I think so. Looks to me like they will have a lock on 700 million to 1 billion gallons of corn oil per year, by no later than 2012. The way they have been hustling the past year makes me think they may accomplish their goals much sooner than 2012.

At $3.60 per gallon, thats roughly $2,700,000,000 to $3,600,000,000 per year, every year. I am just not sure how much is theirs.
