Got stopped out with my Puts with a 6% loss Still looking for a good entry to start a long position, plus capture the consolidation period with Puts. Maybe $30, we'll see. GLTA!
Looks like a new Middle Eastern partner. We have a had substantial US Mil footprint close to this company location for several months. Looks like someone broke through to a local distributor/advertiser. Lets hope they can do something with the Virtra products. Good to see the partnerships continue to expand.
I'm still long and strong on SWHC. Actually added to my position today. IMO, the S3 shelf filing added the recent weakness we have seen, but IMO that weakness isn't merited. I thought we would bounce off the 200 and 50 day MAs, and we still might. If not, there is a lot of support in the high 8s. Not sure when and how quickly it will turn around, especially if we get market weakness which I think is likely. But IMO the downside risk is very low and the upside looks great. We are just getting our patience tested near-term. GLTY!
Thank you T2M.
PS: Just added some CLNE at 13.39. Like the way it is acting on this lousy market day. GLTY!
T2,
I am definitely ready to retire and do not plan to work. We will build our last house in NC where we will spend our golden years breeding some dogs, tending to a large garden, stock trading and most importantly fun and relaxation.
Have some catching up to do with the bride. She could tell you exactly, but it's been about 12+ years of the last 30 that we haven't slept together. As you well know, a decent retirement is a far cry from free.
T2,
Sitting just shy of 31 years now. Came to DE with the bride (empty nest) for our twilight tour and have been here a year and half. Unfortunately, most weeks 60-70 hours and things getting worse with sequestration. It hasn't been the twilight tour we hoped for. In answer to your question, another year and half and we will return to the states retired, and I will be more than ready for it
They did. Seem to be capturing those incidents not quickly forgotten.
Should have a little room to run between now and earnings on 02 May if market holds up. GLTA!
Actually Suffolk, but many years stationed at VA Ports. Currently in Germany and the reason why 0700 post is your 0200
Just took a long position and looking for that 200 day MA bounce. GLTA!
"VirTra Systems will be filming a reenactment of an “Active Shooter” scenario that takes place in a movie theater setting. This is a “multi-incident” scenario that takes place in different areas of the theater from the lobby, to hallways, into a theater, and ends up in a back parking lot. The final product will be used as a training tool for law enforcement, military, and security personnel around the world to better train for these difficult situations."

Good on you with the stop. I sold too early (24ish) and bought $25 Jan14 puts recently at 25.40 and again today at 25.85. I'm looking for a dip to the 20-22 range where I will accumulate again for the longer term hold. GLTY!
Liking the direction; hoping for more volume. GLTA!
Still holding my position with a tight stop. IMO the technicals are still showing signs of weakness. A solid break above 26 on increased volume will likely cause me to close my position, but still looking for a 15-20%+ pullback in the interim. GLTY!
StarB,
I'm watching this one closely. I see the same thing you see in the recent chart action, but part of me still thinks this one goes lower, but that is a lot of wishful thinking because I want in for a longer term hold. The overall market will probably be the driver of where DDD goes in short term. IMO, market is getting exhausted at current levels and we may see a near-term correction which would likely take DDD lower. If the market heads toward 15K, then we have probably seen the bottom in DDD. I will be looking for the same indicators you are over the next couple trading sessions and will likely go in with 1/3 or 1/2 of my position and give it a little more time to play out. Would love to get some cheap Jan15 calls in the money. GLTY!
The potential for dilution is usually a short-term negative, but that is with company's that are typically operating on a shoe string. SWHC doesn't need the money. Makes me think there is something out there that they want to buy or acquire.
Yesterday I told you I wouldn't touch the puts; after closer review, I think I will dive in to in the money puts if we see a dead cat bounce of a couple of points. I think DDD is heading to 25, possibly lower. I still want a long position for the longer term, but I’m convinced that position will be at a fwd PE below 20. GLTY!
This board has been dead for a while. I think it is just about time to put the trade on with LQDT. No support to hold it up, but I'm interested between 29 and 30 and think a 20-30% run before end of year is possible. GLTA!
"The installation of the VirTra Shooting Simulator system was recently completed at the location of our private partner, Northwest Shooter. A working committee which includes members of several law enforcement agencies and Northwest Shooter are meeting on a regular basis to work out the details for utilization of the simulator. We will be holding an open house in the near future."

I should of clarified, fwd PE under 20 I rarely go short (probably only 1-3 times in 50 trades). No way could I talk myself in to going short on DDD. Granted, I can see where this current sell off could easily go in to the low 20s, but it could also flip in a hurry. I'm actually considering Jan 15 in the money calls if this gets down to the mid-20s.
I've been patiently waiting for quite a while to get a longterm position in the 3D space. Been watching DDD and SSYS for months. Have been hoping to get in with a PE under 20 and its starting to look like DDD will accommodate. Hopefully SSYS follows.
Well said. Part of me was saying wait and see what happens at 26.40 support when it fell through 32 hard, but got tempted by the 200 day MA, which in hindsight doesn't correlate with any strong support. GLTY!
Good point and thanks for sharing. Probably all the buyers between 25 and 32 last Nov and Dec salvaging what they can. GLTY!
Cut my losses at a little over $400 for the day. Shorts have a firm hold here and 26.50 looking more likely. So much for a 200 day MA bounce. I will be back, maybe soon Want to catch the next long ride up. GLTA!
Added another 200 at 29.50, but holding the same stop.
Young and impatient. If those two kids could exercise a little discipline, they would likely see their $40K double in a few months’ time
I'm in at 29.74. Don't know if we are ready to start the next uptrend, but I'm hoping the 200 day MA is good for a decent bounce. Stop is in a buck below the 200 day MA. GLTA!
Was looking for 9.19 to hold today and looks like the stock wants to despite being a little under right now. Just bought another 1000 at 9.20. Resistance on the upside is 9.51. IMO, when we get through that, it's a pretty easy run to 10.80. That is my TA opinion and as we all know, the fundamentals are worth more than 10.80. GLTA!
Time to pull back a bit. IMO the market and LNG are getting a little frothy. I'm a longterm bull on LNG and NG, but just took a short position. Looking to go long again below 20. GLTA!
Looking for that kiss of the 200 day MA also. Buy orders in. GLTY!
I think we start to turn today. I extended my position yesterday. I din't think the $9 options would come in to play, but they have and they expire today. We should see short covering kick in today and hopefully we hear that the attempt on assault weapon ban is dead soon. GLTY!
That looked like a classic dip to scoop up all the stops. Not the first time I've seen that move with SWHC.
PS: I'm also watching SSYS. Whichever one hits a forward PE closer to 20 first, gets my money If they both get there, I will likely take a position in both.
"WHEN and WHERE that will be is only speculative for now"
I'm looking to start position around the 200 day MA. I'm also looking for a market correction of 5-10%. If that correction is closer to 10%, I suspect DDD can be had well below the 200 day MA. Plan to attacck this one in 1/4 or 1/3 increments starting around 29. GLTY!

Watching the same technicals. Should see that cross early next week.
The gap is filled, hopefully we can move up from here. I sold a 1/3 of my position yesterday and just bought it back at 9.68. GLTY!
I almost did the same, but I'm already in with a higher percentage of my capital than I normally go. GLTY!
I think so, unless the earnings and guidance are a negative shock; but I don't see it. GLTY!
