whats its worth, i see a youngster who got carried away with his shiny new quarter. got all capital intensive, bought more bubble gum than he could chew and almost choked. but he wised up, turned the corner, avoided baknkruptcy, streamlined his business model, started paying bills, ramped up licensing and increased revenue. thats enough for me to take a chance on the upside here. of course you see what you see and thats fine. but given your suspicions i have to reciprocate the question ... why did you invest in gs?
imo the gs patents are phenomanal. gs may have its fingers in most ethanol/corn oil produced in this entire country. thats huge. thats national security huge. so huge that there no boubt will be a lot of high profile jelousy, big time enemies, and more back stabbing whining rats than you can count. i trust the gs team is aware of the risks and will ... eat their peas. "where there is a wrong, there is a remedy." mistake? maybe, but worth the risk to me.
o fourse big money is big temtation. so i tto would like to see where it all goes. but you and i, and more, know how difficult that can be to follow.
just my nogood. lowlife worthlesl dumbass opinion
good work everybody and good luck to all.
it was good to know
are the other corporate board directors pupets, do they have nothing to say about where the money goes?
thanks. appreciate the update.
even with all the news circulation today? i am hoping for tomorrow.
arent the flippers stuck with 35% camptal gains tax?
markman hearing, jury selection, instructions--- i assume
isnt texas oil friendly? arent we trying to displace oil? given the cronyism in the justice system, wouldnt texas be a place for gers to ... stay out of?
is what it is
thanks. my investment?---i guess you could call it macro-economics. i read the qs. only 20% i can find is here:
In June 2010, the Company entered into an amended and restated technology acquisition agreement (the “TAA”), with an effective date of January 1, 2010, which amended the terms under which the Company pays for the ongoing use of its patent and patent-pending corn oil extraction technologies (the “Technology”) (see Note 20, Related Party Transactions). The TAA, as amended, provides for the payment to the Sellers of a royalty fee of $0.10 per gallon for use of the Technology under circumstances involving no investment in equipment used in connection with the Technology, or 20% of net cash flows under circumstances involving any such investment (p51-52)
is this the 20% you refer to?
i dont see the additional article conclusive as to gross. sounds ad hoc.
the one(s) you were just complaining about---whats the gross take on a gallon of corn oil?
dont want to commit to an answer?
I think so. Looks to me like they will have a lock on 700 million to 1 billion gallons of corn oil per year, by no later than 2012. The way they have been hustling the past year makes me think they may accomplish their goals much sooner than 2012.
At $3.60 per gallon, thats roughly $2,700,000,000 to $3,600,000,000 per year, every year. I am just not sure how much is theirs.
imo
Can someone explain, roughly, how much of the $3.60 (per gallon of corn oil) GreenShift receives?
my only concern is being able to withdraw 10-20+ million from my broker, after its sold, and for that i think i will enlist a small private army.
(-:
good call!
overstock.com is down to 10 units of drive safe
http://www.overstock.com/Electronics/Phoneguard-Drive-Safe-Software/5679164/product.html
you think maybe the threat to impact reevenue will prompt the infringers to start kissing greenshft's asss for a settlement???
hahaha. pay backs are a biatch
experts from the congressional budget office seem to think the industry is big enough to stand on its own without subsidies or tariffs and that the effects will be minimal. i suspect some weaker companies, and maybe the bootleggers with mounting debts to greenshift, could fail if obama does not keep his promise to veto the anti-subsidy measures.
who said anything about immediate?
phoneguard voice too
techbargains.com is sold out of phoneguard
i hear ya. at the bottom, theres nowhere to go but UP
now all them people that just sold will want back in. hahaha! imo
anyone got a line on the testers?
he has already tweeted and done the facebook thing (so he obviously is not limited by the julyl date) and he is obligated to do "in person' endorsements, so my guess is 50/50.
good idea----lives are at stake!
why not, hes already tweeted on it.
